Mike and the guys at Shattalon are top notch!!!!!! They have travelled several miles to tow one of my trucks back to the dealership, and done it for a fair price. This company does exactly what they say they will do, without any hesitation. There is no question about who I would use for a tow company, and I would highly recommend them to everybody else.

I have always been treated fair at this place. They have been working on my cars for 35 years with no problems. They give fair estimates and reasonable service. Of course, I’m a person who pays my bill there when do. I’m pretty sure that some complaining here are people who want something for nothing.To the person complaining about not being allowed to leave their broken down car blocking the front of his business while they conduct their on repair is ridiculous. That is not racist, that is just common sense.

I have taken all of my vehicles and my kids vehicles to Shatalon for all kinds of work. One of my vehicles even needed a tow from Alamance county. Sure, I may need newer vehicles but I dont need a new mechanic shop. Mike and his staff have always been honest in explaining the details of what they need to fix on my vehicles, even the vehicle of my mother-in-law. =-)

This place is the most horrible place you could ever take your buisness to. My car broke down on my way to work I so happen to pass by here on my way to work. My serpentine belt came off my fiancé and 1 yr old daughter where in the vehicle since my fiancé was dropping me off. We pulled into the mechanic shop just so WE OURSELVES PUT THE BELT BACK ON. We didnt ask for there tools, labor nothing all we needed was to park our car there for less than 15 mins since my fiancé knows how to put the belt back on and we have our own tools in the car. The owner deny us space there he said he wanted us to move that we couldnt be there he even threaten to call the police he did flag down a police officer driving by. The police officer asked us to move since the owner of the business did not want us there. What other reason he didnt want us there well because Im not Caucasian my fiancé isnt Caucasian and this location is FLAT OUT RACIST! . We moved our vehicle by doing so it caused my serpentine belt to shred and us stranded at the storage unit beside this place because thats where we moved our vehicle to. Horrible place THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I ever experience this behavior in any buisness but I sure did today at this location. Take your money and buisness elsewhere people. True story. I wouldnt take the time to make anything like this up.
