All staff wearing masks. I asked 2 different staff members that were working in different departments questions. Bother were friendly & helpful. The person in the kitchen department was super great at assisting me. They did have a little wait when checking out but it was tolerable since the lines were moving pretty quickly.

Only went in because someone gave me a gift card. I dont understand the appeal. Its very overpriced store brand goods. You can do better at Marshalls and Tj maxx for home decor and clothes and at walmart for grocery type stuff.

Target get things done! I used the app and ordered opting to have the items brought to my car...My items were available quickly, and brought to my car by the associates in a very timely fashion. I love the 2 hour turnaround and will use this service time and time again!

Unclear whether a friend of Covid or not. Staff is mostly masked, but most customers are not. Offers online ordering and curbside pickup, but without fanfare. In short, Target seems not to want to offend its friends of Covid customers. This would seem to make it a friend, facilitating the spread of the Delta variant.

This used to be a decent store to go to, now its just turned into basically an expensive Walmart with no product to sell or buy.

I went today to get my kids swim suits and some cute summer outfits. Welp, that didnt happen. The shelves were EMPTY and I do mean empty. Like not even a single piece of clothing on some of them. I looked at toddler boy shorts. There were TWO... that it. Two pair of shorts. There were 4 styles of bathing suit and they looked so tacky. It was either sharks, or dinosaurs. Target needs to step it up and realize not every boy wants to wear just dinosaurs and dump trucks. And the older girls section was just as big of a joke. Just completely empty. And this is not even an exaggeration. Just empty. Hopefully they will stock back up...

How could anyone not LOVE Target? Other than a stylish selection of everything from housewares to pajamas to holiday decor, the store is clean, welcoming and employees are happy. Target obviously takes great care of their people and it shows. Try patronizing another retail establishment and finding over-the-top, sincerely helpful service.

This location its always been a great location 2 members of my family worked here while going to school and even thought we live 35 min away now and have a location 8 min away we still go out of our way to come here Because of the great customer service we receive. We went today to pick up the new call of duty for PS5 since it was the only one with in a 50 mile radius that had any left and we have 8 with in radius. We chose drive up pick up and we were truly amazed to only have to wait literally 2 min after pulling up and the girl that brought out to us was very courteous and professional. Sincerely one of the best Targets in the nation and I have been to targets in literally 8 different states.

Good place to shop. Lots and lots of parking. They have added curbside pick up. Self check out. Lots of food options. Sometimes can be very busy but I tend to go in the off hours. Kind staff.

The building was too hot especially since everyone has to wear masks. Even if we didnt have to wear masks, the temperature in the building would be too warm. Turn up your air conditioner to keep shoppers comfortable enough to want to browse the whole store

The ease of use on the app is great. The update to now being able to get milk and such is awesome. Driving up and waiting, having them pack my car, all great. The only downside is not having an estimated time of when Ill be able to pickup. The UPside to that is, I dont have to come right away when they say ready... If Im busy when they say theyre ready for me to pickup, I still have many hours allotted to pick it up so I dont have to rush. They technically dont begin shopping until you say on my way in the app. So I would give 4 stars but honestly... Its SO convenient already, that its kind of hard to truly complain.

This is my favorite Target in my area! Everyone that works here is super friendly and very helpful. This store, every single area, is always immaculate. They have awesome prices, fantastic sales, and a wide selection. Plus I love the new look and the Magnolia section of products.

I LOVE TARGET (not quite as much during the Holiday season because of the increase of customers). Product selection is exquisite.

Great place to buy with extremely good deals. Very big variety of products. I had not been here until a couple months ago and its a great place, so clean and good lightning. Great location and girls seem to love this place. Prices are good, big variety of things and entertaining in general to shop here.From clothes, groceries, bathroom supplies, electronics, Christmas, wine, gift cards, comforters, toys, etc. Love this place.

Put in an order at Target on Hanes Mill Blvd in WInston Salem NC. Within an hour I received an email stating package was ready. I was in the store less that 5 minutes and had my item in hand and leaving. Great service.

Service at this one was horrible today. The cashier didnt speak at all or even acknowledge my existence. I spoke and asked he was doing today but he was silent. The only thing he said to be was take your card out because I had inserted it too soon. Even when the transaction was complete and he handed me my receipt, he still said nothing. Although, he had no problem talking to the lady in line behind me. I expect rude cashiers at Wal Mart, not Target. This visit really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ease of use, and speed once at the store. I have no reason to go into the store anymore. Now if they would do food/fresh grocery pickup I would not have to shop anywhere else.

I barely arrived inside the door and didnt get an opportunity to put my mask on. I was adjusting it before I put it on my face and was approached by a employee with a demanding voice about my mask. I came with a mask but again i was adjusting it before i put it on my face.

They were super quick and friendly! It was a really easy transaction. It was also raining so it was nice that I didnt have to get out of the car!

Staff is very friendly and the stock on hand is usually pretty good. Clothing section is actually really well kept compared to a lot of other Targets which is great. A frequent shopping spot for us!

I went to target on 9/21 approximately between the hours 8pm/9pm the prices were great store was clean however when we were ready for check out we were headed to the self checkout i noticed that there was a gentleman that was already there checking out and no one was there watching him, but when a clerk spotted us heading over there she quickly stopped what she was doing and ran over to the checkout kiosk,my sister decided to start looking at the earrings so we had a short detour, heading over there again she proceeds to the kiosk again staring at us, she does say hello but at that point it was quite obvious,a gentleman came out of the break area went over to the cash register, he did help me because i scanned my items twice im not sure if he was told to watch us but he literally stood there and watched us it was very uncomfortable and i personally think very rude,i was made to feel like a criminal without being one, i will never go back to this target again although people do steal and i understand that but the staff wasnt over in the kiosk area watching the previous male customer,very unfortunate.

Very friendly employees. The store is always crowded during the day but they are quick to open new checkout lanes. Parking can be annoying in the lot due to crowds. The shelves are well stocked. The store is clean. Customer service for returns or problems is very responsive and err on the side of the customer.

Stopped by to pickup a few snacks for Movie night but the popcorn Best Buy date is JUN182019 ⁉️

Friendly and very helpful staff. I only wish they had more convenient dressing rooms. Theres only one in the back corner for my daughters to try on their clothes.

Just an absolute wreck of a Target.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The store must be under new management because everything was well organized and efficient. The manager was at the front of the store making sure that the check-out lines did not get too long. No customer had to wait for service. The manager was actively assisting people as they were coming in and leaving, and he was anticipating their needs and addressing them promptly. Ive never seen a department store so well run.

So, I happened to be here when the nationwide crash happened. I actually walked in after it happened. I saw all the long lines and wondered if some huge sale was going on I didnt know about. I asked a lady that was waiting in line and she said the registers had crashed and they were working on getting them rebooted and back up. I decided to take my time shopping hoping theyd get fixed soon. Granted I was only in the store for two items but still. Got my things and a few extra and went to the front. A manager met me to let me know they were still down. I decided to just wait a bit. Wasnt really in a huge hurry anyway and Id much rather wait there than go to Walmart. I noticed people getting angry and upset. I get it, you want to get your stuff and go but this issue was absolutely not the fault of a single employee in that store. Zero reason to be rude to them. Theyre just as frustrated. They were handing out juices to the kids and Starbucks to the adults. That was awesome of them! (and a great idea Ill run by my own store when our registers crash. Because guys, it does happen. Employees of the store are NOT at fault) anyway the line I was in had a manager at one of the registers so she decided to let another cashier ring people that had cash. The cashier had to use her phone to scan stuff to get the prices and codes then she had to add it with her phone and add tax. Yes, this took a little time because its not just scanning and ringing up. I actually had cash and I was about the 4th person she rang up. They apologized repeatedly and tried doing it as fast as possible. They also gave me $5 off my order for having to wait! Wasnt necessary but I still appreciated it. I think the employees handled the entire situation well. I will always shop at this Target (Hanes Mall) the store is always neat and clean and the employees always friendly. Good job team Target!

The electronics department at this location is excellent! I was having trouble switching cell phone plans and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful while they got me sorted out. Great customer service.

Very helpful employees, specifically at the customer service desk. I came in looking for a specific book that couldnt be located and a lady at customer service made sure that this book got in my hands before I left the store. She price matched this book with the Target website to save me $. (I was also given a small gift card for my wait and the trouble!)

Allison in the pharmacy was wonderful. Her compassion and customer service was more than anything I had expected, especially since she was helping me over the phone. When I arrived at the pharmacy Jenn showed the same enthusiasm and helpfulness. The staff was knowledgable and speedy. Thanks for the help ladies!

Had a great experience here the day after black Friday. Store was well organized, there were workers everywhere making sure things were in the right place. Also I didnt have to wait at all to check out.

Target is the best place to kill time. I spent 2 whole hours browsing the store and could’ve stayed 5 more if I didn’t have an appointment. Ended up spending money when I didn’t intend to, because Target will always show you the things you didn’t know you needed! Haha.

Love this Target! Love the food selection and have more organics than the other Target. My only complaint is that at certain times of the day it is unbearably crowded so I usually try to go in as late as possible. There is an employee there named Diana and she is so sweet and funny!

This target location usually provides acceptable wait times during your checkout process, and they have a clean store. Occasionally a few items are out of stock and will have a grey dot sticker. Employees are generally easy to locate and get assistance.

The quality of service and availability of products is declining. Ive been shopping at Target for years. I wanted to use the Drive Up service because I have a 2 month old and a 22 month old. All my products were available for Drive Up except for Saline Mist - why? I had to choose pick up and then not all of my items were ready. The last time I shopped it wouldnt let it add to my cart but it was in the store. Are your systems not talking to one another?

One of the larger Target stores in Winston-Salem. Great place to get everything you need to start up at your first place, or even just to make your home a little bit more modern-looking. Nice food selection, decent clothing selection. But, if you really want clothes, go to the Kohls next door
