I have been going here for years and I have never had such excellent customer service. The products are excellent and location is easy to get to. Melanie and her staff are amazing. They help you with their products to find exactly what is right for you. I highly recommend. You will receive 5 star treatment.

I have been a Merle Norman customer at Hanes Mall for many years. Melanie and her staff are always very friendly, professional, as well as very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are always readily available to assist in you in the selection of makeup and/or skin care items best suited for your skin. I will continue to patronize their store because I love Merle Norman products and also appreciate the personable service at this store.

Have been to the store in person several times over the years. Placed last 3 orders over the phone and paid to have the items shipped. Made an order over the phone, employee found my account and verified my address, charged my card and never shipped the item. I called a week later. They had no record of my order and asked me to see if I was charged. I was out of town and when I returned I saw I had indeed been charged that day. I called back for the 3rd time and Michelle told me it wasnt in her system so I would have to come in person to prove I paid! Then as I was explaining that the point of the phone order was to avoid an hour round trip, she simply hung up on me. I will now be reporting the charge as fraud. And never shop there again.

I only HAD to go there because the store in Thruway Center closed and now i think there is only 2 Hallmarks in Winston Salem and if your not on Hanes Mall BLVD then you have to go across town to Robinhood. So the store in the mall is shared with Merrill Norman and the male, obviously more concerned with his own beautification and on top of that, act like he is checking prices because you are actually taking time reading cards, he evidently believes someone will steal the makeup that surrounds the card opposed to actually doing what you come for. Finding a card is done with purpose and i dont care about price, i dont snatch a card on a shelf i want the perfect card that is fitting. So this store sucks!!! And i dont care for Merrill Norman either
