Horrible management. They openly discriminate. Take your buissness elsewhere

This store actively discriminates against persons with disabilities. They had a blind man forcibly removed from the store because of his service dog.

Love this store. Friendly staff and lots to choose from. Whether its shoes or dress clothes or maybe you need some workout gear. They have a little bit of it all.

Horrrrrrible customer service. I love jimmy jazz but it seems as if every location just doesn’t care about their customers. went in here, no one really welcomed us.. one person did ask if we were doing ok so that’s where the second star comes from but when we went to check out, there was an employee behind the register on her phone and didn’t even look at us or say “one second someone is on their way to check y’all out” or anything.. we waited there awkwardly while she was just on her phone and THEN a guy came and checked us out and he wasn’t even friendly. not a great experience.

Wonderful Customer I Service

I like that I can always find my baby shoes here, that I never see in Footlocker. They seem to carry more exclusive sneakers for kids. Keep this up Jimmy Jazz! Oh, and the customer service is nice too, just wish they carried woman shoes also.

Customer service was horrible. From employees along with the manager who was very rude. They will also have you waiting for forever. Would not recommend this location.

I called today 06/09/2020 11:24am an a nice african American woman manager answer I was checking on my application I did with them cause they was hiring the woman said she was gone call me back in a hour when she found my name cause they were busy which is very understandable an she probably forgot cause they was busy so I decided to call back I called back 2:28pm an a white lady manager answered I told her the manager earlier found my name an told me to called back in a hour a couple hours ago so I was making sure I didnt missed the call cause my service is bad she say well you gone have to call back tomorrow cause Im busy with customers an people with a attitude so I say ok dats understandable do you know a good time to call tomorrow she say Im gone call you when I come across your application or wat not in a rude attitude way so I say ok an she just hung up didnt ask for my name or nothing.

I wish I could give no stars . The manager is rude . I didn’t catch her name but every time I go in the store she has a bad vibe . I’m never shopping there again. The manager had me waiting for about 10 minutes before she rang me up because 1 register didn’t work and she was pulling cash or whatever on the other one in the middle of the day during Memorial Day weekend then she told me she has to hold my idea to verify it matches my credit card ? She couldn’t just look at it? I’m done . I won’t even get into the return policy 🙄

This store is absolutely garbage. The customer service is poor, and the manager there is never polite. Always acts like you’re bothering her. I will never spend another cent at any of their locations. Jimmy Jazz could send me $1000.00 gift card and I would burn it. Zero stars!

They have an awful staff. I called and the women on the phone had an attitude with me when I purchased an Air Jordan shoe for my nephew. But the shoe was reported FAKE by by nephew.

Worst customer service in the mall. My family walked in and was ignored by 4 employees after we walked around no one approached us, they were talking, laughing, and playing around. worst customer service ever, go to Footlocker they will serve you there.
