I really enjoy shopping here. The atmosphere is lots of fun. Aisles are labeled clear with easy to read large print. Store is clean. Staff is always friendly. Products/Foods are usually in stock. Thank you Lowes 1000%

Super clean and professional. Groceries were in a logical order with clear signs. Was able to get in and get out about as fast as I think possible at any grocery store. I would go back. Probably will go back. I use groceries on a daily basis so I could see myself needing to return to the grocery store.

Great salad bar and very nice employees and food options, I cant find elsewhere. Love it! Today I picked up a special order of cupcakes for my 7 year old sons birthday party. They are perfect. I Highly recommend.

Ran in for just a few things - great selection of wines. Their selections/rows are spaced differently than other locations. Youre able to get around and see the selections easier. The associates as with all Lowes Foods are great. I was in line and the cashier helped a customer that was having a few issues paying. I believe she was trying to use her phone perhaps - in any case - he was extremely patient and walked her through the necessary steps.

Well stocked megagrocerystore and wine shop. One stop shopping for food stuff and wine.

They stay open late which is a tremendous help. The only one that does not stay open till 12 is the one on Reynolda Road, I guess because it’s the closest one to my place. But it’s all good I’ll still suck at Lowe’s in different areas.

We always get our birthday cakes from the bakery. Always fresh, beautifully decorated with a lot of creativity. By far the best cakes in town. Very helpful customer service.

Terrible customer service at the deli department. Today the lady was very rude to me. I went across the street and got the deli I wanted from a competitive store with same prices but way better costumer service, they were very nice. For the last 3 to 4 months I have not been able to find Jif Honey Crunchy Peanut Butter. I have looked and looked in many cities but could not find the honey & crunchy. Well today, I went into the Lowes Food off of Robinhood road and wow...there it was and on sale 2 for $4; i purchased 4 jars! 👏🏽☺

Best Lowes Foods in the area.

What can I say as far as Lowes foods is concerned I would consider this a flagship store. From a coffee shop to a beer then to aged beef, The store pretty much covers it all.

Moving to this store due to the injustices to employees at our other favorite store. I have found while this store makes me feel not quite as safe during covid it is much better than the other options in town. The store is clean, neat and staff seem friendly. I was disappointed that some of my usual items were not available and I will have to find another place to get those things. All in all I was very happy with my experience.

Fresh roasted coffee, unique baked goods, craft beer on tap, fried chicken...oh and groceries.

Amazing 😂 I dont know what to say great places like the Chicken Kitchen, Sausage Works, Boxcar Coffee, and the Beer Den, If you go to the Boxcar I recommend trying the Wild Berry Smoothie. Overall 10/10.

The customer service here is top-notch. Food is fresh, store is clean. Great deli, and the fried chicken is awesome! You gotta be there to check out the chicken dance as well! I really enjoy shopping here.

Love the layout and products available. Not too happy with the checkout. The cashier tried to scan at light speed make multiple over scan mistakes. I caught 3 there, which she corrected, but found another at home. Hate that I had to watch every transaction.

I absolutely love this grocery store! They have little events or tasting different recipes or local foods happening all the time. The staff is so friendly. Great place to go grocery shopping, stopping for a family dinner, or grabbing a quick lunch. While you shop you can order a coffee, beer, or tea to drink. They have different stations one for meats, bakery, and a food area where they keep stocked with different sandwiches, wraps, pizza, and much more. They offer all the regular food items and local treasures throughout the store if you want to try new things.

Brian Loye is the store manager of this location and could care less about customers.. It is beneath him to acknowledge those who come into his store.. He has a very entitled demeanor and honestly could care less about treating anyone like they are of any value.. Please do not waste your time calling the corporate offices because they are quick to tell you how wonderful he is

Very clean and well kept store! The Boxcar Coffee & Co. has an excellent team and they know how to brew an amazing cup of coffee. I highly recommend grabbing a cup while you shop. Never had a bad experience and I frequent this location three or more times a week .

Friendly and helpful staff

Came in here last Friday looking for bear meat. Guy behind the butcher counter said he didn’t have any so I settled for a T-bone steak. He was cool.

The produce selection is not huge, but it is higher quality than other stores in the area. The is a good selection of organic products, and a ok amount of vegan/vegetarian products. The staff is SUPER nice and helpful. The prices are a bit high, but they do a lot of good work in the community. Only problem is the pricing.

Nice food selection to the point it might be our grocery store 😄 just moved here from Nebraska and were kinda health nuts and pay attention to the produce over everything else. However, their meat department was on point. BBQ chicken ( smokehouse) so good!!

Im giving them a 5 star rating just for their fried chicken. Its without a doubt the tastiest fried chicken. Way better than KFC and HT and any other restaurant. However I will not get produce from there as their prices are crazy high!! I would give them a2 star for produce. So I only go for their fried chicken.

It was one of the better meals I have had recently. Cooked perfectly, plenty of food, and extremely tasty! I cannot recommend it enough!

I love shopping at Lowes Foods. Lowes Foods is the very best grocery store here in the Piedmont Triad. It offers so much to our local community, including its headquarters is based here in Winston Salem. If you have not shopped here do yourself a favor and leave right now and youll be amazed. Smoked meats, aged steaks, great beers, wonderful chocolate, shop for green bean coffee and shop while its roasted to order. Have a glass of beer if you get tired. Come on already what are you waiting for?

Found the sausages we were looking for. Gained a lot of knowledge about sausage options. Salesman was most helpful. Will shop here again soon.

I actually took my time and walked thru here. Good sales. Meat selection is interesting. Had some things not found at other stores. The sales were good. Most important they have the tea I drink.

One Register open 2pm. Two boys laughing had to wait to get checked out. Store had a few customers. Poor shopping experience today. Normal purchases at Harris Teeter, were 30% less. Lowes need to become competitive again. Poor service and high prices will keep me away .

This grocery store has recently undergone EXTENSIVE renovations! Its now the nicest in the city, in my opinion. They even have a cafe to sit at and order coffee, sell growlers on tap (wow), and its just got such a different and upscale feel now. The results are impressive. Each section of the store almost feels like a mini-store. This loation went from one of the most boring places to buy groceries at, almost like a Food Lion, to now now of the most exciting and enjoyable ones.This description does little justice for it. You have to see it in person.

Great selection of sausages and meat items from their smokehouse. In addition they offer great Lowes private label bbq sauces as well as NC items.

Lowes has really stepped up their game since the makeover because they have some unique convenience options in the store. They also have a great variety of brands to choose from, fresh produce and the sausage works offers some unique flavors.

I love the quality of groceries and food items at this grocery store! Everything made in house is beyond delicious. I also like the personalization of the whole grocery shopping experience (like clipping of fresh herbs, pick and prep your own fresh fruits & veggies, and fresh squeezed juices, etc). Plus the staff are always so friendly and helpful. It takes grocery shopping to a whole new level!

I found Boars Head bologna and Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

On May 24 I bought 2 boxes of cut veggies with a sell by date of May 28. Two days later I opened them and one box was completely spoiled. I didnt want a refund but thought they would like to know about it. Left my name & no. for the manager to call. Three days later still no call.

Lots of things not just food, truly love this store

This is the best grocery store. They have an awesome beer selection, they roast their own coffee, and have fresh sausage.

Though I love Lowes foods, this place loses some points from me. Dont get me wrong, the store is clean and well kept. Shelves are well stocked. Staff in the aisles was friendly. Wide varieties available. The loss of points come from checkout. The lines tend to be long. They also do not have baggers about 80-90% of the time. With two small children and trying to unload a cart, baggers are needed. Often the cashier will just keep ringing you up and not try to help bag. Just be aware this is real common here.

Well the service is friendly, and its great for lunch. You can walk in and grab a drink at the coffee shop or bar, i dont know too much about the bar, but the coffee shop has a decent selection, even smoothies. The kitchen area has fresh chicken, bbq, sushi, pizza, sandwiches, salad and more. It is worth a visit thats for sure.

Love the layout of the store. They even have a beer bar. Just what you need after youve checked off everything on your grocery list.

The staff makes this a great place to shop! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. There is always some interesting finds. It is so so clean and well organized. The sausage werks options are fantastic, the bakery is full of delicious options and the pre-prepped vegetables and fruits are varied and so convenient.
