My husband and I recently visited the Foot Locker inside of Hanes Mall, and we purchased the AM 720 Remastered Silver/Black/Orange sneakers with the help of cashier Ashely A. and sales associate Mariliana A. We have still yet to receive an email confirmation and/or text message in regards to his purchase. The shoes were to be sent to our home address. It has now been 6 days no tracking number, no information. This is very upsetting. At this point a full refund would be accepted.If someone can please get back to me at your most earliest convenience, that would be greatly appreciated.Thank you and look forward to hearing from you soon

Number one shoe store for me

Had a great experience shopping for ball shoes for my younger brother, Ty. Tanisha helped us and was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Tried on several pairs and sizes and she was helpful and patient throughout.

I have been to six Footlocker stores in NC and this one stands out. The store manager and his team provide excellent service all the times I have been there. Cooperate needs to ensure this store gets Yeezy when ever they drop because its the main store serving the triad.

Love this place

Literally the worst experience I have ever had buying something. I went into the store to purchase shoes on 11/27/17, they didn’t have my size in stock. I figured no problem, I will just order them and have them sent to the store. The manager Joshua told me “3-5 days and your shoes will be there, but I’m pretty sure Friday your shoes will be here”. I show up Friday and...no shoes, okay... so I call the “delivery service number on my receipt to try to track my shipment, I was on hold for 44 minutes. Now I must admit I called after 6pm so maybe the call center was closed so the next day( Saturday) I called at 1:17 and was on hold for another 30 minutes and my phone auto ended the call. So I wait until Monday (today) and give the number a call at 10:36am only to be on hold for 15 minutes, so I hung up and decided I would call the store when the mall opened. I call the store and it rung and rung to no answer so I figured holiday season they’re just busy. I call back at 4:00pm I get a answer and explain my situation that I just want to know if my shoes have arrived. I’m put on hold for about 3 minutes only to be told “we have to check the mailbox, call back in 10 minutes”. So I called back in 15 minutes but I got busy line dial tone, so like a reasonable adult I thought “well I cannot be the only calling a shoe store today, I’ll just call back in 10 minutes”. Call...line busy... wait 10 minutes...Call... Line busy... Wait 10 minutes.... Call.... Line busy... Wait 10 minutes... Line busy.... At this point I was pretty pissed so I waited another 30 minutes and call and I actually get some rings but no answer. So here it is 6:51pm and I still don’t have a answer.

This location occasionally gets exclusive releases like Yeezy restocks so Id recommend checking it out

I would totally recommend NOT ordering shoes from this store. If they don’t have your size in stock, in store just go elsewhere. I went on vacation and stopped by a mall. I was looking for a pair of tennis shoes but they didn’t have my size at that location so the worker convinced me to order them in store and they’d be shipped to my house 3-5 business days. They came but I got a men’s shoe. I took them back to this store to have them exchanged and had to order them again. It’s been almost 2 WEEKS and I still don’t have the shoes. I called the store and the only thing they had to say was “they’ll come”. Very poor customer service.

Great selection of shoes. My son wears size 13.5, they almost always have his size. If they do not have the what you are looking for, they will offer to order online for you and have it shipped to your home. It doesnt get much better than that!

Im here on a vacation and had the worst experience at Foot Locker. It didnt start out that though. At first, the salesperson was helping my wife find a pair of sneakers in which werent in stock. Located online and told my wife that had to pay for them at the register. She happens to be Platinum rewards member for Foot Locker. When she went to pay for them, the cashier Kiana Rivera started with the BS. Virtually cursing my wife out. The manager Joshua wasnt any help. He was reluctant to give any information. It wasnt till I got involved, that he started cooperating. They will never get another dime from me.

Really enjoyed buying my daughters shoes here for basketball. This was the last place went to to try and find a pair that she like and we were actually recommended by Champs their sister store in Hanes Mall. The saleswoman was very helpful and knowledgeable. House of hoops is a great campaign for anyone looking for basketball shoes any style any color. We decided on the Jordan 34s worn by Zion Williamson which is a hard pill for me and my daughter to swallow being Carolina fans, but they ARE JORDANs first and foremost worn by a Dookie. Lol.
