It was a great first experience with North Point. The in person experience was better than trying to work with them on line. Had some miscommunication there. But the people at the building were super friendly and very helpful. I had five things done to my truck and I had the vehicle back by mid afternoon. Great service! Thank you!

North Point was super awesome to us. We found a vehicle that we wanted and had everything set up and drove 2 hours to go test drive it. We liked the price and the vehicle and decided to buy it. Now granted, we put zero down and didn’t have to make our first payment for another 45 days. Me and my wife needed to sign the paperwork but only me and my son came since we were there to test drive the car, so we had an issue with the paperwork. North Point decided they would deliver the car and bring the paperwork for my wife to sign, at no additional charge!!! I honestly thought they were gonna slip in a delivery charge somewhere but they didn’t. They literally took the time out of their day and business to deliver the vehicle to our house and drove back, 2 hours away I might add again. They seriously stepped up and made this deal happen without a blink of an eye. Now I’ve never seen or heard of a dealership that delivers a vehicle that your buying, specially with no money down, and take the time to bring it to us with the paperwork. North Point is a great place to buy from and really on top of their game. If your looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend checking them out. Thank you North Point for all your help.

As far as North Point, I have compared prices to many others. They are usually right in line with industry standard but their turnaround is fantastic.

Excellent service, and friendly well informed service advisors.They did exactly what they said they would, and the vehicle was ready to go before the promised time. In this case there was a mixture of warranty work (safety recall), as well as oil and filter change and a few other tasks. The service advisor called and updated me on the start times, and pricing for the other items, and they were very acceptable for what needed to be done.I have been using North Point Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram and Fiat, since 1998. I have never once had to return for anything done incorrectly. Each time work has been done correctly and on time. They have often gone out of their way to take care of “the little things” that need to be done to make a happy customer.I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a professional service center for their vehicle.Another note of interest is that many in the service center are still there today, years after I started using them in 1998. To me in today’s world, that says a lot!

Jenn is patient and listens to your needs which is unusual for sales people. Nathan was so friendly and helpful with all the needed details of my jeep. He was not what I was expecting from a sales person because he had a sense of humor and professionalism. In other words completely the opposite of nagging and pushy sales people. My wife and I traveled to Winston-Salem during this current car inventory shortage in order to purchase one of two vehicles at two different dealerships. I am happy that we landed at North Point and more specifically that we were paired up with Ken at the dealership. We had been communicating with their online sales team leading up to our in-person visit and did not realize that we would be working with a different individual upon arrival. Ken was professional, straight forward and very easy to work with. I will admit that my wife and I dread going to buy a car because we usually know what we want and simply want someone to help with the operational process. I purchased a new vehicle over the weekend from this dealership and I have to say I would recommend them to anyone. After looking for months, I finally found the exact Charger I had been looking for and to my surprise it was brand new with a lower price tag than the used ones that I had come across previously. I had a great experience purchasing my truck. Everyone was great and I would purchase from them again. Very easy dealings. However, service the last two times has been very difficult. The service advisor was nice enough. Although, I was there a hour to get a wheel lock key for my truck. After a hour I had to leave…. With no wheel lock key ordered. I understand they are busy. While setting there I saw a nice challenger, I took a video of I liked it so much. I realized after watching the video. That guy arrived after me, had his car serviced and left before me. While I was still setting there waiting on a wheel lock key. Would anyone else be pleased?

This was our first time dealing with North Point and it was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Shae Buono was our first contact and she worked hard to find the exact Jeep we wanted. She kept us informed along the way and was there to meet us when we picked it up. Shae was efficient but fun to work with. She is an outstanding representative for North Point. Carlos made sure the Jeep was clean and ready and took a great deal of time to show us how things worked, etc. He even set up Carplay and helped us customize the dash display. He was very friendly and helpful. Mark handled the paperwork and made it easy with no pressure. The dealership was nice and all the staff were friendly. This was the best car buying experience we have had and we would definitely go back to North Point.

They are always mindful of my time when I get work done here and always able to work me in! The workers are very courteous! There was one customer complaining that he had been waiting two hours for a light bulb in his car to be replaced only for them to call him after two hours and say that they didn’t have the light bulb and that they wouldn’t have it until next week.

Purchased a 2018 Ram 3500 brand new for cash. At the time of the sale I was offered to prepay for oil changes for about half the regular price so I purchased eight oil changes. I recently went in for my fourth oil change and was told that the balance of the oil changes will expire in June of 2022. Why was I not told there would be an expiration date at the time they were sold to me? Why would I buy more than I could possibly use? I was told to speak to the finance Mgr to see about changing expiration date. I have been leaving him messages for a week with no return call. I decided to try the Service Manager but he does not return calls either. If we do not work this out, it is the service manager’s shop that will be changing my oil four days in a row as I intend to get what I paid for as senseless as it may be. A bad review is my last resort to get someone to call me. Service after the sale is not their strong suit.

I would have given them a -10 star but the salesman GWATNEY LEAK (he need a raise) is a wonderful guy who tries his hardest to take care of his customers. Now that service department is trash 🗑🗑🗑🚽🚽🚽. I always have a bad experience when having my car repaired at that establishment. They are the worse when it comes to fixing things on the vehicle I got from them. They have the worse customer service until you begin to act ugly with them which should not have to happen. They try to make you pay for things that are covered under warranty so please beware and when you have to have you car towed to them to be fixed make sure they pay for it as long as you have a warranty with them. I hate going to this place of “business” but I have warranties through them so they must take care of it. Once the warranties run out I will not see them again and I will never spend a dime with them I absolutely hate doing business with this incompetent establishment.

When, she arrived we took it to the local dealership and they indicated that one part was accidentally installed incorrectly....the Florida dealership charged us for the labor, but not the part since it was from another Jeep dealership. When, my daughter returned to Winston-Salem, Dewey -the service manager apologized for the error and refunded my daughter the labor costs of the original installation at North Point.Mistakes happen, its how you deal with them that show your character and values.Thanks Dewey and North Point!!!

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too. I have lived here for 4 years and never once could get the proper assistance! I have to drive to Greensboro to get the proper work completed. I called because of a extreme gas leak I’m having which could be smelled inside the car! The person on the phone told me “that’s not that bad as we can fit u in 15 days from now And if u drop it off there is no guarantee we are going to get to it” EXCUSE me ! Yeah NEVER AGAIN !!!

Took my Ram 2500 in to get repaired. Has less than 33,000 miles on it. After it sat there a week with no one calling I reached out to them. They told me they had sent the part back that I had waited too long. They ordered a new part an it come in wrong. They then orders the part for the third time and they told me it came in broken. They then told me it would be August 15th 2021 before my part come in. This particular part is making my vehicle cut off sporadically at any given time. I asked them could I get a loaner or a rental. They told me no. Told me if I needed a vehicle I could come pick mine up. Finally after four weeks of being without a vehicle I had to go pick it up. The last Ive heard my part will not be in until December 31, 2021. Fingers crossed this vehicle doesnt cut off and hurt someone if not possibly kill someone. After this part is put in I am done with North Point jeep. Hopefully this review will help someone make their decision. Chrysler was no help either. If I called North Point and Chrysler once I called them 50 times. Very poor communication also.

We just trade in a car and bought one yesterday. The lady, Kendra, on the phone was super nice and our sales man Joe was awesome. He followed all of COVID safety procedures. They had my car pulled up and ready for me to test when we arrived. No pressure and friendly staff. However, when the person who sits behind the middle desk who appraised my trade-in told me to sale my car to someone else, while we were trying to make a deal....I almost walked out.... Additional, not sure why but it took a while for everything to get done. We got there at 3pm did not leave until 7:30pm. Plus, do your homework on trade-in values before coming here. Great selection of cars though.

Not only did I get a great trade-in value on my old truck, I was able to get a major upgrade in my vehicle for a very good price. While other dealers in these covid times are tacking on additional costs calling them market adjustments, sometimes in the thousands, they still took a thousand off of the MSRP. They were not only responsive to my vehicle and style needs, but they also respected the fact that I had a young special needs child that hates sitting still. Never in all my years buying and trading vehicles have I ever completed the buying process in less than 30 minutes. That’s from the moment I said yeah I want it to the keys in my hand driving the truck off the lot. Props definitely due for this 2021 summer crew! Thanks guys!

I had a appointment to get 4 tires put on,took them over 4 hrs to get them on,had my truck in line to get a 4 wheel alignment,which i didnt want...fast forward a few months,picked up a nail in a tire,brought it in to have it fixed,since i have road hazard on them,took them another 4 hrs to change one tire,told them to rotate all 4 tires(as the tire purchasing agreement) some how they failed to get that done,not to mention they stripped half my lug nuts installing the new tires,worst service experience of my life

I went in for a service recall on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit and came home with a beautiful 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4! I am very picky and loved my Jeep but I had my eye on this Used Black Ram there. Turned out to be not exactly what I wanted. Johnny Simmons was my salesman, spent a lot of time and had a lot of patience with me working to get me the best possible deal. I literally spent the day there making my choices. Mark in Finance, at times, was probably not very happy with me but he worked it out and got me pretty dam close to where I needed to be in the end. Mark was actually the one who suggested the Ram I got. At first, I wasnt feeling it because it was white and I always buy Black but looking now at that Brillant White, it looks pretty sweet, plus all the bells and whistles it has made me forget all about that Jeep that I thought I couldnt part with! Bought this 2019 ram cerified with 9200 miles biggest mistake in my life.Got it home the fog lights didnt work so I got under it someone had cut the wires so the dealer did fix it but I waxed it up a week later and discovered that the truck had been in a fender bender look at the paint now its going to cost me $1500.00 to fix it and the dealer dont care and is crooks and liers.And the funny thing is it had a clean carfax report and that act like that never ever knew anything about it.So beware auto shopper look real real real good before you buy off of this dishonest place.Wished I could give them 0 stars.What a joke of a place.

We brought our car in for a recall fix and that afternoon the car began to overheat. The thing failing was updated with the recall BUT they claim its mere coincidence and now want to fix the car for a total of over a thousand dollars. Its not coincidence! We feel theyre in it for the money. Wish we had taken our car anywhere else to fix the recall. We wont ever be returning. Ever. They did give us a discount and footed the bill for hitting the fan to diagnose it. Were appreciative of their efforts but we still believe that this was not coincidence. Our mileage was only 77k which is NOT high mileage. And after further diagnostics the fan works fine when max ac is on. Proving it didnt need the part they said.

I rode in with my uncle from Florida and his 19 3500 had some battery trouble the following day we arrived. They were honest and got his truck up and running within a couple of hours and on such a short notice, especially around the holidays! They did get some other maintenance done as well

Super customer centric and very professional. Gwathney Leak, who was my sale person, helped me so much along the buying process. He even found me an empty office for my work meeting. The negotiation process (thanks to Shae) was quite straightforward, and the finance manager was not pushy at all.
