We meanwhile purchased our 3rd car with Bob King Mazda and we would always go back to this branch. It is an special pleasure to work with Lannie Ledford which we see as our main Sales Professional but also all other employees like Mr. Robinson from sales or Joel and David from the Service department @Bob King are always friendly and welcoming when we need to go there. It is overall a pretty good Team. The location itself is new nice and always clean.

To buy a car we only spent 2 hours there. They were totally prepared for us & had options waiting. Everyone there was friendly, effective & efficient. Pleasurable experience.

Called on Friday and said they were booked on Saturday but told me to call back and check availability. Called back on Saturday and got in for sevice. They were great and got me in and out fast.

Had our new car for about 8-9 months. Was told we had a free oil change and a recall replacement. We had just had our oil changed but thought might as well get it done while we had the recall work done. Made our appointment and my wife went down there. 3.5 hours later she left with a tire rotation, oil change but apparently the recall part wasn’t in stock...ummm but that’s why we came in. Thanks for nothing Bob King Mazda, we’ll find another Mazda to get the recall work done. And will definitely not return here for any reason. The worst experience my wife has had at a dealership. I don’t think it even takes 3.5 hours to build a car from nothing but at Bob King Mazda in Winston Salem it takes that for an oil change.

Wont take my Mazda anywhere else.
