A part on bottom of my car went loose and was causing very loud noise when driving on highway. Brandon at Jenkins helped me out big time and fixed the problem. And he and the owner were so gracious and didnt even charge me. Wish I lived in that town and would definitely go there for my car maintenance and repair every time.

Fantastic work and prices were very reasonable. Possibly the best auto repair experience that Ive ever had. They were able to fix an issue that several previous mechanics couldnt including a dealership and one who claimed to be The Triads best known & trusted mobile mechanic. This is a family owned business and are very professional and courteous. I cant say enough good things about this company.

Im new in Winston-Salem, which meant finding a new mechanic. Eric Jenkins was recommended to me and I first went to meet him. Eric and his wife are a great team, and I felt like I was dealing with good people. It took some time before I got my car over to Jenkins Auto, but Eric had the repairs completed the next day, when he said he would. Ive already planned to have Jenkins Auto make needed repairs to another vehicle.

The knowledge of the mechanics was amazing. Not only did the mechanics verbally inform me of the issue I was having, they also physically showed me the issue. This was very reassuring. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being coerced into completing an unneeded service.

Jenkins Auto did a great job on my car. Even with me calling him every other day for updates. Eric communicate well with my warranty provider, help with a rental car and got the job finished in a timely manner. He will do all the work on my car for now on.
