The sales person was knowledgeable. The machine they used showed him what my childs problem was. He brought out a shoe and told him thats what he needed. It is an in style good tennis shoe. My teen liked the look and he feet have stopped hurting. I am pleased and will go back

The staff here are wonderful to work with. My sister in law and I never felt judged or out of place for being plus sized in a fitness store. The staff are great at listening to what you want to do and finding shoes that will fit and support you while youre doing it. I never felt like there was a hard sell on any of the shoes or products, just an interest in making sure that theyre matching the right shoes to you.Only downside is that their fitness clothes only go up to an XL in womens. Id like to see more plus size options because curvy women exercise too!

I have been a casual runner for about 12 years. I spent 1 hour with Chris, she was awesome and took her time with me and I realized I have been wearing the wrong size shoes all along. I would highly recommend making the trip to Fleet Feet in Winston. Everyone I spoke with in the store was very kind and helped me feel very comfortable, great experience.

My Dr suggested I purchase Hoka Bondi shoes, honestly Im a flip flop person, But I must say, my Hokas are amazing, The young lady that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable, I would definitely return to the store for that type of customer service!

I went in today looking for a good pair of shoes to wear for 16 hour shifts. I had two people approach/greeted me asked me what I was looking for and then told me that they were busy and would find someone else. I could clearly see everyone was helping someone. But don’t go out of the way to ask me what I’m looking for and tell me you’ll get someone else. The third girl that approached asked me what I was looking for and then asked me to put on a mask. The way everyone there that approached did it in a nonprofessional manner.

Walked spoke with a nice lady Angela, she was allowing me time to look. Two different gentlemen came out to see if I had be spoken with. The second guy called Angela over to they me fitted and I wasn’t even close to picking out a shoe! Please teach your staff client relations and how to build a relationship with a new client. I walked out. I have worked with the general public in a client services business for 30 plus years now and never have I been so push-up within 5 minutes of walking in to a “professional running store”

I was assisted by Taylor and she was awesome! She understood my needs and made sure to get something that is comfortable and good for my feet. I am a long time bobs and flip flop wearer but due to my recent knee injury I had to make the switch to tennis shoes. I am a tennis shoe newbie so I had no idea what to look for in a shoe! She brought out several different ones and we picked me most comfortable for me. Ill definitely be back!

I was very pleased with my experience at Fleet Feet Winston-Salem. I walked in expecting to buy a pair of Brooks for my new nursing job, but I know I walked out with the best shoes and insoles for my feet. Been suffering from severe plantar faciatis and fleet feet has helped to make me pain free. My podiatrist sent me here so that I could be fitted properly. I had a good experience here with Chase. I ended up going with the first pair of shoes he brought out. Its nice to have a starting point based on their computer program to match your feet with the right shape and support. Otherwise, its just looking at a wall of shoes with no clue. Im 2 weeks in with my new shoes and they are working out great!

I loved my first experience at Fleet Feet, they did a really cool 3D scan of my foot to see what kind of arch support was needed and also where I am putting the most weight on my feet- which was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pair of running/ workout shoes. My feet have never felt more comfortable. I ended up getting a pair of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21, which are by far the most supportive shoes I have ever worn. I will be back for my next pair soon!

Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave great pointers to my 14 year old son that has extremely high arches. Fit him for insoles and shoes, suggested exercises and stretches, and suggested compression socks to wear during recovery.

I was visiting Winston-Salem in preparation for relocating to the area. Upon arriving, Matt greeted me and was helpful and engaging. The store and all employees were attentive to the Covid guidelines while offering exceptional service with stellar attitudes. Lindsey helped me. She listened thoroughly to my needs (I probably went on longer than I needed to and she was so gracious and caring) while matching the best shoe and inserts for me. I am not a runner, I came looking for inserts to help with hip pain following a car accident. After several inserts and he detailed explanation of my scan and her thoughts, I found great shoes and inserts. Immediately, pain started dissipating and is better every day since my visit. Lindsey did not pressure me and she competently answered every question and allowed me to take my time. I cannot say enough great things about the store, the staff that I watched help others as well as Matt and Lindsey who directly served me. I have found my preferred store after my relocation. We recently visited the Winston-Salem store. My mom (80 yrs old) needed her first real pair of shoes. She has lots of foot ‘concerns. Our gal Anna was so patient with my mom! I talk with a gentleman name Tony on the phone and he was very helpful. When I got to the store Andrea meet me and she also very helpful. She answered my questions and this was my first visit and they did a scan and watch how I walked and showed me all the pressure points going on with my feet. No two feet are the same. They explained everything to me when I got there and with the Covid-19 you do have to purchase some socks and they explained it to me when I asked about that to make sure I did understand. All of the staff was so friendly and we all jokes and cut up and they treated me with respect and I know I will be going back. I am very pleased with my experience and my purchase.Ramona Strabley

Very solid shoe-buying experience. I just got back into running and needed an actual pair of running shoes. The computerized foot measurements are cool, but the expert advice from someone who runs is cooler. I got to try on some awesome shoes from brands I’d never tried. In the end, I got the best pair for me at less than what I was expecting to pay. I ran a 5k the next day in what I’d bought - I forgot what an asset one good pair of shoes can be. I’m a customer for life now.

The very best experience of complete customer service ever! Charles started by asking what thickness of footie or sock I wore. I was totally impressed for cleanliness. We proceeded to the machine to see what size shoe I actually wore, then on to the mat to walk across that reads my feet that showed every little detail. Then Charles was able to sit down with me and explain all the details in my language lol. We started with a couple pair shoes that I was able to try on and walk in to see if I liked. Then more... then 1 on 1 foot then 1 on another and different widths. He and his boss even checked with the manufacturers for a different color.... yes they went above and beyond! Those shoes felt so good there was no way I was leaving there without them! Thanks so much Charles and Fleet Feet!

Horrendous experience. Waited in a waitline for my appointment for over 45 minutes. Great, Im glad theyre following covid rules! However, when my name was called I was brought inside, told I would be helped, and left alone. I was not spoken to by anyone for another 15 minutes and when someone finally did speak to me it turned out my assigned employee had gone on a break. I was then left to stand there for another 25 minutes until the employee arrived. Basically I wasted an hour and a half of my time to try on shoes for 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed.

I had just come from the doctors office with my wife that had had a broke foot and needed to get new shoes / inserts. Im trying to spend a good bit of money for whatever she needs and was told to leave the store because I didnt have a mask...? And was not provided one either when I had told them we dont have any because the doctors office didnt even make us were one then was told to leave the store.
