Hands down the worst Bed, Bath & Beyond I’ve ever visited. Selection is meager at best with many empty shelves and too much junk laying around. No one, and I mean not one single employee spoke or smiled or stopped to see if they could help. The ONLY pleasant thing about my experience was the check out clerk - he was so pleasant and helpful and today was his first day on the job. He was obviously trained elsewhere. I’ll make an hour drive to go to a different store next time.

I really enjoy this store. Easy to find gadgets I am looking for the kitchen, house or entertainment. I also love the coupons sent to my house and on line. I plan my trip with coupons.

Staff is rude at best. The lady who appeared to be in charge yesterday rolled her eyes at my autistic granddaughter because we were having to wait so long in line and she had started crying. There were 4 staff members at the front and only 2 customers and yet we couldnt be waited on. I left and my granddaughter threw herself on the ground in front of the store. I needed help getting her up when a staff member walked outside looked down at me on the ground and just walked around us.No one ever spoke one single word to us. I will never ever ever shop at a sorry bed bath and beyond again!

I love going here. I am actually redoing my downstairs bathroom & I found some really great deals. Some of their stuff can be a bit pricey but in the end it is worth it. I also shop their online site & just have it delivered.

The staff is very very helpful. I war looking for a specific food processor and although they did not have it on the floor it was in stock and they were able to help me with everything that we needed! We will definitely be returning for all our bed bath and beyond essentials!

DO NOT under any circumstances make your registry with bed bath and beyond. I received multiple gifts from family that were broken. I attempted to get product replacements as dishes arrived shattered and improperly packaged. They asked that I return them which would cost me money to send through the mail. I may have understood that if I bought the products myself, however, they were gifts and I do not think it’s fair to ask the customer to pay additional money. I then bought a crock pot with a gift card a family member has given. It arrived broken, returned it and I actually received a replacement for Christmas. Apparently the person who gifted this to me bought it 3 days outside the return window and they refused to take the return at first. I said it was a gift and this was the second time I bought this product broken. The manager then came over and said he would allow a return at 80 percent the price of the product-repeatedly said this was a one time offer and gave me the impression it was my fault I bought two broken crock pots. Keep in mind, I have worked in many customer service jobs and I understand policy is just policy so I do not blame the employees. I said it was a very bad policy under the circumstances as it’s upsetting someone’s hard earned money was wasted. He then argued with me and said other places do not have as good policies. I have returned something to Walmart 6 Months after I bought it, so I really don’t appreciate the argument. Please make your registry at target, I have never received anything broken from them.

I was looking for two things in particular. Saw them on the website but wanted to see the quality in person. The store didnt have either item and no longer support My Pillow by Mike Lindell. We wont be back.

The pickup experience at this store was good. Although it was supposed to be curbside and they asked me to come in because of staff shortage, it was still good because staff was extremely friendly.

I didnt understand how to use my visa rewards card. My purchases were more than two rewards cards, so the transaction also involved a regular credit card. The cashier needed assistance and the two of them did a fantastic job of getting everything done.

Theres great items on sale

There was only one checkout person working when I got in line to check out. Another couple waiting on line in front of me. There was some delay with the customer who was paying. We waited much too long before an employee arrived and opened another register. The store could improve by watching and responding when customers are waiting on line.

Not 5 minutes after my husband and I walked into the store, we heard “SECURITY TOZONE 5. SECURITY TO ZONE 5.”It was out of my mind as soon as I heard it until we were approached while shopping for bedding for our guest room in what I now know is zone 5.Having been faithful to this store for over 20 years, I was sick and disappointed.Do not be fooled by my attire (we had just finished setting up our in-law suite). I am an operations manager and part owner of a multi-million dollar logistics firm; who also happens to be a young, black female.I will never spend another cent here and will discourage everyone I know from doing the same.

This place is thick with dust. When ever you buy from here, wash it before using it. But the prices are fair

Would give zero stars if possible. Staff was incredibly rude towards me. Security guard was openly aggressive with his body language as i walked by. Will never shop in person at this store again. There is no excuse for treating another person so disrespectfully.

Found what I needed. Their prices often seem to be more expensive. Fortunately, coupons are readily available. The store generally feels crowded to me. I shop there with a mission and a coupon. Its not a store that I get into trouble with. The service was pretty good. The associates I engaged were very responsive and helpful.

Was planning on buying a cutting board. Decided on one. Went in line to pay. 3 customers ahead of me. Then 2, then when it gets down to 1. The cashier looks at me and says she is closed after the customer ahead of me. Would have been fine, but I was in line for 5-10 minutes. She could have told me before I got in line.. I said ok. Set the cutting board down and walked out. Wont be back anytime soon!

While you could potentially get cheaper prices online, if youre looking for quality items and the ability to see stuff in person, then this is the place to come. Its always a pleasure shopping here and the customer service is fantastic.

I mean, its Bed Bath and Beyond the day after Christmas...winning!!! Most of the associates were nice. Ms. Helen checked me out. She seemed to be real friendly and personable. Maybe because of all the positive energy I have off. The people were pretty nice as well.

I have lived here now going on 4 years. I cannot say theres any reason that I would move. The apartments are small and I mean very small. You have three rooms, a living room, the bath, and the bedroom. There is a kitchenette on the way from the living room 2 the bathroom. Seeing I am in a wheelchair its a little cramped and I scrape the door jambs quite a bit. All in all its a fine place located half a mile from the Civic Center and Tennis Court back in the woods width about a half a mile Street to the main road everything is paved.Main requirements must be over 60. This is a HUD unit apartments for seniors of all Races.No food is furnished here. If you need medical attention daily you must make all the arrangements. Overnight guests has to make arrangements prior to arrival with the office personnel. Better be safe and sorry.!There is sign up sheet for a waiting list which must be accompanied bye forms filled out before they put your name on the list. The waiting time varies up to over a year. Once you seen it itll understand why a lot of people want in.

The store was nice and clean. I have gotten to where when I go to BBB I dont find stuff that I really like or need. I use to go in there when I went to the Charlotte store many moons ago and I would see all kinds of stuff that I had to have. Now, I dont see stuff that just hits me and says buy me! I dont know if I getting older and just dont need as much now as in the past or the styles I dont like. I would still recommend BBB to all my friends (and dont forget your coupons, there is no limit).

We recently bought a Motorola baby monitor from this store. The product is horrible and certainly not worth the $100 they charged. I went to return the item only to be told that I have to contact Motorola and return it to them. What the hell, I bought it from their store. It was also obvious that the item had been previously returned since everything in the box was open. So far Im having a time of it trying to return this with Motorola and will be heading back to the store to demand a refund. If one of these companies comes through on refunding me in full Ill update this review. Do not buy baby electronics from Bed, Bath and Beyond. Amazon has superior products for the same price. *Update: I went to BBB today and was able to return the monitor, no questions asked, to a cashier who said nothing about having to return it through Motorola. Hurray! Glad thats over!

I love shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Be sure to keep all coupons as they really dont expire even though there is a date on them. One day my assistant cleaned out the pocket behind my car seat where I keep all my coupons and threw away the expired coupons. Later that day I needed to go to Bed, Bath and Beyond and went into panic because all my coupons were missing! LOL. Now she knows to not touch my BB&B coupons!

Make sure you opt in for text coupons or use the coupon mailers to save money. Never buy things for full price. I love their new travel section for small toiletries.
