I just recently purchased my 3rd Lexus. 2017 ES300H, 2020 ES350 F-Sport and now a 2021 RX350. Corinna, the Internet Director is extremely helpful. I have never met her, but she has made my buying experience great on my last two vehicles. Ben Hodges, my Sales Person was great also. And of course I can not say anything bad about Susi in Service, she always helps me. I am more than likely going to be a Lexus driver for a very long time!
My experience working with JJ and the team at Lexus, Winston Salem, NC was excellent. Our salesman was very helpful and went way beyond our expectations in working with our daughter (in a different state) so she could purchase my traded-in 2018 Lexus. This is my 3rd Lexus and 2nd time working with JJ (our salesman). He is professional, personable, most helpful and patient. We have found this to be true of all personnel there.

I stopped by and asked for them to change one tire to put on the spare. I let them know that I wouldn’t be purchasing a tire there because the current tire had insurance and I could get it replaced elsewhere. Then then asked me where I purchased the original tire and when I told them discount tire, they promptly told me that I could take my tire there since it was down the street. I felt brushed off and with them knowing my tire was actively leaking from the visible nail, they didn’t care what situation I was in or even check to see if I had enough air in the tire to make it there.. Also it wasn’t like I was looking for a free service as I was willing to pay for labor. I will not be visiting this location again. I worked with Russ in the service department. Even if he thought he was saving me money, let me make that decision and not assume.
Suzy is a fantastic service associate! I feel like she does not try to push extra service that I dont need, but usually makes recommendations on how I can avoid spending unnecessarily. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and service in general
Overall we were very pleased with our recent purchase. Everyone was exceedingly polite and professional, yet quite personable. My only comment is that I wish we had known upfront that there was no negotiating. Granted I had not purchased a car in almost 20 years, which likely effected my initial assumption. But the salesperson also knew I was inexperienced with the process. Therefore I wish that that had been conveyed to me early on. That all being said and after having clarified the process at the 11th hour, which was bumpy at first, all ended up being a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Flow Lexus for anyone interested in a Lexus.

I always negotiate offer sheets from multiple ownership groups on the same vehicle before making a purchase. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!I recently had an issue with some tires on a new RX 350 I purchased now with about 14k miles on it. Strangely I had 2 blow outs 2 days apart. Of course this seemed strange as we did not think we hit anything in the road. Anyway, they checked into it and they did not find any information from the manufacturer that would indicate there was a problem with the tires. I did not feel comfortable replacing them with like kind tires, so they offered to replace all 4 tires to a different brand and they did it at no cost to me. I was willing to split the difference, but they insisted in order to make us feel safe on the new tires. I thought this was GREAT customer service and went above and beyond for me to feel safe. In this time of everyone hiding behind COVID to provide terrible customer service, its refreshing to work with people that really know the meaning of customer service. THANK YOU, AND GREAT JOB!

New to the area, first time here and looking to establish a relationship. Went for an oil change on an LS. They forgot to reset the oil service light and put the wrong mileage on the new reminder decal but they had time to find the need for an $800 water pump replacement. Cant do a simple oil change so they definitely arent doing my water pump.
Do not I repeat do not schedule any appointments with miss Susie has stickers allover her office about “just being nice” she is not... rude and condescending, look elsewhere for work and service.

Mark Bell has always surpassed a 5 Star rating. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Id recommend him as your Lexus sales person when youre ready to purchase one. They did not have very many vehicles on the lot, however, this was during the Corona virus time frame and manufacturers stopped production for several months. They did have a vehicle similar to what we wanted, the NX300. They were able to get one of the colors we wanted from another state and only took a few days to go get it. Everything went very smoothly during the process and only took approximately an hour and a half to complete everything and be on our way. Everyone was exceptional and courteous and provided all the information we needed when we had questions. We would definitely recommend Flow Lexus of Winston-Salem.

Through the years (over 20 and about 11 cars) this dealership has always provided excellent customer service and customer care. This transaction for a new 2020 RX350 was no different. They went out of their way to take care of my wifes color/interior trim requirements. Even though we live at the SC coast we wouldnt go anywhere else for a Lexus.

I talked with Suzie today to schedule an oil change. She looked at the last time the car was in for service and they did oil change and rotated my tires. I told Suzie that they rotated the old tires because i just recently bought a new set of tires for that car and not enough miles had been put on the tires to warrant a rotation. So she tried to sell me an alignment, stating that if I bought the tires from Costco or Discount Tire that they dont do alignments which is true. But I told Suzie all I wanted was my oil change and thats the agreement we had so I thought. Because when my wife got there Suzie told here I told her to rotate the tires. I never told her I wanted to purchase a tire rotation because for one, the tires didnt need rotating. And 2nd of all I could have got a tire rotation at Discount Tire for FREE! And thats not the point. The point is Suzie tricked my wife into buying something that the car didnt need and after I told Suzie all I wanted was an oil change. I would expect trickery from a Joe Blow shop. But I never in my wildest dreams would thought that Flow Lexus would stoop to such a low since I trusted them to be the only one that service that car since we purchased it from Flow Lexus.

I drive all the way from Charlotte to this dealership. Yes, there are options in Charlotte, BUT at this dealership, they put the customer/car first. They are very friendly and helpful. I was a little skeptical at first dealing with service, just because my husband usually deals with all this...but I can tell you, the second I drove up, and was approached by my service adviser, Susi, I worried a little less. We talked about what needed to be done, oil change, any warranty work, and some issues I have noticed since I bought the car. She was quick to notice an issue I hadnt even paid any mind to, and it was replaced for free under warranty. This dealership does not train their employees to go after every dime you have, unlike some here in Charlotte. The advisers and service team do what they can to help - whether is cleaning sticky buttons, or replacing something under warranty. I really appreciated the time Susi took to explain the service to me, and to my husband as well to make sure all 3 of us were on the same page. She didnt push any unnecessary services at all! Cant say enough great things about the level of service I received at each visit!Also, they have a really nice lounge area and usually have available office space if you need to get some work done while your vehicle is being serviced. They seem to accommodate you the best way they can, and they usually can get you in pretty quickly.

I Was recently there and was helped by Tony Burchette and he was beyond exceptional in his hospitality and service. Ian is a stand up guy! He is what customer service is all about. I did a pre-purchase inspection there. The service manager that was in charge of my inspection missed something. Hes no longer there by the way. I purchased the car, and drove it home. Brought it to my local Lexus dealer. Rocky, and Brad also stand up guys found a leak in the passenger rear shock. I called the dealer I bought it from. No help! They get reviewed later. I called Flow Lexus, and spoke to Ian, and was expecting the run around. I was wrong. He had a valet driver pick up my car to fix the issue that was missed. Thats service my friends. 2014 IS 350 F-Sport. I love the car, and the service speaks for itself. You get what you pay for in this world. Ian is an asset to the Lexus brand. Everyone makes mistakes, but a bigger man takes responsibility, and fixes it. Wonderful dealership experience is normally an oxymoron, but having low pressure service recommendations, a full wash, exterior detailing and filling my tank for a factory recall made it so. My service representative actually showed me how to change my factory windshield wiper blades and cabin air filter. The parts department was equally as helpful. So appreciative for not presenting a Honda style laundry list of unnecessary service items and keeping focused on having you leave with your cars primary service needs met. Finally, they digitally reset/synched a faulty tire pressure sensor with out even mentioning it. Great job folks. I expect less and got more.

This branch is good but I’ve bought Lexus 2011 RX 450H after 6 years the driver and the passenger seats are torn up, I went the dealer and he admitted that it is a huge quality issue, I called the corporation about it but they didn’t provide any support or help to fix the issue, they left me for weeks without an answer and after all the time the called me to tell me know that they are unable to help me, how shameful it was. It this the quality level of Lexus car.
These folks are NICE, at least the guy who assisted me in the service department is- I wish that I could remember his name. I left with a full tank, a freshly washed vehicle and a great impression.
The most effort I have ever extended is to place a phone call or an email. Everything else is handled to accommodate my specific needs and requests. In my experience, this Lexus dealership raises the bar and consistently delivers. Allow me to add that I bought my car sight unseen via the expert coordination and support of Corinna Conaway. She gives new meaning to the phrase going above and beyond. Effortless is an understatement!

Very disappointed in my experience today. Went for service and was greeted by Susi Todd. Explained we needed 2 front tires and an oil change. Service rep asked my husband to get down and read the tire size to her because she couldnt see. So my husband got on a knee and read the tire size to her. Then when confirming service in her office, the rep asked if my husbands phone was turned on or disconnected because there were multiple numbers on file, very insulting. We were never contacted when the vehicle was complete. My husband walked to her office to get status after almost 2 hours (mind you we had decided against the tires and just had the oil changed) and found the car in the drive. Susi was very dismissing and said I can complain to the service manager when I asked for her business card. Our vehicle was blocked in by one vehicle in front, another behind and another at the right fender, there was no offer to move the other vehicles, my husband had to maneuver out of where our car was. We have come for service 3 times but after today unfortunately we will not return. Lexus has a much better reputation for customer service but today was a let down.
Had to bring my Lexus here due to a recall. Was an unpleasant 2 1/2 hour drive to get it fixed, but they where very accommodating and lent me a rental for free to look around while I waited to get my vehicle fixed. They treat you right and is why I love my Lexus and will continue to do so. Chris knows how to treat a customer. Thanks!

Flow is not the same Flow it use to be. They concentrate on getting/taking from you instead of Customer service comes first. After you purchase a vehicle from them, it feels as if you are a stranger to them, especially in the SALES DEPARTMENT. Lexus the manufacture dont send out surveys no longer, so dealerships tends not bother following up with you, this is apart of Flows problem amongst other issues. When the owner is there and he approaches you by chance, management immediately rushes over to pull you away so you cant stress your concerns.Im personally going to write Flow owners and send it to the residents to make sure they get my personal review. We no longer will purchase anymore vehicles from them. Usually our family would purchase 4-5 vehicles from them every 3 to 4 years.Listen carefully what service tells you and what you getting done to your vehicle, its very important. THINK, SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU MAKE A DECISION.

I pulled up for a 50K service and a few other things and the service advisor I originally assigned didnt show up so I stumbled into Chris Overbys office and he ended up helping me out. He was very professional, listened to the problems I was having, and got them fixed. Was prompt to call me to let me know the status and did a great job of service advising for my 2014 GS350 F-Sport. Flow Lexus of Greensboro is closer to work, but I rather wait and go to Winston instead. The facility is nice.
I have yet to be disappointed by Flow Lexus. We have dealt with them for nearly twelve years, beginning with them servicing my wifes 2004 RX350 which had been bought used from a different dealer. We have been pleased with the service -- Mark Bell was an integral part of our early service experience. In his new role as a salesperson, he worked diligently to find my wifes new NX300h and she is delighted with the results. Parenthetically, I called him so many times discussing her wishes that Meghan,Poindexter knew my name and who I wanted to talk with by the time we purchased the vehicle. Im planning to stay with what I consider a winning lineup -- Mark is looking for a new ES300h for me.

Very disappointed in my service. Came in for a oil change at 2 didn’t leave until 3:40. I saw cars come and go after I was “serviced”. Once I got back in my car I went to plug my phone up and play music and was surprised to notice my Aux cord was missing. They did wash my car and poorly vacuum out the inside so I’m not sure if someone pocketed the cord or it was vacuumed up. I called and was told they would search the service center went back up to the place and was looked at like I was crazy and told I would have to buy another one and they would reimburse me. Well a reimbursement isn’t necessary it just sucks that I went for 1 simple thing and had lots of time wasted and lost a item that shouldn’t have even been touched to begin with. Very poor service I will not be going back.

Flow Lexus of Winston Salem is the BESTWas on my way to an appointment for work and decided to stop by the dealership and get service for my car. I didn’t have an appointment, I just drove in. Expecting to have to come back, a very pleasant upside surprise happened. They took my car directly into the Service bay and did all of the maintenance in an hour. On top of that, they gave me a new 2018 Lexus RX350 as my loaner car. In summary, the entire Service Team goes well beyond the call of duty. Even the Service shop Forman “Buck” came out to ask if I had any questions.
