We have ordered from Walmart many times and have been reasonably happy with the outcome. This time was very different. The produce was poorly selected and the packing was terrible. We had an order of 52 items and I believe we received about 50 different bags. The packers put each item no matter how small and its own bag which is contrary to what I thought Walmart believed with regards to reducing its use of single use plastic products. Very disappointed and will not likely order in the future. Normally I’m a huge Walmart fan but I will redirect my purchases somewhere else going forward. Left me with a very sour taste in my mouth and I am more than happy to share the experience with others.

I grabbed a pack of chocolate donuts and they had mold growing all over them. the BEST BY date was July 19th, 2021. Gross.

Produce and frozen veggies and fruits are never restocked irrespective of when you go. Have gradually stopped shopping here because I have to go to another grocery store just to buy cilantro

Walmart is Walmart. This Walmart is no exception. The location is very good and easy to get to either off of Hanes Mall boulevard or jumping off of highway 421 at the Jonestown exit. It would be nice if they had more physical cashiers and didnt rely on customers doing self checkout but thats just me. Im probably going to graduate to online ordering and pick up pretty soon but this Walmart is always well stocked with the occasional toilet paper outage but for the most part they do a great job keeping product on the shelf and everything clean.

Thus walmart has never done me wrong, but has not gone above expectations. They still deserve a 5 star because their store is clean. I dont hesitate to go here if I am ever in the area.

Store was a bit messy for 9am employees wasnt very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for what I was looking for. For this to be a supercenter they had very limited supply and options for dog food and what they did have was no cheaper than petsmart 🤔

Good location and my once usual go-to, but the quality of employees as well as available checkout lines have been lacking quite severely. If a customer is overtly polite and has a relevant concern, please listen to what they are saying instead of adopting a dismissive and negligent tone; it would save everyones time at checkout.

The store has failed twice to deliver to groceries, does not notify customer, does not know where the groceries are when the store is called, and eventually determines “there is no driver available & order is lost” Walmart Plus dictates which store delivers (even if 3 are in the same area code) and there is no way to change stores. Walmart customer service is amazing though, so there’s a silver lining. We will not be renewing Walmart Plus for next year and will be going to Harris Teeter instead.

Nice walmart, usually has what we need. Not crowded at all on Thursday late morning.

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE. They told me they couldnt get the bolt off to change my oil and I would have to drive an hour away to a different walmart that did it last to fix it. We took it home and just did it ourselves. Guess they forgot how to change oil. 🤷‍♀️ This is not the only walmart to give us a story durring an oil change. Probably going to listen to everyone telling me not to get my oil changed at walmart.

This Walmart is set up a little different from the ones I am used to. Would really like to have more time, to walk around and see how things, stack up with other stores.

I had went into this Walmart today at around 9:30 and I decided to see if they had any clorox wipes and to shop. This lady here was unpacking and got highly upset at me for trying to reach for something while she was unpacking. I asked her a question and she yelled at me that we were only allowed 2, which was fine. I expected this, but I have never been so rudely treated at a Walmart in my life. I was not trying to bother her at all, but she was rude and this is unacceptable. I have contacted corporate and I’m hoping the manager here sees this review. I understand that tensions are high, but being yelled at for just trying to reach a product is unacceptable. I am already a shy person so this just upset me and honestly I have no desire to return to this store. Let me add that I’m an essential worker too and that doesn’t give me the right to yell at customers when they ask one question.

Definitely one of the cleaner, usually well stocked, and less crowded Walmarts in the triad. Its kind of hidden back in a wooded corner past where the more crowded store district is. I guess thats what makes it one of the less stressful locations to visit. You have to know it is there. Definitely being in one of the higher income areas of Winston has its effects as well. When in Rome, right? There are MANY stores and businesses on that road, but not so many grocery stores. (That I know of anyway.) One of Walmarts greatest survival strategies is demographic and income based store planting. They do their homework and they get the municipal approvals to build. In smaller towns they put a hurt on smaller businesses, but they are a dominating force in the brick and mortar category that, sooner or later, many business owners will have to adapt to or fold to. Now Amazon, thats where Walmart needs to watch and learn. Amazon will have the monopoly on retail, as their logistics continue to evolve. Jeff stepping down.... we shall see. 😉

Walmart Supercenter is a very big store that has anything you need. They even have a car service in the back where you can have your car serviced. Very friendly staff and helpful if you cant find products you looking for. They even have riders for handicapped shoppers.

This place was nice and clean.I came in after hours so many people were on break. I was able to find almost everything I was looking for. They also have a huge selection of kosher food.

They need more people at the registers. I hate trying to check myself out with a grocery cart full. Theres no customer service doing it yourself. Itd fine if you have one or 2 things.

The prices they have on the shelves was different in a bad way when I went to check out. I went 2 days before and same thing . When I tried to speak to the managers about the price difference they acted like I was speaking a foreign language. So its probably still not fix. False advertising.

Staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Unlike most walmarts Ive been inside. They are a busy location but every employee Ive talked to has been willing and happy to assist when and however they can. Cant find something? Theyll take you right to it. That being said, Walmart employees should unionize. They deserve much more than what they get for what they have to deal with.

Limited supply of pots for plants. The ones I did find have no drainage holes. Who thought that was a great idea?

This particular walmart has always been better in treating the customers the correct way. Ive not had a bad experience here so far. Some of the prices are even better than others!

Same super Walmart as my home-town, clean, safe, busy, and not enough check out lines or self service lines, as always. We struggled to find a ride-on cart, my hubbys foot is broke, an employee finally helped us. Need more electric ride on carts for handicap ♿.

Love it however you guys need to stop asking customers for their receipt at the exits because customers did not sign a contract with walmart stating they have to show receipt like BJs, Sams club or Costco etc other than that keep doing a great job.

This is my favorite location! The Pickup Pack-up Crew is always friendly, especially Ms. Joyce! When I go in-store, the greeters are always nice & the store is well-kept.

Bought an electric grill from this location a couple of months ago that caught fire after plugging it in for the first time and nearly burned down my porch. After reaching out to Walmart about my grill they told me unfortunately the grill was out of its return policy and they could not do anything to help me. I even went in person and spoke to someone who claimed to be the store manager who said they would take a copy of the receipt and reach back out to me the same day. After 2 days of no response, I reach back out to only be told that they cannot help me because it is out of the 90 day return policy for a $531 grill that does not work and has not worked. They would not let me do any exchange, no store credit, I even offered to take a cheaper grill, I just did not want the same grill that was purchased and I received nothing. I even reached out to the manufacturer who stated that the grill was defective and I needed to return it. Do not buy anything that may need to be returned from this store even if the product is brand new they will not accommodate the customer.

This Walmart has a great layout compared to others. The attention to the grocery section is particularly nice. I also had an experience I hadnt had before in any other Walmart... an employee was genuinely helpful and actually sought me out to deliver news on an item I couldnt find on when it would be in. Great location!

Its another metropolitan Walmart. Some of the customers are pretty shady, the employees would rather cut up and goof off rather then do their jobs. Personally I prefer to not be at this location after dark though.

The Walmart was DISGUSTING! There was wrong things in spots that were not supposed to be there, the floors were nasty, the carts were torn up. The cashiers were not friendly at all. Needless to say this was my first and last time Ill be back at this Walmart.

Even though I mentioned visiting a competitor he still spoke highly of them. After thoroughly going through a lot of steps and telling me about many of my options, we decided wed like to go with Paradise Pools. My neighbor also bought from them and LOVES his pool! I will definitely be talking to Ray again soon. Wonderful business, outstanding businessman.

Excellent Customer Service. Many very professional employees. Store clean and spacious. Lots of meats and delicious baked goods. Eye Center is nice but different locations take only certain insurances so call ahead to be sure which Walmart accepts your Eye Insurance.

The building is not as old as some of the other local Walmarts. Store is well laid out and the workers are polite and helpful enough. This store used to be open 24 hours but now has limited hours due to CV-19. If you go after 8pm, it is pretty much a ghost town. Some of the people who stock the shelves in the PM hours (who used to be the overnight crew) are a little rude. They set up shop in their particular aisles and cant be bothered moving aside for a minutes unless you push the issue. And they often walk off and hang out with other employees (who have also walked off), as if they are in some kind of social club.

I can never ask employees where anything is in there everybody always say thats not there department so they cant help and they always say just go to the app blah blah blah

I ordered canvas photos from their photo center this weekend as gifts for family and upon arriving to pick them up found out that they werent even assembled; just the photos for them had been printed out. I had to stand at the counter for an hour before they were even truly ready! After calling today to confirm another pickup order I was hung up on twice and then spoke with an associate who spoke to me in a voice that was rooted in the action being an inconvenience to her. Inside this store location can be compared to some of the stores in Tampa. I work straight through the week and have a full schedule most days. I use to come here often for grocery pickup. Its convenient for those who dont feel like spending the day running errands. The pickers and packers have been phenomenal. From the time I arrive im greeted they get my order to me quickly and pack it in neatly. Thanks for all you do walmart employees. I greatly appreciate it.

I’m leaving a review for a wonderful phone call i had with sania an employee at this Walmart. I’ve never ordered online grocery before and she guided me through all the steps to complete my order after waiting hours to get in touch with someone in that department although she works in a completely different department. I was becoming frustrated with how long i was on hold and when she answered she was extremely sweet and helpful.

The store had nothing and I spent 35 minutes waiting for someone in electronics to show up to give me the items I wanted to purchase!

Great unexpected finds on clearace. Also, had just what I needed and things were easy to find.

Shelves were not stocked. Items I was looking for were not available. My personal opinion is that Mgr not doing their job. Mgrs blame it on the warehouse not having products. Largest retail in America and can not keep store stocked. Also they do not pay me check my self out and bag my own groceries.

One of my favorite super markets. Literally has everything me and most of my family needs. From groceries, to electronics shoot even appliances. Only issue majority of the time is the cash registers are barely filled and the self checkouts sometimes are disabled.

All of the associates point you to someone else that may be knowledgeable instead of actually taking on the burden of developing the knowledge on their own. Or staying with the customer until their question are answered and problems are solved.

I got there before 8 this morning. Very little traffic was able to get in and out quickly. Associates looked tired but were nice and helpful. Paradise was the associate who checked me out-extremely nice. If you can-try to get there as early as possible no issues at all.

Went to get flowers, they were mostly dead and to buy a balloon,other Walmarts that I have been too will blow the balloon up at the service station but that 1 didnt. But the ppl was nice I just didnt get what I needed at that time from that Walmart.
