Come here for a diversity of items, from furniture, to household goods, and clothing for all ages! I have had luck finding several cute dresses and professional outfits here for very reasonable prices. They have different colored tags indicating what percentage an item is discounted: today I got a $22 dress for just $5.50! I also appreciate that all staff were wearing masks and they have installed large plastic sheets in front of the cash registers to protect staff and customers. I will definitely shop here again!

First time for everything! I have never purchased used clothing before (just thought unused was better) but now Im hooked!!!! I picked up my online order and Im in love with the quality, smell and price!

I consign things here on occasion and its typically very organized and well stocked. My main complaint is the front door is not automatic so 1) its not handicapped friendly and 2) when you are carrying in boxes of things to consign with your hands full, there is no way to open the door without putting things down. There is ALWAYS a greeter at the entrance but I have NEVER seen her open the door for anyone and I am there a lot. My elderly grandma cannot get in and out of the store with her walker unless another patron opens the door for her or I am with her and its very difficult to manipulate bringing consigned items inside. The store carries a large variety of items that cater to older people, especially women and one would think they would have an automatic door for them to get safely inside or the woman at the entrance could open the door as part of her job responsibility. I also think things can be very overpriced for USED clothing and typically wait for stuff to go on sale.

I purchased a brand new t-shirt, amongst other things, from Target and the original Target price was lower than the ETC Consignment Shoppe!! Also as I was checking out, a lady came back complaining about an anti-theft device being left in an item she had purchased...when I got home, I found one as well in a pair of jeans that I had bought...I live 90 minutes away! Definitely not worth the trip.

I believe they are grossly over priced for used clothing. Yes they are organized but staff is not overly friendly. Ive lost 30 pounds and NEED clothes that fit but before I pay $18 for a USED sweater Ill buy a new one.

Carefully selected, quality items. Prices a little higher at base price than other consignment stores but of course are on rotating sales. Even without the sale price though, buying new or like new products at 40-50% off retail is pretty great! Lovely staff, so helpful but not pushy. Found great deals on children’s clothes, kitchen appliances and decor. Beautiful furniture selections. Really one of the nicest consignment stores I have ever been in. I think they work hard on making the shopping easy by only putting out the best. I’m thinking of consigning with them too, seems easy enough and some of my things would be donated anyways. May be my new favorite store in Winston and I’ll definitely be stopping by regularly to see what new things they put out!

The prices is too high what are they trying to make off of you get rich quick lower your prices.

Good variety and quality of used goods since theyre picky about what theyll sell. Much better than Goodwill. Have seen great furniture, art, and plates, etc. Definitely worth visiting.

If you are a shopper great place to check out they sell everything from clothes, toys, furniture, and home decor at very cheap prices. If you are a consignor definitely great place to work with you schedule an appointment for the first time and have to stay in the store to set up the account but after that can just set up drop off appointments so easy and you actually make some money from your items!! Very organized, they sell quality stuff.

My favorite place to shop. The store is impeccably kept with all clothing organized by size and style. The consigned merchandise is current and gently used. You can buy a bag full of beautiful clothing for the price of one or two items at the mall. Why waste money when this fabulous store exists? You must go and see for yourself.

The clothing is well organized and well priced. There are specials everyday. Plus plenty of clean dressing rooms. Clothing for women, girls, mens and boys.

I simply called to inquire about their guidelines for buying formal wear and ball gowns and the employee who answers the phone was just snappy and rude. It costs you nothing to be kind. It would’ve been no problem to make donations even if they chose not to buy the 6 ballgowns I have but the woman’s attitude just really threw me off.

My only complaint, I spend way too much money at this place! Other than that, love everything they have. And the people are nice too. 😊

I took some items to be sold knowing that when they were put out they would have 3 months until I had to get them or they would be donated. But if I am not told when they are actually put out or if they were even ever put out, how am I supposed to know when to come back and get them. Thank god I came one day and asked myself although I had been on the phone with a worker there 2 days before coming in and they still couldnt tell me.

The items here range widely in quality, despite the prices being high.I went there for the first time in months and several of the employees were very rude to me. Im not sure what was going on today, but Lori....I didnt appreciate it.

Etc has once again redone the store, moving most of the consigned furniture to the left side of the store. There are still plenty of clothes, shoes, accessories and other items to be had. Childrens toys has moved to the right, which is probably nice for consignors. Go check it out for yourself. Check to see which color tags are on discount as you walk in the door.

I visit this place every time I come in from out of town. Hands down the best consignment store in Winston! They have a fantastic selection and my shopping trips here are always way more successful than when I go shopping at a mall.

They dont sell black people items at a high price and my experience was not good I took very expensvie clothing and items such as Michael kors and other designers things which was still in style around $1500 or more only made $25 and some things they claim got lost never was paid for them. I heard other black people say the same thing I dont shop or take anything to sell there anymore I went today with a friend but stayed in the car my advice to my friends and to anyone else do not support them

Very good Selection. Clean well organized Store.However they could be more seller friendly.Sellers have to come in the front door and arent allowedto take a cart out to bring in their clothing. This canbe very tiring if you have a lot of clothes to consign.

These folks consigned some clothing of mine over ten years ago before I joined the Navy. Here I am ten years later going through old items only to find a hand written note that they wrote to my mother letting her know I had some money to pick up, but namely to thank me for my service after I was gone. I remember this shop being so friendly and personable... This truly shows they care about your items if they care enough to write personal, hand written letters... An art lost on todays society full of junk pre-written emails and mailers. Give them a chance to get rid of your stuff and put some money in your pockets!

I haven’t been to etc for a while, so I wasn’t familiar with their changes about bringing items in. The lady that takes the items was new to me. I found her customer service to be very negative. Another employee picked up on her rudeness and came over to explain the new procedure.Today, I had an appt. to bring a few items in. When I saw her, I tried to avoid her but same lady came over to tell me no items were being accepted at that time. Although I had an appt., I started to turn around and walk out. Now, I wish I had.

Great clothes, great prices and great customer service....BUT when that smell hits you as you walk in the door....like a teenager’s soccer shoes after an all day practice. Get some air fresheners or invest in an air cleaner. But go for the first three items.

The items are over priced and not suited for most people under 50. I brought in a lot of name brand and well cared for items that were not accepted. I certainly will not be back.

I have starting consigning here since having a baby. I took some items in today and it started pouring rain. They offered to watch the baby while I ran my stuff out to the car. They are very picky on items they accept but that means they have quality items. It has been easy for me to get some cash back on my family’s clothes. Thanks!

My first visit. What a nice store. Staff were kind an helpful.

Disrespectful employees. I came in to give away four boxes of clothes. I had already waited 30-45 mins for them to look through my clothes. I walked back to where my clothes were and they were still in the boxes. Nothing had been looked though, so I asked if I could leave them and come back later to get them. They said that I would have to take the boxes back with me or I would have to go online to make an appointment. They couldn’t even help me make an appointment while I was already there. Also I had four boxes and asked to use their cart to help me bring my boxes to my car, but they told me I couldn’t use it. No help and no respect for their customers. I have been to this place many times before, but after my experience this will be my last time. I suggest that you don’t even waste your time here.

This shop has a lot of name brand items for men, women, and children. They also sell some furniture and toys. For consignment they can be a bit pricey but the quality of the items sold make up for it.

I have been a loyal customer since the doors opened on Jonestown Rd. Great prices, great selections and great staff ! However, that all changed for me on Wednesday, 8/17/17. My daughter and I stopped in, not really looking for anything special. Found a nice poncho and got in line. As we waited patiently, the cashier greeted the lady infront of me. She asked her if she was signed up for the rewards program. In fact, the lady was and gave the cashier her phone number. After the transaction was over, the cashier thanked this lady for shopping and told her to have a nice day. This is what Ive always been used to. Very nice ladies ! But now its my turn. I was not greeted, I was not asked if I was signed up for rewards program, just told my total. I then offered my phone number and explained I was signed up but never got a confirmation text and should I redo it. The cashier was very snooty and said, You want get $10 coupon unless you download the app. But dont worry, its free. Didnt thank me or invited me back or have a nice day. Not sure why I was treeted so different than the lady before me. Made me feel really bad, like I wasnt good enough to shop here. This was the only time this has happened, so I will shop there again. Once, shame on you. Twice, shame on me . Well see.
