They have some cool stuff here, but some cases their website is cheaper and they do not honor website pricing. How weird is that? The new floor layout is nice (visited early June 21) but is feels a lot emptier.

Staff was friendly. Good to see all the different items they offer. Prices are fairly high but still a great place to shop. My family and I felt welcome!

Great experience today. Excellent customer service from the counter clerk. The floor staff were a bit too busy talking to each other and seemed bothered when I had a question. The young lady made up for the inconsiderate floor help.

Its a great store with lots of wonderful geeky items. However, the workers are not especially helpful. The cashier told me I could get 2 free magazines. What she didnt say was it was 2 issues with a 12 month subscription.

Lots of movies, both new and used. Plenty of music and some anime stuff in there as well, along with some miscellaneous items. I would definitely recommend to the movie nerd out there.

Super cool store. You can tell the staff is quite paranoid of loss prevention, because I could feel them watching me to the point where it was uncomfortable. Thats not their fault I suppose though.

I wish it were as big as the one that used to be at concord mall. They have mostly clothes in there now vs music and movies. I dont like that. Also I got 2 shirts and several movies and the cashier said well all shirts are buy 2 get 1 free. And I said no Im alright I got what I wanted. And they kept pressing me to get another shirt and so to shut them up I did. Came back of course the line was longer and I had to wait to check out a free t shirt.

Theres a lot of pop culture items in here. A lot of anime apparel/manga/dvs. Cartoons DVDs. Albums of many different genres. A lot of movies as well.

Great stuff but i feel like i got pushed to get the free trial that i never need seeing we live 57 miles away from the nearest and visit only 2x a year.

The store is awesome with great items. The reason behind the one star rating is because today, my family and I were in the store and the young guy behind the counter was talking very loudly about someone he knew that was cheating on their spouse, using marijuana and this same employee was using the F word in just about every sentence. We were standing within five feet of this employee with our 11 year old. He did not greet anyone as they walked in and before my husband asked him to watch his mouth because there were children present, he told his co worker that he was gonna go smoke and then shut this f***ing place down for the day. So loudly that our child looked at us and said wow, does he work here? After our browsing, the lady at the counter approched us and said i would like to apologize for my managers behavior. The manager, ladies and gentleman, could not apologize for his OWN actions. Needless to say, FYE did not recieve our business today. We did thank the employee for her apology but it was not her place. The manager really should be evaluated and probably replaced. Otherwise, like i said, the store is amazing.

Ridiculously overpriced on almost everything in the store. Fairly good variety of odds and ends dealing with anime, music, shows, etc. Staff is usually friendly and does bother you if you dont want help. Overall a clean store, they do have an 18 and over section on the movie isle that is easily accessible to anyone that can flip the little piece of covering hiding the naked porn actors.I wish management would remove such things from the mall and businesses, I have complained but the mall admin says the store employees keep kids away from their sections... Same thing with Spencers in the same mall, adult toys and bondage equipment hanging right there for anyone to see. Truly shameful these businesses do these things. Fye is a semi-interesting store to kill time in but way too expensive to buy much in it.

UPDATE: Its a white guy that works in there, tall, really thin with, black and red hair. He follows us around the store, pretending to be working. Well, to see if he was we just made our way around the whole store, if we (my daughter and I) was there he was right by us, sometimes close enough to reach out and touch. Well it started to bug me, its embarrassing and hurtful. We paid for our items, he did help with our transaction but guess who ran out of work and stood by the door as we walked out? Right Mr. Red and Black hair man. I looked at my daughter and she said, go ahead, if you dont say anything its going to bug you, yes it would have. I turned around and I said, in a mono tone, I dont appreciate you following us, there is nothing in this Mall worth going to jail over. He said, I wasnt. Im sorry if thats what you thought. That was a half a** apology and could have kept that. Everytime we get paid we always go in F.Y.E and Finish Line. I always look to see what type of Loungefly mini backpacks or pocket books they have. We will no longer be going to F.Y.E and I also told my sister to stop going and when people ask where (and they always do) I get them from, I will tell them Boxed Lunch near the carousel and beside the maternity store, at Hanse Mall, they have a lot of Loungefly items, plus clothes, novelty candy jewelry Harry Potter game of throne Bobs Burger OverWatch Winnie the Pooh Mulan Pokemon Star wars Incredibles Jack skeleton Mickey mouse Minnie mouse plus others I cant think of now. The first lady we met was a sweet young lady by the name of Lindsay, she didnt follow us, she didnt do pretend busy work near us and I thanked her for treating us like customers. She had a puzzled look on her face and we explained to her what happened, she said, Forget them, we have more Loungefly anyway, plus you help with a boxed lunch with every purchase you make. I absolutely love her and all the other crew we have came in contact with, Ive only met one man there and he was just as kind and helpful without treating us like we were criminals. Im also cancelling my paid membership with f.y.e.Its a great store for people who still look at and collect DVDs, instead of Netflix, Hulu, or the countless other movie thingys. If youre into cartoons and the candy, cereal, or drinks found in the cartoons go to FYE, drink Homer Duff, (is it Duff? Idk) you can find it at FYE. Rugrats cereal, and the green candy bar. They have giant candy bars, giant Twizzlers, Japanese mystery box, Japanese candy, and other sweets, they sell pickle juice HA! give one as a gag gift, they have tshirts, jackets, snapback hats, a big tall Harley Quinn statue, you can buy it for me if you want, last I checked it was $999, Im waiting for it to go down to $19.99. Oh! They have pocket books, and wallets to match, Pokemon, Star Wars, Spiderman, plus others, I almost lost my mind! I have two Pokemon pocketbooks, Im waiting on Spiderman small backpack to go back on sale. They also sell, toys, plushie, buttons, scarfs, phone cases, ear buds, headphones, speakers, turntables, go get lost in the 90s my friend. Park at Macys lower level, FYE will be the first store on your left after walking through Macys lower level. Have fun! The staff is pretty cool, the stuff is cooler.
