One of the better Target stores of the triad. What happened to Holton? He used to work in electronics, he use to provide some of the best customer service I have ever seen.... Sad to see things change though.

I didn’t get to see him in person, but Kenny is responsible for getting me an Xbox Series X after months of disappointments and waiting. He is an amazing employee who goes above and beyond to serve his customers.Target if you are reading this give this man a promotion or raise.

Some of the store brand products are decent with prices but its not the place to be if youre frugal. Some products have a great selection but others not so much. For example: Baby products seem to be plentiful but not shoes. You can tell the areas that dont have much sells (shoes again, for example) because those areas arent very tidy. Great selection of items in the pharmacy area. I usually only go to pick up medicine from the CVS inside so I dont know every inch of the store.

Drive up is generally quick and easy. A good option for those with limited time. However, expect to wait when you come at peak times

I went to the store today to look for tennis shoes for my granddaughter. The shoe department was disgusting! Shoes and boxes thrown everywhere, shopping carts filled with shoes and found it impossible to push my cart through the aisle due to product everywhere. I normally like Target but this was not what I’m used to seeing. Is there a new manager? Very disappointing. Needless to say I didn’t find shoes.

I went into this store yesterday evening to look for a pop-it game my daughter has been seeking for several weeks! The website showed that this store had 1 game left in stock! As I was searching for it, I was greeted by a very kind, smiling and caring young man named Ethan! He took the time to listen and help me find the location of this product which was empty. He told me the truck had came in earlier and they may not have had time to get to that pallet SO this young man went into the back, searched through the pallet of merchandise and came out with game we was looking for! I could have cried it warmed my heart so! We drove almost 2 hours (we live in Sparta NC) just to buy this game! I never explained to him how far we had drove until after he came out with the game! Anyone that uses this store to shop at please keep an eye out for this young man and remind him of how great he really is! I honestly think he would be this helpful and willing to help towards anyone! Thank you Ethan! You will always be remembered!

Yesterday I came to this Target for the first time. Theres a clothing section right when you walk in, but its not very pretty it looks like a Ross. But as you continue to enter the store the rest of the place is really pretty. Shelves are organized, everything is super clean. Theres a pharmacy, as well as groceries and electronics. Everything looks high quality.As I was using self checkout I had trouble paying because I left my credit card, but I was trying to use my Target Phone app to pay for my products and itd not let me do that. Use my phone to pay, so they can charge it to my app. The employee at self checkout was very nice and helpful, but we could not do anything about it and I had to find another payment method. Boomer because my credit card gives me cashbacks at Target.

I went to this target by myself as my husband was busy. I’m a smaller person and couldn’t reach a large circular mirror. I asked a male staff member for help and he acted like it was the worst request he’d ever gotten. He didn’t say a single word to me and he walked away annoyed directly after. I also couldn’t fit a large standing mirror in my cart at the end of my trip and needed help. Again I asked a male staff member and he waved me off saying he was already helping somebody. I walked around the store almost 3 times looking for help and the staff member was laughing it up with someone he seemed to know personally. Thank God for the younger staffed members who helped me at the end. The other 2 seemed more senior in the company. SMH. Never again.

Run down. not maintained. no employees on the sales floor.

They have something for everyone including my little girl (puppy) and for my grandchildren and children and of course the dollar section is the best!!

I tried to call ahead to see if an item I wanted was in stock because I know that online isnt always right and was hung up on before I could even ask. I decided to drive to this store even though it was 25 minutes away because my normal Target said that the item was out of stock for them and this store was supposed to have two. I went knowing that I might walk out empty handed. When I got there they did have them in stock. I went to checkout and tried to pricematch it from another retailer that I have pricematched to before. The employee, incredulously asked what the item was and then said she couldnt pricematch it from the website. Even though every other Target Ive ever been to in my life has been able to do that for me. She was extremely rude and judgmental of me from the moment she started talking to me. I work in retail, and I wouldnt leave this review if I didnt feel so strongly about this. I ended up leaving without the item because the pricematch would have saved me 50% off the item in question. Every other employee here was great, but this interaction soured my day. I probably wont be coming back to this location unless absolutely necessary

This Target on the other side of Winston isnt as busy as Hanes Mall which I love. Drive Up is always fast here!!! The selection is not quite as good as across town, but they ship everything nowadays. I have always had quick and friendly service and some staff members even remember me and say hello if they see me. I feel safe shopping here and there was a time a cashier walked me to my car at night. Excellent employees and management!

Went in for a quick pickup. Young lady was friendly and provided me quick service getting me in and out. Although i had to run back in.

The selection wasnt as vast as at some of the other Targets Ive frequented but I was able to get about 90% of the items on my list, it was clean, well organized and had friendly service.

The are 10 times better then Walmart and you can always go to a register to check out with them.

Target is a great place to get supplies and groceries for my family.

Transaction went smoothly, including the curb side service. Just had to drive so far, 2 hours to get the item. No other nearby Target had the item.

Clearly no one knows whats going on in this place. Managers, cashiers, stockers, etc a customer who frequented the store had to help me one day. The night manager doesnt have access to specific systems, thus rendering them useless. If not for the convenience of the location, Id never go here.

Every time I’ve been in the shelves are bare, they haven’t had my laundry sent since the beginning of the pandemic (I’m sure people panic bought that...) The employees are rude or just having their own conversations in groups around the store. It’s worth going across town to the other store. Today the Starbucks employees let a woman pick up several items out of the fridge and told her because she wasn’t wearing a mask she couldn’t be served but made the woman put all the items back....

My 75 year old dad has had a horrible experience purchasing a cell phone at this target location. The at&t third party vendors at this location are horrible and I would for sure tell all buyers beware! DO NOT BUY AN AT&T CELL PHONE FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!

I love coming here to buy stuffs for my house and my baby. Everyone seems very nice and patient except for one of the lady at the register. I came to her few times for checkout but she seem very impatient and rude to the point that I think she is being discriminated to me. Like today when checking me out, she was mockingly complaining about me to her coworker and being very disrespectful.

Very low percentage of people visiting this store wear masks. The employees all were all wearing maskd and that was great to see. However the number of full families and individuals not wearing them was far greater than other stores in the area. This is one of the least safe places to shop right now.

The shelves were empty but my online search showed that this store had the items I was looking for in stock. I used a Target phone in the store to page an employee. Someone immediately came, listened to my concern, looked at her inventory via her mobile device, said the item may have been in the days delivery. She immediately searched and quickly located the item. It all happened very efficiently and quickly. I was disappointed to arrive at your store and see empty shelves, but I totally understand during these challenging times and the situation was resolved immediately!

The lady I spoke to was extremely nice and working very hard I was pleasantly surprised. it took me all of 5 minutes to walk in there and pick up an item I had ordered earlier in the day. It was ready to go and she was quick and efficient and also very friendly.

Target is a wonderful store! It stocks everything, is clean, well organized, with great signage and great prices. Has friendly and helpful associates. Parking is never a problem! Cant ask for more in a shopping experience.

The entire process is super fast and super easy!

The process was fast, convenient and I was comfortable with the social distancing. The staff used a scanner read the order code on my phone and I did not have to touch anything. Great service!

My daughter brought these fans for me because my air conditioning broke down the order wasnt ready for pick up when I went there and I was desperate for air . IM 75 and the heat was killing me in my house. Favorite place to shop. Huge selection from clothes, electronics to food. The grocery department is as big as one at a super target. They also have self checkout which I love. I hardly have ti wait long in line. My only thing with them is that the only friendly associates are the ones who work up front at the registers.

Great Target location with a Starbucks cafe in the front of the building. They also have some of the best seasonal items from candy to clothing and decor. They also have a discount section at the beginning of the store that is perfect for small gifts or kids. Friendly staff and great deals.

Really disappointed today. I ordered online for pickup. I went inside & someone asked me how can they help? Good 1st impression. Next she asked for my drivers license. As I was getting it out, someone came in behind me & was asking about returns. And not 6’ away. The two proceeded to bicker back and forth & finally I asked “can you please help me 1st as I was here 1st 🤦🏼‍♀️” she said ok... but really? So unnecessary... and the fact that she actually had to touch my driver’s license, that was unnecessary as well.

Target is the bomb!!! What great shopping experiences it provides!

Second week in a row I’ve used pick up. It’s also the second week in a row that items were left out. I can’t get an answer on the phone or I probably wouldn’t resort to leaving google reviews.

I love Target, I come weekly to stock up, mainly on dog food. I enjoy saving 5% with my Target debit card which makes some items cheaper than anywhere else like PS4 games.

On May 24, 2019 I visited the University Pkwy’s Target. Boy, was I impressed with the personal attention I received from Ivy. She not only did everything to help me get the products I wanted and take me to checkout but also enlisted Devonian, her coworker, to help load the shelves into my car. Both were very kind and helpful and deserve to be commended.

Good service. I forgot to use my app for a 20%discount on shoes, I used the self check-out desk. Lady at service desk was very helpfull and friendly and I got my 20% back quick and easy.

Order was ready with in hours.. I recd a prompt email and also text telling me it was ready. I picked it up next day at the Winston Salem North store and recd an employee that greeted me smiling and friendly and she took my info and brought my order to me . I really did not wait longer then a minute and the order was in my hands. Targets order online service and pickup was a great experience. I will do again thank you

The associate that assisted me (her name is Jessica) was very nice and explained some information about your rewards programs that I was not aware of and she went the extra mile to make sure that my photos did not get ruined.

Generally, this target is deserted, which is a shame, or maybe the reason, that its a much better place to visit than the other local locations. The staff are friendly, and its well designed and well stocked. Its a good place for cosmetics, pharmacy, and household items. The groceries are limited in selection, but generally high quality and well priced.

The young lady who helped me around 6:15pm on 4/9/2020 was absolutely wonderful!

Terrible management. Only one person on the entire staff is trained in activating SIM cards. So when that person is off or out on lunch- youre out of luck. Even the Managers are not trained... how can that be?? Not my idea of proper management or work ethic. Terrible. This was the last straw for me at this location... Ill never be back.

Why arent you enforcing the statewide mask mandate at your store? Why is an employee telling other employees not to say anything to anyone without a mask? Do your job and enforce the mandate thats been put in order!!! Your own employees dont wear mask correctly because the manager is useless and refuses to acknowledge that this is MANDATORY!!

When Martha spends more time talking about her hours and the hours of the fellow employee she is checking out, you get ONE star. I used the online Target Pickup for the 1st time. The process was simple and easy to pick up in store. Loved it...next I will try the Driveup service. This was a very clean, neat, and organized Target.

I ordered my items online and could pick them at a store that is 5 minutes from me. I like the fast and efficiency of the orders

The friendless of the staff. I also went back to Target yesterday minutes before close and came in apologizing profusely, saying that itll be just a minute. Its almost 10pm yet everyone was still so warm to me.

Stock availability and cleanliness of store is top notch. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I prefer this location over the one closest to my home.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Everyone had greeted me with a smile. I am from out of town and it felt nice to be welcomed when i entered the store.

This used to be a good place to shop for groceries, but lately every time I go there theyre out of half the things Im shopping for, even when I go back a few days later. I used to drive past Wal Mart to shop here but I wont make that mistake again.

Always friendly. I can always get in and get out quickly. Im a Wal-Mart hater, so you know where Im headed. Its always peaceful and I will always but more when I can think!

Awful management. Was shopping in clothes and overheard a conversation between a manager and staff. Dont know if the employee is bad or what, but that manager should be fired. Super degrading. Will not be back if thats whos running the store.

The staff was helpful when asking for help. If they didnt know they called someone that did. They just didnt say I dont know and walk off. Prices were $. Seen from traffic. Wheelchair accessible and restroom wheelchair accessible. Wide selection of items. They even have a dollar section.
