Several months ago I posted an average review for this dealership location. My main issue was the service departments customer service being just average at that time, based on a couple of prior visits. Nothing major at that time, just not really what I felt was an overly welcoming service department staff. Again, not rude or unprofessional; but not super friendly either.The owner responded and indicated they would address my concerns and Im glad to say that I sincerely believe they took it to heart.I returned again last week for routine service on our car and to give credit where credit is due; have upgraded my original review from average to outstanding!The folks I dealt with (mainly Chris) were more than helpful and totally made me and my wife feel valued as customers.We dont mind paying dealership prices b/c we want dealership quality and the confidence the folks working on our vehicle are properly trained. But with that, think its fair to feel as a valued as a customer.I can honestly say that was the case during our recent visit. The service on our car required several phone calls between Chris and myself and each and every time he was patient, helpful and informative; giving me options and his professional opinion about the matters at hand.Thanks for the great customer service and while we hope we wont need a return visit for maintenance/ service anytime soon; we wont hesitate return to your business as valued customers!Thanks again and great job!!!
Love the experience I have had with this place. Car wouldnt start one day after getting off work; called there 1-800 number and the guy was there before they said he would first off that was a huge plus. They guy new a little something about Mercedes and then towed me from Greensboro to Winston. Once she came home service was fast, they told me everything that was wrong, how much it would cost and now they even extended the hours to weekends. Love this Benz dealership and rate my experience with them 10 stars 5 just not enough

Talk about going above and beyond. My wife got a flat today with our little one and we have John a call. He hasn’t even sold us a car yet but did not hesitate to see what he could do. Within the hour the service manager Chad was at the car in his shirt and tie changing the tire and taking the damaged rim back to get it set up with new rubber. The vehicle I purchased was a 2018 CPO GLS 450. Dealer contact Allie was attentive and was very fair in our dealing. I could not have been more satisfied with the whole process. When I went to pick up the vehicle, dealer rep Mark took time away from sales to sit in the vehicle and go over all the various details so I would have a great experience.

Hit a deep pot hole at 5pm, called Chris in service at 5:05pm, he guided me about safe driving given the red warning light, at dealership by 5:30, Chris had a loaner car ready and the car was ready with a new tire and all cleaned up by 10am the following morning. It doesn’t get better than that. Thank you Chris and the service team!

I always have a perfect experience at Mercedes Benz on Jonestown! The sales manager, Tommy Hooker, is always available to his salespeople for any questions when buyers are in the showroom. Matt Burchette is an awesome salesperson and went the extra mile to make sure my first purchase was an enjoyable one and and easy one! Same for finance....wow! I had a small issue with my car while visiting from out of town. I called MB of Winston-Salem at 8 in the morning and they said sure bring it in and we will work you in. Although they had a busy schedule of regular appointments they worked me in that morning and serviced my vehicle before noon. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient. Their service manager himself came out and completely explained everything. I was preparedfor something worse but very pleased how they took me in and put me on my way in a very short period of time. They upheld the MB service reputation with flying colors!

Our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Winston-Salem was hands down our best ever. There are a few Mercedes dealers closer to our home, but this dealership had more of a selection and ended up being well worth the drive for a number of reasons. David Hooker was our salesman; he was very professional, personable and made it a fun and stress-free experience. He went over everything about the car with us and made sure we knew we could call him with any questions we might have. He also checked in with us a week later to see how we liked the car. Well, we love it and would purchase there again in a heartbeat!

While traveling from several states away we had an unexpected issue with our vehicle, late on a Sunday night, that would have left us stranded if not immediately fixed. I left a voicemail on their service department and received a return call within 10 minutes of their opening. They were busy but were very accommodating and said they would do whatever they could do help us out. Within 25 minutes of having our vehicle towed there they diagnosed the problem, had it ordered and it was repaired by the next day. They were professional, quick, went out of their way and ensured that our trip was interupted as little as possible. Outstanding service and customer care.

I just leased my second car from Mercedes Benz of Winston Salem. Mark Kendall was my salesperson for both leases, and I just want to say that across the board, out of all the many tasks I have in my life (from groceries, kiddos and bills, to my full time job, to wrangling with customer service representatives, etc.), leasing these two vehicles was hands down the easiest experience of them all. I have owned vehicles and had them serviced for over 30 years. To that end, the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Winston- Salem is far superior to any dealership I have ever used. Moreover, I would also like to extend high praise for Chris-Service Rep who always is a pleasure to work with, attentive to the details, and has a wonderful personality. This is truly a first class organization and has set a high bar for the competition.
I went in for Service on my 2016 C300. The service rep was very nice but I wish he had gone over all that was done to my car, I.e., what exactly is included in a Service A. He told me they also needed to do a Campaign Service on my audio but didn’t tell me exactly what that was. He was quick to get me out; probably thinking I wanted to get out quickly but what I really wanted & needed was a clear understanding of everything they had done to my car.
Terry in the service department is the best. He always gives the best customer service. It’s like you are giving your business to a friend. I live closer to the Greensboro location ;however, I would rather drive to Winston Salem because of him.

The office seems to be very team oriented and they work well together to get the job done. They have always went above and beyond to always try to make me feel welcomed. Normally have received excellent service but this time was not happy. My car is an electric car and was left overnight as usual so it can be recharged since I drive from Burlington, NC. Car was not totally charged, had to leave an additional day, received car not 100% charged the second time but was enough to get home. The charging handle appeared to have been dropped and part of the plastic broken off. I can only hope this would be a one time bad day for whoever worked on my car. Will try to locate another dealership closer to home next year.

Fantastic dealership. Very fair prices and fair trade-in values. Was very pleased with the customer service and the purchase we made at this dealership...especially since we were buying a used non-Mercedes vehicle from them. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
The people in this Mercedes location are nice and pleasant to work with. The only thing I would recommend is both Raleigh and Charlotte Mercedes always have coupons and discounts for service. I feel the Winston-Salem location should do the same.
