The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because I was charged for 2-years of warranty insurance automatically without my consent. Otherwise, the service was great. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Bad customer service. Literally no customers in the store, I was the only one looking to fax some very important documents. The employee at the printing/fax desk looked annoyed that I came up asking for her to do it. She told me I could go do it myself at the fax machines. I explained to her I’ve never faxed before and have no idea how to. She told me to read the directions and do it myself. Never offered to do it herself even though that’s a service they do. When I asked she said yeah I can do it I guess if you really want but you can just do it yourself. Whole time she’s acting like she’s annoyed and basically telling me she doesn’t want to do it. Went ahead and did it myself and turns out only half of each page was faxed. I paid $6 and have to redo it all bc your employees would rather sit on their phones eating :)

Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. They seemed annoyed that I was there and when I went to ask a question re laptops they acted like I was bothering them. My first and last time shopping here. Your best bet, shop elsewhere.

Every time I come in this store customer service is horrible. If I ask them to help me accomplish something that they offer they cannot seem to know how or just don’t want to help me. I will never waist any more time at this location. All employees need more training and learn real customer service. I will definitely share this with all my family and friends

A lot of products to make office work easier and/or more enjoyable at reasonable prices. OfficeMax/Depot has a Client Engagement Manager who contacted me after my post. Of course, it was a marketing strategy, but it was respectful and helpful. To receive 5 stars from me, a business has to be about service 1st and money 2nd. OfficeMax pulled it off. 😀

4 hours at OfficeMax just so I could spend half the price of FedEx. I am highly disappointed with the amount of physical time I spent in the store waiting to be told the order I was hoping to be printed was not possible. It took 3 representatives, 1 of which called me to tell me that what was promised to me/what I paid for was not an option they even offered in the store - Kim is the only person in that printing section of this store worth her salt. The attitude that came from Steve - The Associate Manager was appalling and unnecessary - because he did refused to download my document to print it, I was required to purchase a flash drive in the store... Overall, I would not recommend OfficeMax for my printing needs UNLESS Kim would see my order all the way through. I would have rated this a one star rating if it had not been for her to fix my order when it was out of order, could not be bound, and could not in basic options. Very frustrating waste of time and money today.

Went in expecting the same as any other retail store when it comes to asking questions about a hard drive but alas, the employees are super and willing to help! I was really impressed. They had exactly what I wanted when Best Buy didnt! I know where i will come from now on!

Stood in line at the printing center for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by either staff member. I only needed to pick up a print job, and would have been fine if they had just acknowledged me and told me they would be with me as soon as possible. The total lack of customer service cost them an over $900.00 printing deal. I wont be back.

Ordered printer cartridges online to pick up at a store, when came to pick up cartridges they have in stock expired 2 years ago. Customer service reps wont do anything to fix a problem and make it like it is my problem and tried to sell me expired cartridges for full price, after my complain she checked with someone they offered me 20% discount but not from the price online what I paid but from the price in the store which is $3 more for some reason, same company and prices in the store more then online.

Glad they are going out of business. The sooner the better. Shady sales tactics and even shadier warranty plans. Why would someone need a 2 year coverage plan to cover manufacturer faults? The only time anyone would ever agree to a warranty is if it covers accidents, which I learned it didnt. The hard way. Good riddance.

Surprisingly good deals on laptops. Also, of course, has plenty of office supplies. Its never busy, so the staff is always available and willing to help you.

Steve the manager will destroy the online trust and reputation of this store one customer at a time. His unwillingness to honor the companys price matching policy (Amazon) mixed with his acceptance of multiple customers leaving to solicit other stores is shocking. I thought I was an isolated case...but when I got to the other store I learned that was not the case. Many complain about this guy. The sad part is I could have very easily gone to the competition as I am sure many customers do. Hey corporate you might want to check the pulse of this store. This guy just lost you a customer.

If you are in a hurry trying to print something DO NOT come here!! The system is slow and take forever and the only thing they say is... we are sorry. Its the corporate, there is nothing we can do. So I asked for a discount and they say its not our fault its the corporate.. sorry

No customer service at the print and copy space. EVERYTHING automated.When I was leaving the store I was trying to look at the software ..but couldnt because of the store associate wouldnt leave me alone long enough to read the boxes. So my suggestion is if you have that much time to talk to the customer why couldnt they help me in the print shop.?
