They greet you when walking in. They help if needed. And checking out they are very nice and will help you find anything you need. Doing my hair today.

Bought some 3Ballerina Tea. The customer service could be a bit better. The man had an unnecessary attitude. The prices are like any other hair store.

I have shopped at this location many times for years. Every year the service have become worse. Today, I was the only person in the store. As I moved through the store the owner also moved. He would not take his eyes off of me. I even turned and watched him watch me. He never stopped nor budged. I was stunned. As I went to pay for my items, I was very disturbed and didnt feel comfortable making the purchase. I explained to the owner very calmly that I felt uncomfortable being followed throughout the store. The owner proceeded to tell me that I was rude for saying anything to him at all. Basically said.. How dare I say anything to him. I replied, Because I am a customer and thought you may want to know how your customers feel. I also told him that Ive been feeling this way for some time and started shopping elsewhere because of it. He basically told me he didnt have to sell anything to me. So I left. These owners dont care how they treat their customers. They only want your money and they could care less about any customer that walks through the door. Take your business elsewhere. Give your hard earned money to people that appreciate that you took time to shop at their establishment.

Huge but pricey

Usually when I go inside, the customer service is o.k. Recently, I moved about 3 hours away for a job opportunity. I called the store and asked the woman about a brand of eyelashes they carry because I was so pleased with them. I wanted a friend to pick them up for me and ship them. Before I could get the sentence out of my mouth she says, I can not talk right now, I have a lot of customers here with me. If you have any questions you can come to the store. Then she proceeded to hang up. Its kind of hard to come into the store when I am three hours away. I surely dont appreciate being hung up on. Why have a phone if you cant assist customers over the phone? Why not just ask me to hold? Why not pass the phone over to someone else? I am very disappointed with this transaction.

They are very rude they follow you around anyways I was on FaceTime with my stylist and I was seeing if she was saying it was the right product and then they just start screaming I understand if I was taking pictures because everybody doesn’t like people in their store taking pictures but no I was simply on FaceTime and she was yelling then I say very politely what’s the problem and she continues yelling and had an attitude when I paid for my stuff I don’t recommend spending your money somewhere else

Came in on a Friday. Too busy to even loke. Some of these customers just rude. Got my braid hair and got out. Really not the best, but they was nice.

These people have gotten worse over the last year. So I go in to get a new wig so that I could give my natural hair a break. As soon as I got to the wigs past the counter on the left wall I was hounded. This new lady that I have never seen before was trying to help me when I needed not. I told her that I was fine and she kept suggesting wigs for me. I mean dang let me look on my own, I know what I like. I was looking at a cute short wig that I thought would look good on me, she kept suggesting a longer ones. I told her that I do not like the long ones because they always get caught in my necklaces. The hounding got so bad that I bought a wig that cost more and I really dont like. I then had to drive all the way back because I left something on the counter.I dont know who stole from them, but they are treating everyone like petty thieves. I mean what are the cameras for if you are going to have little security women following you around the store? I shall NOT and will NOT be returning back to this store! I dont really like travelling all the way to Ego...at least you get flirted with instead of followed and hounded.

I came in looking for some durags. Turns out they also had some masks. Got some and got out. Old man was rough.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. Their wigs are over priced and the customer service is terrible. I was followed around by a little old woman who refused to leave me alone. Once I finally tried on a wigafter paying .50 for a cap she tried to take the cap out of my hands to put it on my head. I had to tell her several times that I was fine but she insistsed in looming and trying to “help”, finally I had to tell her to go away. Once she left she came back after a few seconds to inform me I wasn’t allowed to take pictures with the wig on (I wasn’t). These people are racist, disrespectful, and incredibly rude. It’s unfortunate they own a shop that caters to black women and treat the very customers that put food on their table with such disdain. I’ll be going to Ego from now on. They don’t deserve my money.

Omg, Lmao! Walk in the store, the door alarm went off. I was order to the front counter.....really? She told me to give her my purse 👜. She watch the back of my head as I exit!!! Never ever going there again.

Came in hear today to purchase a wig that Ive been looking at for about a week or so, and I already had on my own wig so I already had a cap on, the lady instantly started yelling and screaming (not in English) but apparently I had to buy a cap from them in order to try on a wig, and I couldnt use my own. She pulled the black girl over to basically explain the problem but there was NO reason to yell and disrespect your customer that shops there often! I have to buy the cap AND Im only allowed to try on the display wig so if I Dont like the color on me after I buy it Im SOL, and also a two wig limit to try on....all that with such terrible customer service! Smh Ill never shop there again!!!

Went there and asked for a wig that was on display. The woman found a wig for me and gave me it and I didnt think to look at it before I brought it but a few hours later I brought the unopened product back and they wouldnt take it. Didnt even ask for a recept. Wont be going back there. The wig she gave me wasnt even on display there.

Don’t know this place. Live like 20minutes away and have it a chance. Got what I needed when I needed it. Most of it was at the front. Coming back for some more.

I wont go back to this place they follow you around like youre stealing stuff it makes it uncomfortable to shop no one speaks English I have sent several clients to this location and they have been treated poorly Id rather spend the money elsewhere
