Theres not a time I go into Walmart superstores where Im highly disappointed. Theyre only a very few employees that might go out of the way to help and if youre one of those few and read this thank you for going above what your job title expects you to do) but most wont because they dont like doing the job theyre doing and often make it known by their unfriendliness. Every time I go in to Walmart Superstore just a list of maybe 10 items I walk out with less than half because they dont have them on the shelf and this was before all of the mess with frights being left at the ports with no one to unload. Walmart is showing more and more they dont want to serve the customer, seeing as they have all these registers that could be open and they keep one open in a Superstore and have the express lines where many of the employees stand watching you scan and bag your own groceries. If there was another place where I can get my items that only Walmart has I would because theyre about the worst company when it comes to customer service, friendlines and cleanliness!!!

Always crowded, but great place to shop.Needs security on the outside. I cooked a graduation meal for my mom and it was delicious. Made a red velvet cheesecake cake for her dessert and omg. Thanks Walmart.

The Tire at this location is the worst. There seems to always be a wait no mater what time you arrive. They open at 9am I get there at 9:15a and had to wait 10mins before someone even acknowledged me. I purchased tires and wanted to have them put on my car but I was told that it would be a 3hr wait with only 2 cars in the garage and that I shouldve made an appointment The employees dont make you feel as though youre welcomed they make you feel more of a burden to them!

This is a fantastic Walmart location right off Peters Creek parkway in just south of everything in Winston-Salem North Carolina. They have some of the best selection of any Walmart including a full 🍅🍖🥖 grocery, home and garden, paint, kitchen and bath, electronics, toys, pharmacy, and more. The store also feels very safe with ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and entrances. The staff here are friendly and there are plenty of scanning go checkout options. This location also has a Murphy USA gas station.

Cashier awesome(she deserves 5 stars), but the store on Peters Creek needs to add more cashiers to registers. 2 Registers opened 5 or more deep (not cashiers fault) and 1 person working cashiers at self checkout and there was a line waiting of 10 to get into self checkout. More cashiers at register will alleviate this issue!

It was a good shopping experience the store was clean, and the cashiers are nice give them a applaud for their hard work its not easy work in retail stores. Walmart is my #1 retail store they have the market for now. I love shopping their they are good for consumers of all types.

Ridiculously long line and the cashier didnt want to allow me in her line once her light was off...once the manager saw that nonsense she made her open her line up!!!

October 9,2021I have been calling this store since 3:00 (it’s now 3:30) to check on a grocery order which was scheduled for delivery between 12:00 and 1:00. (It’s 3:30). I got an email saying it’s been “delayed”. Their help line (hah!) said it should be here by close of business (8:00). If I need additional information call the store…… Yeah I’m on call #5 and it rings a long time and disconnects. Great prices, great selection, service? REALLY TERRIBLE!Update 9:00 pm still no delivery, still no contact. Have called several more times no one picks up!

I found that Walmart has a lot more than you think and it is available ordered online and delivered at the store with free shipping.I usually wait a day after the order is confirmed delivered to the Walmart I chose so the order will be in the room where online orders are kept.The staff are very friendly and helpful.And prices are very good too!

Showed a microwave for $65.95 online. Showed that it was available. I also went into the store and it scanned in the app for $65.95. Got to the register and it was $86. I called an attendant. She said that was the online price. Ordered online and paid and the order was canceled for being out of stock. Checked the website again...boom still available and still $65.95. I feel that they do not want to honor their online prices. The app and instore scanning are the same...but Walmarts registers are way off. Gonna take a long break from Walmart. Their prices are just as high as anywhere else...so I may as well buy quality than wasting my money at a place that doesnt even honor their prices.P.s. they also need to work on hiring people to corral the buggies. Hardly any parking or buggies to use due to people leaving them sprawled all over the parking lot.

We go here every week, but inevitably certain shelves are bare. Some of the associates are pretty nice.They usually only have 2 or 3 full checkouts, as they must have a staffing issue. We prefer an associate as one would need to come anyway due to our purchases.

They were clean per usual and they have everything that we need of course. I just hate that they are no longer 24 hours which i do not understand considering they were never usually crowded too much after 10 pm really. Walgreens is open GET ON BOARD walmart. I went in with my daughters to get lunch boxes and ended up getting things that we werent supposed to be getting. Walmart has stepped their game up in a major way when it comes to clothing. They had me picking up stuff that was super cute that I didnt need. They have definitely come a long way

Its pretty great. There is all kinds of places nearby, so if for some reason you cant find what you are looking for there you can usually find it close by. Also the people are pretty friendly there, both customers and employees. 😁👍

This store is going through it. They cant get enough help over the crisis we are going through. They have gotten a little break and other Walmarts have came together to help.Its really remarkable I believe over half the workers were from another division. Im sorry, but if thats not caring then Ill quit doing all I love.Anyhow I give them five stars just on that. Not to mention how friendly everyone is and all the other positive things.

This is one of the more well-stocked Walmarts. I found a few items that I hadnt seen in other Walmarts of the area! The shelves and Isles seem to be well cleaned and maintained. Several Walmarts in the Triad area seem to be going to self checkout with limited regular cashiers and they have gone to hiring monitors to watch the people check themselves out. Also price checking scanners throughout the store soon to be disappearing which offers less convenience for Price verification of items!

This Walmart location is filthy dirty. The parking lot has litter all over with buggies everywhere and a broken cart corral that is sticking out in a lane where a car can hit it.Inside the store is just as bad. The self checkout area is disgusting. The scanners have smears of milk on the scanners.I understand the consumers are for the most part to blame, but, this is where management needs to step in and assign someone reliable to be cleaning constantly. I will not be back in this store. They can learn something about cleanliness and courteous employees from the Kernersville store.

All Walmart stores sort of utilize the same product display configuration, with some differences per store. With the so called disruption of distribution from manufacture to stores some items are in short supply depending on the location of the store. Not Walmarts fault but manufacturers using the so called distribution disruption to inflate prices.

Literally the worst Walmart in Winston-Salem, NC. I tried to get the attention of the woman working in the back of the bakery 3 separate times, she saw me because she made eye contact with me and then rolled her eyes. After 20 minutes, and realizing I wasn’t leaving she finally said in the rudest tone “can I help you?!” I said yea actually I need some writing on a cake, and she told me that they didn’t do that. I told her that I know for a fact they they do, and she said oh well the person who does it isn’t here. ??????? Okay Walmart. Never coming here again.

Very poorly stocked. Several things not available. Store was in total disaray. Had to go to another local store to get things as simple as Zesta Crackers.

Friendly pharmacy staff even with long lines. Quick process. Always willing to help you with any questions you have.

Accessibility excellent. Not enough cashiers. And check behind them, make sure they scanned all items. They seem to miss alot.

Usually clean and well stocked. Only issue Ive had is the lack of cash. Meaning I cant get cash back if I need it, or even pay with cash. But its Walmart, we all know what it is at this point.

I always like shopping early in the morning and the stockers are accommodating. I try to be extremely polite and not disturb them too much. They are willing to check the back for anything not in the shelves as well. Don’t mind wit he friendly staff like this!!

So so super busy. We had a hard time just walking around and it took us close to 45 minutes to check out. They had a good selection though. The cashier was also quiet slow.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to, I’ve had cashiers that could not even count the money I handed her. And this last time I had done a pickup order and get there the worker loads $300 worth of groceries on one side of my vehicle, crushing some stuff, and could not even fill my whole order, they even forget the milk that it shows I paid for

I am frequently at this particular store. And as such I can tell you from many past experiences....For the most part, all the employees are generally very helpful,. With the exception of the Electronics Department.The Employees in this department are, simply no other word, LAZY !!And often quite Arrogant and Disrespectful. I dont know if its because they are aware of how much we NEED THEM when we have an Electronics related question or issue. And the fact that NO OTHER Store Employee, save perhaps the Store Managers.I am SERIOUSLY DISABLED, with a rapidly decreasing loss of my Eyesight. This said on SEVERAL OCCASIONS, I have asked for assistance with reading small print on packaging. I boldly have the nerve to, of course politely ask you to wait a minute, as they continue on with their conversation. Directly in your presence, they leave you standing there while they gayly recount thejr, idk say... Weekend Escapades. Not for minute or two, not until they finish a sentence or paragraph. They ramble on for MINUTE ON MINUTE MINUTE, ADNAUSEUM....(infinity).If you try to EXTREMELY POLITELY ATTEMPT to get their attention or Break into their conversation....The VERY RUDELY tell you basically,Ill be there when I get there !!One time I attempted this saying, Excuse Me Please, only to have My words viciously tossed back as EXCUUUUSE ME, MADAM !! Then very disrespectfully turned their back to me, and continued on with their conversation.When I was finally waited on it was by Another Employee that had been helping someone elsewhere in the Department.This Store is Famous for nearly ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK on many, MANY items.You know...The ONE THING that you went there for....Finally, I simply must add that they GENERALLY HAVE SOME TRULY AWESOME CLEARANCE pricing throughout the Store.

Its Wal-Mart, so -1 for that fact. But when my dumb self forgets to pack a prescription med on a trip and my pharmacy will charge me $357 because insurance wont cover a refill so soon, Walmart and $25 will see me through. Yeah, not the best-performing med as its an ancient formulation, but (much!) better than nothing.So, as Wal-Marts go, its not bad: reasonably clean and well-stocked, and employees try to maintain professionalism even when customers are becoming physically threatening. (I couldnt do as much.) I was able to find meds and a salad-to-go and checkout lines moved quickly, allowing me to minimize time spent in a super-sized nightmare box.The parking lot must be thoughtfully designed as I have never had an issue driving in it, and the parking lot sitch is what keeps me from actually shopping in a Wal-Mart unless its close to a life/death circumstance.So, good visit, but lets hope visits there stay rare for me.

Dropped off the car TIRE service around 8 AM. Not busy at that time. Auto service rep named Chris took info, checked all tires for air. Went shopping came back car parked curb side and tire change complete with smile and courteous. JP dabady.

The money center is never open u have to go to service part so i went to service department to put 900 on my card and the worker miscounted my money saying i was 20 dollars short...people i suggest u count your money out to them! Because they dont care they dont check for money being stuck together!

For a Walmart store this is fairly clean and well stocked. Busy hours would benefit from more cashiers.

Went to the optical part for a copy of a prescription but beforehand called. Was on wait long enough to drive there which was 25 minutes. Staffed asked same info since all files are hand written then there was a cost involved for obtaining a copy of a prescription I paid for. Last year for this part of Walmart

I had a great time. Wal-Mart Reps were great helping me get through with my shopping. The cashier left as several customers were approaching. This frusrtrated quite a few of us customers. That employee could have done better.

They advertise great pay but cut half their employees. Only one register open throughout the day. Want a product you know they have? Nope. Literally some of the laziest people Ive ever seen. Management groups just stands around blocking isles. Online packers block the isles, and when you say excuse me they look at you like youre inconveniencing them by simply shopping here. As a district manager for a company customer service starts with management. Get your act together.

Cant go wronge with walmart. I love the new idea of ordering groceries online thru the walmart app and picking it up at a certain hour where walmart staff delivers all your groceries into ur trunk of your car. Who ever invented this idea u get 5 stars. Bc u saved soooo much time nd money💯

This was one of the worst WalMarts I have shopped in recently. Plugging merchandise in places that posted the wrong price was extremely common. I was going to purchase 8 additional items and of the 8, 7 were priced higher at the register and 1 was actually a lower price. I ended up only buying a couple of things. You lost my business. I will go to Dollar Tree where I can trust the prices.

As usual, it was busy but manageable. The prices appeared higher than normal but there was great quality control and customer service.

We stopped by the Walmart Supercenter on Monday September 7th and I was surprised that we only saw 3 employees, the shelves were not being stocked and unfortunately, the floor was dirty. It looked so sad 😭

Very busy(to be expected day before Halloween!!) But employees did not ask anyone if they needed help and one employee doing the online shopping pushing a cart was behind me in an aisle. Our area was empty so she could have gone around, but instead got right up behind me and kept staring until I moved over. Then gave a dirty look as she walked by.

This location is usually good for quick in and out. Had no trouble finding the items I needed at the time and able to checkout relatively easy. Store layout is good but it seems this location does not prioritize cleanliness or organization. Many sections of the store look understocked or have not been maintained regularly. (i.e. items scattered throughout the isles, lack of fronting and facing, items in wrong locations) Otherwise this location is adequate for gathering necessities.

Had an issue with a barcode scanning at the self check out. Lady standing nearby went and got me a new one 3 times before it worked! She was great. But 95% of the time it always feels like your being harrased but not intentionally. They must be robbed so much, that they have the staff doing things they dont get paid for! Went to pick up groceries. There were about 5 cars waiting for pick up when we got there. After a few minutes a woman asked approached us for the name. She told us that they were behind and it would be a while. We passed the time while on our phone. About 40 minutes later, I realized that all of the cars around us were new ones and everyone was being served but us. We called the woman over and she made an excuse of some sort. Then another person helped the lady beside of us who just pulled in. I said something to this employee. 55 minutes in all, it took speaking to 4 people to get our pickup . Poorly managed store.

Automotive Dept. Should be closed down. Totally useless use of space. Yesterday, pulled up and had to walk all the way around to front entrance, then when I get back there to buy a battery the person there said all the techs had to leave for a family emergency... put up a sign for customers next time. Today I return, after calling the dept. 3 times and letting it ring forever, no one picks up. I pull in and go in at 5:15pm, I finally find someone to help me only to find out that they stop working after sometime before I go there, even though sign outside says open till 7pm. A battery swap takes all of 10 minutes. I will never do business with this department again. I had problems with them several years ago for a quick oil change. and hoped they had gotten better with time. I wont make that mistake again.
