Decent Office Depot location with all of the office supplies ποΈποΈποΈππ¨οΈ you could ever need. This store definitely lacks for customer service depending on the team you get but they do have good sales for π« school supplies, home office, and other electronics you can get good deals on. They also have a βΏ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and entrance.
I am highly disappointed in this company. This is the second time I have had a run around with this company. Once I purchased a storage cabinet. After being on calls and chats, even the warehouse, package was so delayed that I got a refund before package arrived and had to be sent back. That wasnt supposed to happen if delivery after refund.Now for Wednesday order. I ordered Wednesday for a next day delivery. However, they hit my account 5 times to get money. Spoke with many people, confirming jr will be delivered. The last lady said it was as still in a third party warehouse-1214. She still said be delivered. If I looked correctly, that is in Georgia and I am not. So, next day delivery is a complete lie. Second, no tracking still and keeps saying in process. I am.highly disappointed and would love for someone to push my order through.
Courteous staff that took time to help me locate the office supplies I was looking for and another greated me and made my day better.
Nightmare experience trying to ship a document here. Took at least 40 min for the associate to get everything arranged because they kept pausing our transaction to help other customers. I paid extra for the earliest possible arrival date (which was still 4 days due to the holiday) and was told it would definitely arrive by end of day 6/2. Today is 6/3 and the document still hasnβt arrived. I called the store and the manager put me on hold for 20 min then literally told me βunless you pay to guarantee the guaranteed date then the date is just an estimate, you should have selected one of the starred optionsβ. What!?!! This is the first I had ever heard of some guaranteed βstarredβ option, and when I was shipping I made the associate very aware that I needed the document to arrive by 6/2. I told her I didnβt know what option I had selected but that I had been told 6/2 was a guaranteed date. She told me Iβd have to come into the store bringing all my receipts and paperwork and even then they wouldnβt do anything to make this right because βOffice Depot doesnβt guarantee anythingβ. Well good to know, definitely wonβt be using this place again.
I waited two days before sending a comment. Thinking it was me, having worked ten hours and driving 50 miles home. But, the more I think about the service the more upset I get. I walked in to the Office Max Silas Creek Pkwy location. (I think I was the only guest shopping at the time.) Walked over to the ink looking for replacements. Your Host (employee) was scanning items. Never asked how my night was? If I needed help (NOTHING) after finding what I needed I walked to the register. Eddie (name tag) Just pointed and stated that I needed to go to the other one. Eddie walked over threw his scan gun down signed onto the register took the ink cartridges looked at them. I stated that I hope they are the correct ones and that they work. Eddie started to slam the cartridges to the counter top like he was trying to break them and said. I hope they work two. I know he had to de-magnetize them. But, was he trying to break them as well? I started to look around. Thinking I know this is on camera!. And thinking that if I didnt need the cartridges I would have just walked out and told him where to put them!. Eddie asked me if I was a member? I stated yes. His response was then put your number in the pay pad. Eddie then threw the cartridges in a bag and put his arm out!. Never a thank you. NOTHING!!.. I took the bag and said THANK YOU EDDIE. The store looks as if its closing and with this service maybe it should. Wont be coming back to this location again!!...
Employee had a personal cell phone conversation throughout my entire checkout. She actually apologized to the person she was talking to on the phone when she had to take a break from them for a minute to do her job.
Worst company ever to work for, not a safe environment to work in, had a customer threaten my life at this place and was fired .
Never a lot of people but still you wait. No customer service, no hellos, no May I help you or have a nice day! Over worked and under paid has its privileges!!!
This place has nothing you need from office Supplys to computer accessories. Customer service is no where to be found. Register is always empty and you wait in a empty line for someone who appears from back 5-10 min of waiting. No one on site is knowledgeable or helping customers find anything... never coming back here...!!!
Be VERY careful ordering for pick up. If the item shows in stock on the site but is out of stock in the store your bank account will be charged. They will put a hold on your account and it will take DAYS to get it back. Just keep that in mind.
First let me start off by saying the guy who actually helped me was great! He saw how frustrated I was with the other guy with gelled hair and glasses and y to old me what I was trying to print wasnβt available on the printer and that he would have to do it behind the counter. The bald guy with the mustache was very helpful. Now letβs address the extremely rude and what I deem racist guy. His answer whether or not the store is busy or not is the use the printer/copier and not help. Umm if I said Iβm looking to print labels/stickers obviously the self serve printer would not work. I came in on a Sunday and no one else was in line and he instructed me to do the same thing. If you donβt want to work here then donβt. But that horrible customer service will not fly! I will NEVER use this Office Depot again. I love my sweethearts at the High Point store, they are fast, competent, and friendly! This store in Winston can learn a thing or two!

For the third time in as many months, I stopped by today to pick up an item that was supposedly in stock, according to their website, but was nowhere to be found. They wasted my time, and caused me to let a client down.The shelves in this location are often poorly stocked and in disarray, and it often takes up to 15 minutes to find any help. I frankly dont understand how they stay open.
I get my copies, banners, and cards made here for reasonable prices. Great Customer Service.ππΌ
Call to get assistance with a toner for the printer and was on hold for 30 minutes. When someone finally picked up he said the girl who answered just got busy and forgot about us. He did not seem to care whatsoever that we were on hold for 30 minutes. #Amazonbetterpricesandservice
The staff at the Office Depot at Parkway Plaza are always helpful & friendly. They inquire is you need assistance but leave you alone if you are just browsing. Usually no lines to check out either! The only issue I experienced was that it took about 30 min to check out. There was no line, however 2 separate staff members had difficulty checking me out using my online rewards towards my purchase. Finally I reviewed the online site further & I saw information which states how to code these rewards in the register. I showed this information to the check out staff & it finally went through. This was the only time I have experienced an issue like this, but it was very frustrating and time consuming. To make matters worse, I had my 13 year old daughter with me who also had to wait & my husband was at home waiting for us to pick up supper. :(Like I said, every other visit has been great & they have a good rewards program regarding recycling printer ink or toner.
Really bad experience. No wonder the place was barren. They had no inventory and no one came to assist us. Will not be coming back.

Wonderful staff great to see the new management is working hard and giving great customer service, every time i go in i am greeted by an employee and am able to find someone easily to answer my questions.
Customer service was on point but we both kept making mistakes with what I was trying to get printed and instead of him verifying that the paperwork I printed was correct he just gave it to me and left it up to me and of course that should have been good enough but it wasnt which ended up our third a second and a third trip back but it was okay. Its a very big store so theres a lot of space for a lot of things to take place in regards to trying to arrange an office

Was able to find what I needed quickly and on my own as I am a somewhat regular customer. Prices are reasonable and the staff are pleasant and helpful.
Just sat on hold for 8 minutes for someone the in print and copy dept. every few minutes someone would pick up the phone then place me on hold again with no communication.
Generally the staff is nice and helpful bit in the print center they have really messed up bad more than once. First they lost important documents we payed to send off. And just today it took a very long time to get some large format prints. The worker was rude and claiming that the misprint was normal until we finally got a manager involved. Will stick to buying printer ink and go somewhere else for office services.
Office Depot had the tracing paper and colored pencils we needed, also had postal stamps, great experience with the person who checked us out!

The printers are to slow and works put our stuff down and waited for hours but one worker worked hard but a red headed that one bidnt.We got mad but we kept our cool.

Employees need either better training or better enthusiasm for themselves. Nobody seems to know where anything actually is besides the stocker, and thats out of 4 different front end people who barely knew what a usb wireless adapter even meant, let alone the aisle. Then, the girl said basic phone cords are by the Ethernet cables like I said they didnt seem to ve, so I had to find out no, they are actually by the traditional desk phones as logically one would assume a phone cord would be by searching myself to the other end of the store. But I told her so she might now direct people properly. Also, my cashier was really nice but never used a business account card before so was not any clearer than I was in how to do it (I had never used one for purchases).

The employees are friendly but the prices are steep. i like this location for for its mailing services. usps, fed ex and ups services are available there which can save time not having to travel to these places individually

Not only was the staff unwilling to help me with a question about my laptop. When I went to look myself they followed me throughout the store not giving helpful suggestions close to me but distantly as if they thought I was a thief. I put down what I was looking at and left. I will never go back!
