Firstly, I want to say I have never stepped foot in this store. I was having trouble with the Wake Forest location and needed someone to truly help me. Brandy went up to bat for me. She mediated between corporate to give my mother a full refund. This location has a gem. I told her I was 1.5 hours away and she still wanted to help. She took 1 hour out of her day to assist, all the while, with a friendly disposition.

My review was a 5 stars because the doctor was amazing!!! However, when my prescription came in I called about 5pm to see what time they closed and a woman told me 5:30 ( even though the hours said 6). I had to shop anyways so I went to Target and THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 6!! I went in and got my glasses and was out in less than 5 minutes. I’m so disappointed. I still love that that doctor!

Made an appointment yesterday for today. Was so excited that they could fit me in so quickly!Provided the scheduling associate with my Insurance information. This was not verified. I wasted time finding child care last minute and driving 45 minutes here from my home to have to wait while she verified my insurance coverage & network. Turns out Im out of network and this was a completely wasted trip for me and an inconvenience for my mother, who helped with my small kids. I used to work in dental reception and always verified patients coverage, etc. prior to their appointment date and time. That was the expectation. Why provide the insurance information ahead of time otherwise? Im so irritated.

Customer service was far below anyones standard.. Appt was at noon .. At 12:15 was told it would be 40 min wait.. Returned at 12:45 and stood there . at 1:05 got email saying appt was canceled.. Was told they thought I left . hard to believe since I had been standing there. Then was told they would try to work me in ...

My husband and I went to pick out glasses last weekend. We were the only customers, so no wait. Brandi assisted us and was friendly and professional. If you need help picking glasses, she’s your gal. Also, she was very conscientious about keeping things clean and doing her part. Would absolutely recommend.

The ladies who work here are nice, knowledgeable and make your day with funny conversations! I really enjoyed my visit today. My contacts were fitted by Dr. Harrell whom I absolutely loved, she was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me instructions about using my contacts. She looked at my eyes several times, prior to seeing which contacts which contacts would work best for my dry eyes and found spot on these contacts that haven’t irritated my eyes, can see, no redness nor drainage. I took them out this evening with no problem and now can’t wait to receive them via mail. I recommend this optical Doctors office to everyone needing glasses, contacts, or just an exam as these ladies have the best customer service around and take care of you as a person and make you feel welcome and happy being there. I highly recommend this optical center within Target off Hanes Mall Blvd. in W-S, NC. Just give yourself extra time to get there as the traffic is hectic due to Christmas shopping.

I purchased frames here a year ago and had lenses replaced today. Brandy helped me both times. She is super friendly and helpful.

Had my exam today at Target Optical and I couldnt be more satisfied. Its been 6 years since my last exam and my glasses are shot. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me and explained my options. Dr. Harrill is great also, upbeat and ligtens the atmosphere making it pleasant. Scheduling online was easy and met my needs around my work schedule. Highly recommend them and I cant wait to get my new glasses.

I will not waste my time coming somewhere where you give everybody the same time to come in for appointment. I was very dissatisfied with the services so I left out. Need to do better when its some your customers. Too many other eye wear company to be wasting your time with these types of companies.

Staff is capable, friendly, and professional. But the staffing is inadequate. Every time I have come in for assistance or to pick up an ordered item, the wait is 15 to 30 mins just to get assistance. Tough to justify the wait time with other good options in the area.

Such a great optician at the Target on Hanes Mall Blvd! Needed glasses for my daughter, who is developmentally delayed/special needs young lady. When we found out Katies rx was expired (from a doctor we know longer see bc of a move) he made an appointment for us to see the optometrist there at Target, the following Wednesday. Once her glasses came in, the optician was very patient fitting them on Katie. Plus, I was very happy that the glasses and exam were very affordable as we dont have vision coverage. Highly recommend Target Optical at Hanes Mall Blvd!
