I almost didnt get to meet these 2 fellas but thanks for the other place being a azz the day before . I went to Winston Salem the next day and these 2 hooked me up with my smart start/interlock . Easy going calm and very professional. Made it go as smooth as possible. I recommend this place to any and everyone who has to get interlock . Fast and I couldnt tell they were ever in my truck other than the money trap mechanism the government came up with . The law literally got me blowing more money. LOL But its nothing to do with those fellas . Its a job that I would like to have myself. Thanks for everything keep on keeping on

No one wants to get one of these devices in their vehicle but over the years I was required to have it these guys knew my face and were always a pleasure to be around when servicing mine. I just got it removed a week ago and I’m ecstatic for that, but also thankful I had genuine people to deal with these past few years.

Would have never knew there was so much to this but it really is, so unfortunately if you have to get this on your car this is where you need to come. Great people explain everything in detail

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will drag you through the mud and take your paycheck with you NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. Faulty equipment!!!!!!! They know we need it to drive so they can charge you whatever they want and not think twice. They have nice employees but that doesnt stop them from leaving you broke for eating A DONUT!!!

I had an ignition interlock for a year and a half, just got it removed. It’s a terrible situation to be in, but the guys at SmartStart made it bearable. They were very knowledgeable and patient when I had questions or problems. Super quick and professional during the monthly calibrations. Thanks dudes

Super nice guys that work there. I would be late sometimes but they wod still be able to fit me in. I might have to wait a little bit but thats my own fault. Even though theyre nice guys I hope I never have to go see them again haha

This location has excellent customer service. They answered all my questions and always answered the phone. I would highly recommend going to this location is you use a SmartStart interlock device.

These two brothers that work at smart start are great. They make a bad situation as plesant as they can. They both help you, the one that puts machine in vehicle did a great job. The other one knows what the laws,rules,etc. They took my machine out of vehicle and you would never know it was in there. Thanks again guys,

They charge for everything under the sun. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else they will make you pay for it. I dont know where these other people went but every time I brushed my teeth I had to pay 50 dollars
