Maybe my favorite B&N in the Triad area. It still has a music & DVDs section, which is nice even though I know all the younger folks regard this as archaic. The staff have always been super, friendly and efficient. My wife and I go there regularly just to browse and relax - an expensive pastime since we tend to leave with a stack of magazines and books every visit!

I love this store. Walking around all the books and grabbing a coffee is always good for my soul! And I love how excited my kids get in the childrens section. It gets them so pumped for a new book!

Pretty good sized store with nice selection EXCEPT no graphic novels. There is a little coffee shop inside but no bathrooms soooo just be aware before you try to make a day out of it.

In the coming here since it was created in 1998 and still a good location I wish it was more bookstores

I really like the way it’s set up with the coffee cafe in the middle, just has a better flow… it needs some updating here especially the bathrooms but other than that it was a good location with lots of choices.

Barnes and Nobles is amazing. They have so many books from all different genres. They even have a Pride section. It would be great if the Pride section was bigger though.

Here theres probably any book you could possibly ever want. BN Cafe is good, but the pastries are all differant from other Starbucks pastries. Drinks are the same.

Nice Barnes and Noble location. Quite, respectful staff and fellow shoppers. Conveniently located, East parking. Nice place to go sit and read, or to do some serious book shopping. I appreciate their discount section. You never know what you are going to find. Nice section on languages, also. They also carry just about every magazine there is. I would have given them 5 stars, but there is sometimes quite a long line to pay.

Very quick, courteous service. In and out in 5 minutes.I always go there. 30 mile drive. But its worth it, They have almost anything thats out, or they will get you a copy, quickly !If youre not in a hurry, its a great place to relax.

The store is great, and the book staff are always very helpful, however the cafe person is very rude and has an attitude. I had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to show up to the cafe, then I was snapped at for ordering a drink that they “no longer had the ingredients for.” I asked what they did have and was told they did not have any of that type, and to just look on the menu. If your just looking for a book this place is great, just don’t try to order coffee or anything from the cafe.

Well, what can I say? By far the best bookstore in the area. Loads of different novels and has a stabucks Cafe inside of the store. Definitely would recommend this!

Loved the fact they had 1of my sons names, too bad they didnt have the names of my other 3 boys

Friendly staff, large selection. Was looking for childrens books. Easily found what I wanted.

Very nice childrens section. Nice little cafe for coffee, baked goods, etc. Prices are decent. Large fiction section. Lots of discounted book sections. Large supply of gifts from toys to journals & stationary. What I would love to see is more chairs though! Not many spots to read. I noticed people sitting in the floor reading and folks in the cafe area was the only real place for adults to read. Over by the magazines there are a couple benches but thats it. All these books & no place to sit & read. 😉☕📖 Still a great place to dine on the written word.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The selection is out of this world. They not only have books of all kinds but they have collectibles and toys for young children. The middle of the store also contains an awesome coffee and tea bar. This is a place i will visit often.

I love this store. I dont get by much due to living too far away. I will say that their in store selection has gotten better over the last few months. Love coming here!

I called and found out my Favorite Authors new book was available for purchase over a week early! I called and they very helpful Lady on the phone grabbed one from the shipment they just got this morning, and put it up front under my name! I was there within the hour to purchase! I am so excited!!! Thank you Barnes & Noble!!

Very good store! I’ve been going here for awhile and have always gotten a good experience. It’s a very nice area for studying, a cafe, and tons of books! I was looking for a meteorology book and found it. They had other books like manga. Good place for studying! 📚

Plenty of parking and very helpful staff. The customer service desk and checkout lines were never idle. Neither was the Starbucks barista.My only negative comment has to do with literally every Barnes and Noble I’ve ever been to. There are at least 5 places within the store you *might* find a title. It could be at the front if it’s a new release, or it might also be on a special table for *insert another reason/theme here*, or it might be within its particular section/genre. Can we make sure there are a couple of copies in the section where the author’s last name should be? I feel like that’s why your customer service desk is always busy - there are too many locations you need to check for the book before you find it. And sometimes it’s just stuck on an end aisle display because *insert theme here*. I don’t like that I have to check 5 different locations within the store before I find the book I’m looking for - and I know it’s there because I checked online before I went. This system may work for people who have no book in mind but for someone who is going with purpose for at least one book, if not more, it makes me want to order them online and save myself the time and hassle of having to scour a store for a book. I don’t check out other titles while I’m looking because I know what I’m looking for and now I’m just frustrated that I’ve checked 5 different tables and shelves for it. And sorry - but as an introvert and someone who doesn’t like to interact with strangers - odds are I’m going to leave your store frustrated and buy the book online - maybe not even from B&N - before I go consult customer service. Maybe add a self service computer where the customer can look up the book themselves and where to find it or add it to the website as to at least what genre you’ve classified the book as. IJS.As I said, that rant is for every B&N I’ve ever been in. This particular location was clean, organized in that I didn’t see a lot of books haphazardly in the wrong section or sitting in front of a different stack of books, and the staff were friendly. I would suggest if you are looking for something in particular, just go ask. Then browse until something catches your eye.

Only one complaint and this is very important to me as I am handicapped. True book lovers need to be able to set down and look over their choices and decide what they are buying and what has to go back on the shelf. I cant do this anymore because I cant sit down. My legs wear out.

I dont usually care about chain bookstores but this location is great because of the staff. They are kind and helpful. Im always able to find a book I need. They also have a nice selection of board games.

Everything was easy to find and in order. It was a great atmosphere to wander around in. Check out was quick and easy. Everyone was super nice.

Nice quiet good books and movies great place to take kids

Helpful staff and one of the last bookstores left. I like that theyre supplementing the bookstore side by appealing to other aspects of nerd culture and toys for kids that are usually at least educational or development friendly.Not sure why they still have the music and movies section beyond vinyl which is a good edition. I assume that sells less well than books but maybe Im wrong.Off you shop often, invest in a membership.

Its always a treat to visit Barnes & Noble. I dont usually buy hardback or paperback books anymore (to save the trees) and choose to read my selection on my iPad nowadays. But, bookstores are rare these days, too, so I keep most books electronic and add must haves to my physical collection and buy them from here. And then plant a tree after my purchase just out of the feeling of guilt, figure nobody else is gonna do it.

Love going there to browse before I buy

This store was a nice store but the staff in it was unbearable. There was a girl running around to people yelling at them for not wearing their mask the way she thought they should. She worked in the Cafe area and would stand in the Cafe and yell across the store at people. One man was looking down at a book and she was yelling to get his attention and when he finally looked up she told him to pull his mask up. The guy looked at her like she was crazy. I watched her do this to other people. It was disturbing and embarrassing. This Barnes & Noble needs to get their act together and teach their workers to respect customers. If you want a pleasant experience shopping for books, DONT go to this store!

Its wonderful to walk into a place full of books that smell like books and you can see them for miles. Its so sad those are the old days. Barnes & nobles keeps a dream of the book alive and theyre very helpful too.

As my family and I were sitting at the table so I could take a break from walking, beings I am 8 months pregnant, a worker comes up to me and gets an attitude because my mask was barely below my nose. Yet the older woman next to us who had mask almost completely off wasnt said anything too. I am very unhappy with this experience.

I have always loved this place. Employees had no idea of the childrens books. They werent familiar with the books. Persons working here should be familiar with literature; I was disappointed on this venue.

Always clean and orderly! Lacks educational (ex. science, history, exploring nature) books for children.

There are a good selection of books at this location and I do enjoy the Starbucks being in the center of the store as it allows those with kids to keep an eye on them easier. My biggest gripe is the strange organization of the store which feels unnecessary and mazelike. Seriously its so strange and it makes it difficult to find the book Im looking for.

They had a great selection on there discount rack when you first come in. I ended up getting three books before I left, lol.

Ordered and payed for my book online. Called the number on the verification email. I nice young man brought it right out to me. Everything went smoothly.

Great staff on the floor and behind the counter. They are very helpful and have a great attitude. Ive only ever had two negative experiences at this store but none were attributed to the staff. They were both issues of stock on hand that they are not in control of. This BN is a favorite date spot for my wife and I, as well as a great place to stop and grab coffee for myself before work.

Its one of my favorite stores to go to. Happily recommend it for all book lovers.

Store was huge! Very clean, well organized and staff was friendly. They need to work on their book availability on website though. I drove 1.5 hours for a book that said available on website, only to be told that the only copy they had was on hold for someone.

So for a long time I wouldnt go here becuase it would take forever to get checked out. I have been a few times recently and things have improved. I also like the new layout of the store.

I just got done shopping here a few moments ago. One of the ladies whose name I didnt catch (black shirt, turquoise skirt, caucasian) made an excellent experience even better. We had a brief discussion on philosophy (which SHE majored in come find out) and it absolutely was the pinnacle of my day. Amazing experience! 6/5 because nothing is perfect
