This company still requires its customers to wear a mask in store even if they are fully vaccinated. What was the point of getting the vaccine if I still have to wear a mask. CDC guidance states that people who are fully vaccinated do not need to wear a mask or social distance, inside or outside.

Very good store. A little something for everyone. A wide range of prices, with some really good bargains if you search. Easy parking. Friendly staff. The one thing that I dont like is that sometimes there is a very long line. I guess that is the price you pay for shopping at a store that is popular.

Homegoods always has great STUFF. Thats a given. The fact that theyre counting customers to limit the number to 100, an employee is wiping down carts at the entrance, and all staff AND customers were wearing masks 😷 makes Homegoods my favorite store in the Triad, to date!👏🙌 My faith in humanity is temporarily restored! I SO needed this! Thanks to anyone who was shopping Saturday between ~3:00p.m.-5:00p.m.🥰

Nice products. Very Overcrowded. Little help. Long checkout line. Couldn’t find a simple bathroom trash can as everything was tiny and overly fancy. Cart squeaked loudly and embarrassingly. Main Aisle direction arrows had everyone heading the same direction in every aisle so no way to go to the back.

I really like HomeGoods. I love to see all the new and neat stuff they have. The store is always decorated so pretty! The store is always clean except the back left corner where sheets, pillows, comforters are. The are usually thrown all around. That is something I find at most HomeGoods store for some odd reason. It is the customers fault the majority of the time. Managers: keep a check on that section and the whole store would look great! I love shopping at HomeGoods!

I had to stand on a waiting line before entering the store and I respect and understand the circumstances; however, what it made it worst is that they had two employees outside controlling the amount of people coming in but one of them was smoking and even though I was wearing a mask I could still inhale her smoke. For a nonsmoker having to inhale someones else cigarettes smoke it becomes pretty disgusting. Unfortunately I had asked my spouse to drop me off while he went to run an errand therefore I got stuck there on line, had it been me driving I would have left the parameters. Beside the two employees were talking to each other as if they did not care for the costumers. If the employees were not on break why are they smoking while they are one the clock and I am sure that if they were on break they wouldnt have been at the front of the store controlling the waiting line.

Love this place. Great home decor and some one of a kind items for your home. Reasonable prices and quality of merchandise is good. They are cheaper than other home decor stores . I wouldnt take children when shopping here. Merchandise everywhere and crowded with a lot of breakables.

Everyone looks kinda sad but its a nice store. Everythings really expensive but the quality is really high.

The place i choose to leave the kid at home so i can see every little thing in the air without being rushed lol

Great selection of beautiful household items. Not really that high on the items I was interested in. Great location. I wouldnt say its wheelchair accessible because the store is hard to get through with shopping cart without knocking something off. I was not the only one knocking stuff off. Luckily there was nothing breakable. I did almost knock off a serving platter but i caught it before i did. Boy was it close.

This is one of my favorite stores for buying kitchen bakeware at a great price. They have quality items at a better price. Looking for something special? They offer a unique selection of both food and baking items. I love the furniture that is different from the other stores and is well made. I recommend HomeGoods to everyone who wants that unique item for themselves or as a gift!

HomeGoods... everything you could possibly want for your home in one store. What more could I ask for? In all seriousness, this is THE place to shop if youre looking for home decor. While the pricing isnt the cheapest around, they sell quality stuff at a great value. I always enjoy my trips over here!

Plenty of quirky items to see. Not much consistently available. Stock changes around. Crazy crowded most days. And the isles are far too narrow. Hard to get a cart through the store.

Very clean and well organized store considering how much inventory they have. They display things nicely have lots of holiday decor. You have to be disciplined in order not to buy too much.

I visited the Winston-Salem store HomeGoods on 1/20/2018 and had the best experience I have had at any HomeGoods I have shopped. The manager Daphne Caudill was very helpful as were two employees Darlene and Tamara. If more HomeGoods would be as nice and helpful maybe other stores would not have their customers from other cities to such a wonderful store. It was wonderful to be treated like a customer and not a bother.Thank you Winston-Salem Team for a job well done.

I love this place! if you are looking for a 4 foot tall cobalt blue glass jar this is the place to find it and many other interesting odds and ends .The store itself is a bit on the crowded side and you have to be a little careful not to knock over things here and there but man there is so much to look at its well worth the effort.

Too many people in the store and not wearing masks or maintaining social distance. It doesnt work if you take your mask off to chat on your phone. Respect the workers and other customers. Shameful lack of respect and care.

Quality items for the home at really good prices. They have name brands I Iove from other stores & catalogs - plus, brands Ive learned to love because I only find them at Home Goods. Bed & bath linens, kitchenware, baby items, furniture, rugs, decor items, and lots of other things you didnt know you need until you see it in the store! I never leave this store empty-handed!
