I had been looking for a good king pillow set for neck support and had no luck online or at other local retailers. I went online to mattress firm and connected with the local store. I just wanted to know if there was military offered on top of a discount or not, no need for anything else or snarky comments.My husband is still considering going elsewhere even after purchasing as we havent picked up the mattresses yet.

This was the easiest and quickest purchase I have ever made. We went to the Mattress Firm in Winston Salem NC in the Lowe’s Home Improvement parking lot. Have to be specific because there is a mattress store on every corner there isn’t a CVS or Walgreens. Matt was our sales person. He was very helpful and understood our situation. He offered different options and explained and measured different thicknesses on different sets. We were in the store maybe 30 minutes. That’s with all the options explained and the paperwork to pay and set up delivery. Will see how delivery goes If that goes as well as the purchase we will definitely shop there again and will recommend to family and friends.

I was shopping for a new mattress and even though they didnt have the one I wanted in stock they set it up for me to pick one up at another location. They are pretty good at returns also if there is some reason youre not happy with your mattress selection. You do get a certain amount of time to return it for a new one with no problems.

He took the time to determine our need in a mattress, (variety of options), answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to make a purchase. Andrew even followed up to see if we had any additional questions regarding our search for the right mattress. Although we did not make a purchase at the time of our visit, we were pleased with the service we received.

It was a great experience with getting the mattress and delivery however I was disappointed in the false information given upon going in with completing the paper work I spoke to two employees about being interested in building credit with the purchase I was told by both employees yes this will help build credit all you have to do is let progressive leasing know you would like payments to be reported Towards your credit upon finishing out payment and leasing being excited about this I paid off what needed to be paid after speaking with the company I was informed this is something they never do and they were surprised upset that mattress firm gave false information. Apparently I’m not the first of many Still needing a mattress I would loved for Mattress firm to have just been honest and employees of integrity letting me know credit wouldn’t have been reported and they would have still had a client do to that information of false information I will I am no longer interested in there service.

Mr. Preston was excellent to work with! He went above and beyond to fit my criteria and did not try to show me more expensive options like I have experienced at other stores.

Today we decided to go take a peek at mattresses, drawn in by the semi-annual sale. From the moment we walked in, Matt provided excellent service. We tried out several mattresses and base combinations. Matt was incredibly forthcoming on the different levels and pricing. He helped us make selections based on our actual priorities. We left having purchased a mattress, base, and protective cover that we are super excited about! The best part is that the mattress and base will arrive tomorrow! Honestly worst experience ever. Bought a mattress a month ago for our new home. But they failed to let us know that our mattress was backordered for 6 MONTHS!! They dropped off the adjustable base when we moved in and still did not let us know that our mattress was on backorder. We had to call them to find out!? Finally we went a purchased a different mattress that they said would be here Saturday which it was, the movers came and said our adjustable base was too small for our bed, so they sent us the wrong one. Now it is Sunday and we were told our new adjustable base would be here, but they didnt tell us it would be at 8pm AT NIGHT!! Now we have to wait another week to be able to sleep in our bed. Absolutely ridiculous and will never purchase from their again. I dont even want to leave that one star.
