Bought my first truck from these guys back in early February of 2020. A 2014 Toyota Tundra. These guys had installed aftermarket wheels and tires on the truck before purchase and it looked great. After the test drive I was playing with all the functions and found out that the sunroof motor was broken. Nobody had mentioned it beforehand yet when the manager (Walt) came out to check it out he acted like they had known about it. Red Flag #1. A month or so later when I could get the truck back to them, they fixed the sunroof for free. Very fair treatment. Then, the fun started. I went to get my first oil change and tires rotated at another shop and to my surprise, they couldn’t get the wheels off. The lug nuts that were installed were breaking off, almost every one of them on one tire. So the local shop stopped after the first tire and told me to go back to this dealer to make them figure it out. I showed up to Webber and they also couldn’t get the wheels off, I was told by Jeremy that he didn’t know what was wrong. He claims that the lug nuts they installed were the correct part and that it was something “weird” about Toyota’s studs for the wheel. So, they then proceeded to drill out the studs to replace them with bigger studs. The drilling wasn’t done with care for the truck at all. Check out the pictures I’ve added to this post. I haven’t had a smooth ride since this incident (about 3 months after I bought the truck). They completely tore up the brand new wheels so bad that the lug nuts can’t get a proper seat or proper torque anymore. The truck vibrates like it’s out of balance constantly and the only way to fix it now is to buy 4 new wheels. The worst part about it all is that when I went to pick up the truck when I asked Jeremy if they got the wheels off and he acted like everything was fine. AND then proceeded to charge me 300+ dollars for new studs. So I got charged an extra $300 (plus the $1500 for new wheels now) for them to do an awful job and not own up to their mistake of either installing the wrong lug nuts or just the wrong wheel assembly in general on this truck. I’m young and don’t know much about trucks but I do know that I got bent over by these guys and would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Webber had the best price and it was easy to tell they were experts in their craft. One item received was wrong (1 out of 4 rims) and unfortunately it wasnt discovered until the last minute. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle before a long 4 day weekend (on new years eve) but got the call there was a problem while I was on the way. I was not happy and expressed that clearly. In the end, they arranged for me to pick up a temporary wheel and brought it to their shop on new years day to have it installed so I can get my truck back before the long weekend. Yes, that was just awesome but just as important is the fact they they really know their craft and installed a fairly rare and new model lift with no issues and on time. It was worth driving an hour and a half to the Webber shop to have this work done. Highly recommended!

Gave me a bill of sale for the car, had me go to the bank and get financing, then not even an hour later sold the car to someone else.No loyalty even AFTER a bill of sale. If you want someone to be loyal do not use Walter Thomas.

They took twice as long as quoted and i could afford to leave my car for. Then when i finally get my car back, I was charged for work and parts that wasn’t done to it. I had high hops to have a good mechanic in the area but i can assure you of this, they are dishonest and definitely not who will be getting my business going forward.

So sugary sweet . . . until something goes wrong.Bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta for work. According to Webber its in perfect condition. Like a new one they said. If anything goes wrong, bring it back to us. Well fix it. We value our reputation.Soon after buying the car, I realize the A/C isnt working. I take it back to Webber. Oh, no problem. Well take care of it for you sir. We cant figure out whats wrong, though, so take it to these guys. Theyll be able to fix it and dont worry, well take care of it. We value you as a customer.The compressor is bad. $1000.00 to fix it. Really, Webber mechanics couldnt figure out the compressor was bad?Ring . . . ring . . . this is Webber. Oh, well we cant cover something that big. If it was just something minor, we would fix it. Our warranty only covers power train.I mean, I know we are a bunch of shysters and we sold you the car fully aware the compressor was bad but since were such nice guys, well save you a few bucks and fix it for $600.00.Dont trust these folks no matter how genuine and nice they seem. They are typical scam used car dealers. My family goes through life trying to be good honest people. We want to trust others and give them the benefit of the doubt but thats tough when you have scoundrels like Webber in the world.
