First off, this is the first time we bought a vehicle strictly over email, text, and only a couple phone calls. Going into a deal knowing exactly what you want definitely helps, but the uncertain part is how a dealership will actually practice genuine customer service and how much effort and patience is displayed. After finding an Explorer and an XC90 on Flows website, my wife and I made the trip to Winston-Salem to see and test drive them, the day after Christmas no less. We were greeted by Stephen Burton, told him why we were there, but he let us do our own browsing, at our own pace. After making our rounds, and getting to the Explorer, Stephen then approached us to see if he could help us and/or answer any questions we had. He unlocked the Explorer, let us check it out, and answered every question we had. We test drove both vehicles, loved the Explorer, but my wife still wanted to continue to look around. Before leaving that day, Stephen took the time to print off the specifics of the vehicles, car facts, and made sure we knew hed love to have our business, but also understood the wants of my wife. I received a text later that afternoon from him, just thanking us for coming in and for our time. After a week of looking, we decided to start the buying process from Flow, but with us living over an hour away in Concord, we were hoping to do as much of it over the phone and through emails as possible. I sent Stephen a text to inquire what we needed to do, and he went to work. He answered every question we had, guided us as to what we needed to do, and had everything agreed upon within a day. All we had to do when we arrived to pick the Explorer up was sign the papers.With all the horrible experiences Ive had over the years trying to even just browse around looking at cars, much less trying to purchase one, this was so easy, laid back, with zero feeling that I was lied to at all. Stephen Burton helped me purchase a vehicle from Florida. The process was awful. It seemed that not one person in the dealership had any idea what to do when it came to purchasing a car from out of state. They made me get a new tag bc they said they couldnt transfer from old vehicle...i think it was really they had no idea what they were doing. In addition they promised me a manual (said they would order it for me) for the car and then when i called to see if they mailed they told me no look it up online and print it out...?I called multiple times to ask about when my tag would arrive, one they didnt process till a month after and then I had to drive w a 2 month expired tag bc they said they couldnt issue a new temporary tag.The finance manager and business manager of the used car were awful and about as useful as a rock. When I asked how to do stuff on the dash of the car they just sat there and poked every button until luckily something worked...I ended up having to go to Cadillac and have them show me.Idk how it is if you live there...if you are coming from out of town then its not worth the hassle

Where to begin...We were in the market for a Chevy Sonic hatchback or similar. We stopped by and met our salesman who was a really cool individual. We probably talked more about Avengers than cars in our conversations. Cool dude.However, after a couple weeks we got an email showing a Honda Fit he had found for us. We did our research and were impressed. However we were leaving town that day and couldnt look at it for the weekend. Over the phone he gave us his word (used the terms I promise itll be there and hold) it would be there Monday for us. This was a little sketchy as no money was asked for for a traditional hold.However we took him at his word. I sent daily emails inquiring about the car and was never replied to. We called finally on Saturday to make sure it was there for us on Monday only to find out it had been sold out from under us with no word. When we dug further we found out the hold had never been placed and we had been bamboozled. (That word needs to come back)When we called in irate on Monday they claimed to have a Chevy Sonic at a decent price we might like. Wary of doing business and trusting it would be there, we called several times to confirm this car would be there. I was told my the sales manager that he would return my call three times (930, 10, 1030). Never was my call returned. And we never actually heard back from them to this day about this car.I hate to rate one star because the first guy was awesome and I wish him nothing but the best. But Flow did not do right by us and wasted our time and money. Shame on them.

Melissa was so helpful, and went above and beyond to find a vehicle that met all of our (very picky) criteria. She even came in on her day off to help us out! She did research and was very honest and discerning, and not pushy at all. Would highly recommend her for your car buying needs!
