After buying a new 17, several unforeseen problems arose. The staff was determined that we leave happy. We ended up buying a new 2018. We left with a new appreciation of the staff and we gladly gave them 5 stars and would recommend Flow GMC to anyone.
Surprised by the service from the service department. Other Flow dealerships have phenomenal service. However this one had no one to answer questions or provide any support. I waited 10 minutes without anyone to speak to me or even inform me it would be a few minutes...disappointed.
Rick and the folks at Flow Buick service are the best and most honest service department I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They do terrific work and that is the number one reason I go there . Value and trust are other things so important and you will find all this at Flow GMC Winston Salem.
I enjoy bringing my car in for service because I know I will be treated with respect and my repairs will be done right.
