Worst company ever. Told me not to return car when I said mileage was way too much. They said they would trade advertising for overage. Changed there mind and now want 14k. So now we need the money plus interest for the boost adventure we supplied and all the ads we did. Please go to a regular rental company and dont get robbed by not new wore out cars. They will say they are new, but they very much are not. They begged me to keep it as they needed the business. Very shady company and dealer.

I have been with drive flow for about 6 month and love the service. The cars are great, the staff is great and the overall service is pretty awesome. Yes they there were some growing pains but it seems that they have the kinks worked out at this point. I love not having to settle for a specific kind of car. I love not having to deal with maintenance, taxes, insurance, cleaning or any of the normal headaches of owning a car.

I used Drive Flow for about 6 months driving several very nice cars and trucks. I chose them depending on what I was doing for the new few days. I eventually bought a Flow truck after I used one like it in Drive Flow. Everyone was extremely nice and personable at every level of Drive Flow. I highly recommend it.

Having been a member for 18 months and lived through a few of the growing pains of a somewhat early member, we still really love this service! They really go above and beyond to get their members in the vehicle that is right for their situation and also one that they like. From convertibles to trucks, and sedans to SUVs... its awesome to switch to the vehicle that fits the occasion when I want it.For someone like me who would have a payment on a higher end car anyway, once I add all of the expenses that I would be spending on that (taxes, insurance, car washes, XM radio, maintenance, tires, etc) it is really worth it.The team in Winston Salem definitely deserves a shout-out!

Ive been doing Drive Flow for three weeks now and have had a great experience so far - the cars have been in flawless condition and the deliveries have always been on time and courteous. Theyve been incredibly patient with me trying out different tiers and car types and accommodated quick changes.

Great team of people who work there and try hard to ensure customers are happy. Awesome concept for sure. We enjoy being members. They continue to tweak the plan to make things right. Hoping the milage increases. Mileage cap is our only concern.

(LOWERED THE STARS TO 1, now that they are changing terms and conditions) The more I learn about this company the more it it shady, we signed on because it was unlimited miles, now there is a mileage limit. How can they lure you in based on telling you its unlimited and then change it after you sign up?This review is for the Raleigh location. The cars are very nice but for $850 are about what you would get for that monthly payment. There is no credit check so that is cool but with the no credit check you are agreeing to some crazy terms and conditions. With this company the devil is in the details, yes it is awesome that they can flip out your car pretty much whenever you want and just about every car is nice to make it worth it. Two huge problems, you have no idea what car you are going to get, have plans and need a certain car? Dont bother with this service, you get what they send you, you can Try to ask for a certain model but that doesnt always work. The very first day I had to have a 7 passenger car for my kids carpool, I asked ahead if thats what they were sending and its like a game to them saying We have a luxury SUV on the way come to find out it didnt have enough seats so we would have had to throw 2 kids in the trunk(They fixed it but what would have happened had I not asked?), today I needed a model that is comfortable for long trips and asked for it weeks in advance and they didnt have it so I am stuck riding 10 hours in a car that is not comfortable for those trips. The other huge issue is of trust, we knew exactly how much we were spending in gas before this service, they claim they dont charge anything extra to fill your gas and they do it at the closest station which is great except for the fact that I dont believe they do this all the time. To prove my theory I literally filled up the tank before they picked it up ($7 for 3 days of use) and sure enough I get the text from them that somehow they added $5 more into the tank. Theres no way.The russian roulette you play with cars is an operational issue on their end as they cannot make their system work so you get a car you need but that is not my problem and I think they should plan around it so the customer is not suffering for their operational issues.Lastly, the terms and conditions, this company tracks everything you do, if you take a hard turn, they track it, their terms and conditions basically read that everything you do will be tracked, whether or not that is the case I dont know but right in your app you can see where your car is at all times and even when it is in drive or park. The terms say that it is a 13 month commitment, this is something you have to agree to before signing on, the company says its not really a 13 month commitment but they can use these against you at any time they feel like it because you agreed to it. I believe they can cut your service for any reason, if they think you take too many hard turns they can cut you, if they did that to us right now we would be screwed because we dont have another car.To the companys credit they are brand new but I dont see this turning into anything until they can allow you to actually reserve the car you want. They say that people like the surprise, if that is the case maybe have a package for people like that so people that cannot live without a certain type of car and are in the situation I am in today where I am not in a car I wanted and will not be able to get it.I believe with a few tweaks this company could really blow up and do great and if they can fix the issues I will easily change this to 5 stars, my neighbors love it but I am very hesitant to refer them because do people really not care what car they have?

Used the service, while I lived in Raleigh. Loved the cars, and not having to worry about cleaning or maintenance. The Jaguar, F-type was my favorite.

I was a former member of driveflo for the past 5 months. During my time with driveflo flow I experienced more than numerous clerical and administrative and financial errors on their part. Some of the issues that occurred were me being billed on the wrong day and that resulting in being shorted a day of service and not being refunded for that particular day that I lost. twice I was billed too much, when I decided to cancel I was shorted a day of service and not refunded. And lastly they try to draft my account after I had cancelled and then proceeded to inform me that my card was declined and that I needed to update my form of payment. The cars and the service itself was good up until they decided to change the terms and put a mileage limit on the monthly service. which equates to 40 miles a day for $1000/monthThere are conditions that are only made known to the end user once it is too late, such a case is when I was told that the vehicle that I had was only usually offered to each client for up to 1 week. When I took possession of the vehicle that condition was never once articulated or written anywhere in my contract, so they contacted me and abruptly asked me to flip out of said vehicle only a days notice, which was not an issue luckily but it would have been convenient and only fair to know that prior to taking possession of the vehicle seeing as how that is the only vehicle of which I know that has that condition attached to it.It is persistent clerical and administrative failings that make the end user experience for the customer more hassle than a need be and demonstrates a lack of organization and professionalism on the part of driveflo.Lastly I wrote an email to driveflo expressing my concerns and grievances to which I I am still awaiting a response, which doubtedly will ever come.
