Very nice people who go out of their way to take care of their customers. They were wonderful to work with when my daughters car needed brakes and was damaged by another tow company in the process of getting it to Whitehearts. Grateful and very happy with the service(s) & repairs they did.

Mr. Gary and his father are both great, hard-working concerned men. Brought my mustang in for rear wheel and axle work about 2 weeks ago. But due to short staffing it took a lil longer than expected. I cant argue with the great results of it! Time consuming and money draining for sure but Mr. Gary got me almost $250 off! Definitely appreciated in a time where people are out to get all of your money. It currently is up there to get the ABS sensor installed but get this.... For FREE. 5 stars for a 5 star family.

My car had been towed to two different shops before my car was towed here. I hadnt seen my car in so long I had almost given up hope. I was struggling.They got my car working again. The elder Mr. Whitehead was on the premises when my car broke down, along with his son, Gary. The family is a friend of my passenger, and they stayed open an extra 90 minutes to allow us to be warm and comfortable, as we were waiting for a ride. It was cold and rainy outside.I was going to need a drive shaft, a costly repair. Gary didnt settle for a used part (which got me into this predicament to begin with!) but hunted for a rebuilt shaft which would be better than used for a lot less expensive than new!Gary quoted me a more than fair price, and completed the job earlier than expected! My church was going to pay for the work, a church from Greensboro, by check. There was no worrying or haggling- the check was graciously accepted and my car brought to the front by a courteous employee.I picked this service center by pure luck, one of 20 tow trucks in Winston-Salem; little did I know how pleasant the experience would be. I work in Winston-Salem and now will travel to Whiteheads for service. Count on their service and trustworthy folks; Im sure glad I did.

Sure theyre a little pricey at times but theyll work with you to get your issues fixed. Definitely mechanics worth trusting!Plus you have got to love and patron any business that has a cute friendly dog to hang out with while theyre fixing your car!

I really appreciate the quick and affordable service from Whiteheart! It only took about 20 minutes for them to get to where I was stuck with a flat tire and they were so helpful.

They are trustworthy, helpful and fair. This was my first time here however Ill be back for certain now since I had a great experience.

While this company may have fine service most of the time, they completely fail in maintaining safety while driving their car haulers on the road. I observed one of the most egregious acts of aggressive driving by a car hauler with this companies name on it today, weaving in and out of traffic on interstate 40 and then again in the 35 mph zone on Lewisville Clemmons road. On 40, the driver was flying by traffic, which os’s bad enough, but was weaving in and out of heavy traffic and tail gating in doing so. If this is an example of the respect and professionalism customers get from this company, then I advise all to stay away. If this was an isolated occurrence, then I hope the owners address this with the driver. He was on I-40 West bound and south bound on Lewisville Clemmons roads around noon on Oct 7 in case management cares to address the problem.

Brad saved the day!!! After realizing I had a flat tire (and as it turns out a cracked tire), I called to get help ASAP! Brad came within the hour and was super knowledgeable, helpful and fast! I could not be more pleased with my experience with this company. Would 100% use their services again!

My car wouldn’t start. I have used them for service before and so called them for a tow. The driver Brad instead of simply towing the car to the shop took the time to help me. He figured out the problem and easily took care of it right there. He saved me time, hassle, and a lot of money by taking the time to listen to what was going on instead of just towing. We will continue to use them because of the emphasis on customer service they have.

It was a cold night and I had my child and 2 other children. Brad found us on the path in the woods stuck in the mud. He fixed the problem and was very courteous and effective. Will love to use this company as my go to towing company!

I am from Kernersville and for what ever reason I was led to come to this shop to have a nail removed and my tire patched or plugged. Nick Torres (Awesome young man) pulled the nail out, inspected the place where the nail was and determined that the tire was not damaged by the nail. Assuring me that the tire was in great condition and will not pose a safety hazard in the future from the place that he removed the nail from. He also checked the other 3 tires to make sure they were properly inflated and did not pose any safety issues. THANKS NICK, my family and I appreciate you taking the time to go the extra mile to ensure our safety. I will bring my vehicles to this shop for any future needs.

I got an oil change, tire rotation, and they also replaced the air filter that was bad. They were fast and friendly. Had a cute little shitzhu to entertain my kids while we waited and another sweet dog in the room with the secretary.

First of all great tow truck company! Second I was given a 45 min eta and he managed to get to me in half that and Charles was simply amazing nice attitude and big smile and was focused on my needs not how much time it took. The truck was nice and not beat up like other company I see overall very nice very professional and personal service. Highly recommended

Never again, went in for a simple oil change my vehicle was running fine with no issues before going here, after oil change and declining other services they insisted I needed which I know I dont I just got the car had everything they suggested done in October now my vehicle is shaking, vibrating, and making weird noises. If you dont want your car messed up go somewhere else, I will never go back here.

I see the love that people have for Gary Whiteheart who is the very soul of the place. Shame on you for towing those vehicles from a parking lot that I have seen the public use for years after hours. This was a church event at the Stevens Center. A predominately black event at that. How mean to put people in distress. I can only imagine that somebody got kick backs from this. I have parked in that lot right beside the GMC building so many times after hours, I lost count. Just mean and greedy. I will never use or refer your company ever. This was planned and we all know it. Everybody was black.

This man said 55$ to jump start my car and im less then a mile away from him. 👹 thats when you know your being over charged.

Whitehearts towed several cars downtown at a church event as a result of a communication error. All of the vehicles were returned undamaged and at no cost. The wrecker drivers were very apologetic and nice. Everything was made right at no cost to the owners.
