The best mechanics and wrecker service ever! Been a customer for over 20 yrs now would not go anywhere else!!!

Avoid. Rip off artists. Insurance call them to tow my car and all of a sudden they want to charge hidden fees. Even the claim person was going to fine a grievance to have them no long tow for them.

This was the best towing experience we have had! As anyone who be upset during a car issue, this company helped the situation be not nearly as bad. They got out to us in a reasonable amount of time, especially since we were in the middle of Tanglewood festival of Lights! We were parked in a parking lot out of they way but they still got there and hooked up quickly. They even went and swapped out the wrecker they were driving so they could accommodate 3 passengers! The man and lady who we spoke to on the phone were helpful/understanding! The driver was friendly, professional and got things handled quickly! We would recommend this tow company anytime and we are thankful that our warranty company chose this company! Thanks Parkway!

I would like to give a shout out to Todd for a great towing service. I ended up towing my car Saturday morning because my car engine sounded weird. Todd shortly figured out that someone stole my catalytic converter right away. He patiently waited for me to call the police. I was supposed to tow my car to Jiffy Lube, but he confirmed to see if they weld to fix my problem. He recommended the welding company that can fix my car promptly, and saved me time & unnecessary trip. He seemed like a diligent man and very professional. I had a great experience with this company!

Wasnt satified with my service! My car was damaged during my tow. I called to address the issue with a complaint and was told the owner would call... Still waiting on that call a week later.!? I have allot to say about my personal property being damaged, however I ll leave it at the one star.... Poor way to do business!

Showed up almost 2 hours late to get my car. No call to warn me. When I called I got an attitude from the lady who answered their phone. So wait it gets worse. When they dropped my car off at Modern Body in W-S, their driver didnt let the Modern people know, so my car sat there for several days with nothing being done to it. I know who I am not calling the next time I need a wrecker service

I had a flat in Kernersville and called them. When he got there the back tire was flat too. So he can and got his flat bed. He even came to my house to get my eyes. The gentleman was very professional and I would call them if I needed thing done to my car. Thank you

They got here quickly and changed a tire for a good price compared to others when you dont have a membership $35.

When they towed my car it was dropped off at the wrong location they never went back to pick the car up to take it to the correct location I had to call another tow company to pick my car up
