Sweet ladies there and i cant keep my daughter out of there!

Definitely could work on customer service. Why would there be no one knowledgeable about help with makeup questions in the store? They said there was no one there that could help and I should maybe come back another day. I shouldnt have to come back for questions. I wasnt asking for a makeup session. 04/01/21

Alexandra was amazing! She was very helpful and gave a lot of insight on different brands and was very honest. She walked us through some tips and tricks for a beginner. Very professional, very warm and inviting. It was a great experience.

I havent bought makeup in a while, thankfully I met Amy!! She really helped me and answered all of my questions and listened to what I needed!! She has amazing customer service!!!!

We for my wives free bday gift the lady was nice and helpful and greeted us right when we walked in and we had a lovely conversation with her. We would definitely go back to this location even though the mall is abit confusing to navigate around, thats the only downside is the mall was made weirdly.

Ran into rude staff here alot of the times but all different people each time. But its ok we all have bad days.

Rude staff, they were openly staring me down as if I was stealing. unclean and nasty tester areas as well. was going to purchase a product then left as soon as I seen that I was being watched like I did something wrong.

Im not big on makeup but my friend rants and raves about how nice the associates are here and how they do complementary makeup and how they do a wonderful job with it.

I have never had a good experience here, unfortunately. The beauty advisors are just down right snooty. I think its strange because if I go to the Sephora store, also in Hanes mall, the beauty advisors are sweet and friendly and helpful. Not sure what the deal is, but its a big difference. I went in there yesterday even though I didnt relish the thought, because I had some coupons that could only be used at the Sephora inside JCPenney. I again got the feeling from the girl who helped me, (different girl than last time) that I was a nuisance to be tolerated. I just put up with it and got my stuff and left, but it bothered me the whole way home. Apparently still does, since Im posting this. And I almost never complain about customer service from anyone.

Didnt have the perfume I needed but helpful to direct me to their other store.
