This company came to look at a product I was having problems with. Then called back the next day to say they could not help because it would be a liability to the company because it wasnt purchase from them. Then received a bill for looking at the product. Really, really man!! I have never heard such non-sense in my life. They could have said that when the 1st conversation over the phone was initiated.

Great people an cheap place to get tarps custom made

My patio umbrella got ripped and torn in a storm. I took it to Dize on a Friday, to be repaired. They said they would work me in. After reading several unfavorable reviews, I secretly wondered when Id see my umbrella again. Lo and behold, the work was done, and done well, on the very same day it was brought in, on Friday. The folks were mega-accommodating, and quite friendly. I dealt with the woman who actually did the work, Annie. She was terrific. Highly recommended. Five stars.

We commissioned the Dize company to make an awning for our business. After much ado and back and forth about graphics, an awning was installed that was a different shape than was discussed, along with graphics that did not match the ones we approved. I contacted Brandon right away, even had him come out to our shop so that I could show him the issues we had in person. We discussed the changes we would like to see and Brandon told me he would send me a quote. He did. For almost double what we were initially quoted. I have since had another awning company quote me a much larger awning, mocked it up in a picture and sent it to us for approval for almost $2,000 less than the modified quote from Dize. I am already out $1,100 for the deposit on an awning that I hate and this company wants me to pay another $1,100. I emailed Brandon and told him he could come and get the awning and have been ignored and now he has turned us over to collections. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a tarp that had a defect. called customer service and was more than pleased with their helpful and polite service. Tarp replaced the same day.

Bought 2 heavy duty HAY tarps from tractor supply...end of March 2015one of these heavy duty tarps came apart at the seams... didnt rip.. just separated..over $1600 in Horse Hay is ruined because of the defective tarpscontacted TSC, they provided the name of the manufacturer/vendor..Dize company responded but stated they were not a vendor to TSC...???? REALLY??TSC referred me to them for refund/replacement...they said they didnt supply TSC.. HMMMM???? TSC did refund the cost of the tarpsDIZE company did nothing to offer any compensation for the loss of Horse hay that was purchasedin March 2015..I dont recommend these tarps for the fact they dont stand behind their product..
