I purchased my car here a month ago found out front brakes were put on backwards and back brakes were defective and DriveTime would not take care of the bill at there trusted repair facility NTB they wanted pictures of the brakes and after they got them they stated there was no wear or tear on brakes. They didn’t cover the brakes I had to and they won’t compensate me for doing it I told them I’m the driver and I know how the brakes are doing they said there is no failure in the pics then they can pay for them. I recommend not using DriveTime bcuz they do not fully inspect their cars apparently!

Okay, so if I’m going to be completely honest then I’ll start at the beginning. My husband and I started looking a couple years ago and the lady we dealt with did not impress us. In fact, she was the main reason we never returned. My husbands car unexpectedly died on us recently and we decided to shop around. We looked at many places and the low down payment at drive time was a huge plus. Shauna was who helped us this time and from the start she was great. We almost didn’t go back, but working with her was so easy that we did. I am so glad we did because she got us in one of our favorite cars on the lot, she worked hard to make sure we understood everything, and every problem we had she had a solution! Hands down I would say she’s the best person I’ve ever worked with for buying a car!

They are very polite. they are very focused on getting you into a car within your budget and or price range. The whole process from the time we walked through the door, selecting a car, test drive and filling out all the paperwork for the loan and the cat took about an hour and a half. Very pleasant experience all the way around. All the staff for this location worked on helping us get are vehicle. The vehicles that they have for sale are all very clean and look to be in great condition. They have a wide variety of vehicles available. If you see a car you like online that is at a different store they can have the car shipped to a local store. If you need a car come in and give them a try...youll be pleased.

Customer service was great but the car was a lemon. I turned on the defroster and it cracked the back windshield. The fob does not work and the check engine light came on as well as my heat stopped working in the car. I had to spend money to get the car to function properly.

Applied online. Didnt tell me an amount online because I have a credit freeze. They called several times and I finally answered and was told I just needed $450 down. Came in and was told I needed to unfreeze my credit with Experian. Did it and they checked my credit. Down payment changed to $1,200 and only one choice. Horrible waste of my gas and time. The only good part was the gentleman helping me was nice.
