Rodney is the man. Have dealt with him for the past 3 years and he is very knowledgeable of the products he sells.

Next to my favorite furniture store

I picked out a bedroom suite, paid the deposit and was told that delivery to Raleigh would cost $150 and included set up. I called to confirm delivery and was told by the salesman, Rodney that it will be $150 and you will want to rent a UHaul truck too. I ask why? Rodney says because our truck will not make it that far. Rodney and I went back and forth on how he did not tell me this in the beginning. So basically Rodney and Rominger wants you to pay them $150 and rent a U Haul and then they will drive you to your long distance destination. Rodney suggested that I cancel my order if I didnt agree to their terms. I ask Rodney who would agree to that? I also expressed that you guys are not meeting the needs of your customers. I inform Rodney that it is not my fault that they do not have a truck that can travel to Raleigh. Sadly to say, the mgr of Rominger did not speak to me. I canceled my order too. Rominger has been in business over a 100 years and they dont have a truck that can travel 100 miles. I am TOTALLY dissatisfied with this experience. I will NEVER do business with them again. I advise all others to NEVER shop there.

First of all store closed early and the worker was extremely rude when we entered the store to look around. We had a few minutes before the new closing time. He just hollered we closed!

Very good service high quality furniture

They did not greet my husband and I when we came into the store, nor engage in a conversation to find out what we are looking for. Its almost as if they had no interest in assisting Black customers. Money is money, regardless of the color of the hand it comes from. I wish I could give a zero rating.

BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE PRICES HIGH

Rominger southern is the worst place to buy furniture from also they have the worse costumer service I spoke with the store manager he had a very nasty attitude.

A little pricey for the quality.

Service in store is OK but delivery is horrible. Waiting hours now. Interest a little high. Really upset about this delivery tho.
