Flow Honda at Northpoint has been taking care of my cars for several years. The customer service is superb and they never let me down. They keep my car in proper running order - and it has never left me on the side of the road. They are knowledgeable, reliable and know their business. They even take are of my fathers Toyota - though its not their usual task. After repeated bad experiences with the local Toyota dealer, they graciously agreed to help us with this vehicle. We highly recommend their service.

I recently bought a 2018 Honda Accord from here with just a few thousand miles on it... when I first got in the car to leave I noticed it had absolutely no gas, the oil needed changed, and they lost the other key to it. Also, after further inspection of getting home, the wheel lock is missing. The front right wheel is all dinged up as well (which they’re supposed to fix along with the key replacement). Please be aware of what you are buying and inspect the car fully, some of this could have been avoided but it is just more of a headache for me since I have to make two separate appointments to fix the issues. They don’t tell you much about the car, the warranties, or about the free oil changes you receive. I guess they assume everyone knows these things when buying a car, which I did not. They seemed to rush us out the door.

My car repair experience was unique and a little lengthy due to a variety of circumstances. Rene, and others, did a great job of supporting me through the process. I feel that the service provided was extremely fair and professional. I left VERY satisfied. My car finally runs like it should! Thank you all for treating me so well!
I will never go anywhere else for an oil change or service. This place was the best. I had a coupon which from experience at other places wouldnt work. Its always oh no thats for an oil your car doesnt take Ive spent over $60 at Valvoline, I spent over $80 at Myers Tires. I spent under $25 here and that was with an inspection, tire pressure, wiper fluid because I was out, etc. They were fast, professional, you can see video of the work they do. They didnt try to sell me anything, they didnt try any silly up charges, etc. Best place for an oil change and Ill be using them for everything my car needs.

I contacted the dealership before driving down there and spoke to Shannon. She was super helpful and never seemed bothered by my many phone calls and questions. When I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Hamilton she had the car I wanted to test drive ready for me. She also helped me get all of the discounts I could and was very professional. They whole staff was friendly and helpful. My car was detailed before I left the lot. I drove over an hour just to come to this dealership!
My son took his brand new 2020 Honda Civic there because it wouldnt start (3rd time in the shop 7 months) They said it was the PCM and was not covered under warranty. After debating we decided to go ahead with repairs. After keeping the car for 2 and 1/2 months, they called today to say it needed a new engine and that would be $11,000. Of course I was in shock and told them we were coming to get the car. Then he tells me we have to pay $800.....for a part that didnt work. OMG......are you kidding me. Not to mention the terrible customer service.

We had taken a car that we inherited for a safety check and inspection before a long trip. Because the car had sat for several months it did not pass the emissions test, but everything else was fine. I guess becausethey serviced the car on a regular basis prior to us getting it, they didnt charge us.
Took my car here oil change. Paid for it over phone. Went after hours to pick it up, battery dead. Interior lights were on, wouldnt turn off. Left it, went back next morning, they jumped my battery and told me they couldnt turn off the light either and it would be over $200 to fix. The lights were working fine when I dropped car off, never had a problem before they touched my car. Now all of a sudden, through no fault of theirs during their service, my lights went out. No offer to pay for it or even to take $10 off my cost. My wife took her 2 year old vehicle for an oil change, and air conditioner miraculously got a leak or some shenanigans. $500 later and were done with this place. Drive across town. Its cheaper to spend the gas and time it takes to get the.

Thank you Tony! I have been going to this location for years. (I have owed Hondas for over 20 years.) Yesterday, Tony not only helped me, but he educated me. It is easy for me to go to a repair shop and have my guard up against any unnecessary repairs etc. This place isnt like that, and better than that, they dont get irritated when I ask for help understanding what is happening and why it might be happening. I appreciate that!

I showed up without an appointment while passing through town on a road trip. They checked an instrument light warning, checked my tyre pressure and got me back on the road within 15 minutes with a smile and no charge!
Battery died on my wifes 2014 Crosstour when I was leaving work for home(after 5pm) . I had a fellow employee jump start the car and I drove it to Flow and they promptly replaced the battery with a better one. Honestly it gets no better then that and it made my decision to purchase the car from Flow even better. Thank You

My husband and I just bought a new 2014 Honda CRV. We had certain criteria that we wanted in our car and Flow Honda had exactly what we wanted. The best part of the experience was working with Kevin V. (salesperson), he helped us tremendously. He made sure everything went smoothly and made sure we were taken care of. He is still being very helpful with some questions we had after purchase, most car salesman would forget you after your purchase but he has stayed in touch to make sure we are taken care of. Re: Flow Honda on Peters Creek in Winston-Salem, NC. I had a great experience purchasing my Honda, BUT Buyer Beware!! The service center is crooked! The first time we took my Honda in for routine service they said they put new wiper blades on but didnt (we didnt think to check out the other parts serviced). The blades had the same wear pattern as before. The second time we had the Honda serviced, they charged for an oil change, new filter and tire rotation. The oil filter was NOT changed and the tires were not rotated. Today, we had the car serviced and, again, they charged for new wiper blades but didnt replace them. My husband is a mechanic, so he knows what to look for! I am so disappointed with Flow Hondas service center!!! Strike 3!! I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! AND calling my sales rep at Flow.
I had a problem with air leak on drivers side window. Part was ordered in a timely manner and fixed. The shuttle service was on time in taking me to work and picking me up. Thanks Honda for great service and customer satisfaction!

Just checked in to get an oil change and the guy looked at me with a odd face. Get inside checking me in and asked if I have been here before I tell him yes for a recall. Then he asks if I had a timing belt change I said yes and he says well I dont see it in the system. I then tell him it is usually serviced in Greensboro because my husband works in Greensboro. He then snaps and says well I dont see it on a nasty voice. Who cares if you see it or not my paper work is at home and I have proof that it was done a year ago!! This is thr 2nd time they have gotten snappy with me! No more! I am finished with them! The worst customer service ever!

I have been a loyal customer to FHSC since I bought my pilot in 2010. A few years back I was at around 95,000 miles and had something need replacing so they told me since I was so close to needing timing belt done, that I should go ahead and do it all to save money on labor. I did. As i checked out they informed me that i needed an alternator and bc they missed it they replaced it for me for no additional cost. A little over a year later and probably less then 12,000 miles my car died on me due to faulty alternator. I looked back at my receipt to see if it would be covered under warranty... only to discover that they replaced my alternator with an auto zone one. Idk about everyone else but I go to honda for honda parts. Upon discovering this I called and spoke with honda( more like raised a stink) and the manager told me they would replace my alternator at no cost. After telling me that they did me a courtesy by fixing it the first time at no cost... they obviously damaged it while doing timing belt. Now, I am 50,000 miles into this timing belt and just had to have the timing belt replaced again(should be 100,000 miles before doing so) because my tensioner ( another part included in changing of timing belt) had malfunctioned. Needless to say, I didnt go to honda bc when I called them they the part is only guaranteed for 12 mo 12,000 miles... TODAY, I pick up my car and tech tells me that my water pump had also been leaking. So thats 3 parts replaced in one service that have went bad!!!! I wouldnt doubt if those were also auto zone parts! My husband was told by this place he desparetly needed brakes and he didnt! Will never EVER do business with this place again! And will be calling better business and going to the head of this co. for answers and to raise awareness of their faulty business doings.

I do.not recommend this place to buy or have service, I bought my car to find they could not do any work on it. The 2 times I did have oil chang a tool was left near engine making it hard to close top and plastic splash cover on the bottom of car eneded up draging because it was not secured.
