Went in to find replacement sway bar bushings. Spent a good amount of time with Derek as he looked through catalogs and took measurements of my faulty bushing to try and find a part number. He spent all this time with me just to let me know they were in stock at OReillys (had already been there, and they cant lookup parts apparently). He was so kind to help me with the issue at hand and didnt make a penny off me today, but got the solution handled. I will most definitely go back here when needed since that level of customer service is unparalleled these days! Not to mention, I had my young kids with me and they were acting crazy, he was beyond patient. Well done Derek! My hat is off to you and your establishment.

I love working with Matt and the guys at Modern Extras. They are very attentive and truly care about their customers. I do not trust just anyone to work on my Challenger. They came highly recommended by a friend who is just as picky as I am so I decided to give them a try with my brakes. I went into their location on Friday (6-21-19), to order a hub cap. While there, I also inquired about running boards for a truck I just bought. They said they had an open box special on some black Westin running boards, for $199. I asked if I was able to return them if I didnt like the look of them once I had them on, they said no, once they were on they couldnt take them back. That part was completely understandable to me, and I ended up buying them anyway. To my surprise however, when back at my shop to install them, it turns out the box was missing vital brackets/hardware to install the running boards. I called them back the same day, just a few hours after I left, to let them know a bracket was missing. After being on hold for nearly 20mins, they said, shucks, well that stinks, we cant find it anywhere, and those brackets are super hard to find by themselves. I went on to say that its fine, Id be willing to to wait for them to order an extra bracket, and Id be fine with picking it up whenever the hub cap that I also ordered came in. Exactly one week later, on Friday (6-28-19), I hadnt heard back from them, so I called to check the status of my order, only to be floated around on hold, while the employees seemingly dodged my call. After 35+min on hold, I finally accepted it for what it was. I have spent $200 on running boards that I cant return, and that I cant install. $200 thrown into a fireplace.

Very pleased with the work done. Derek was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and put me completely at ease and explained what they were doing and why. Will be visiting them again for more work in the future.

Superior service from the team at Auto Extras! Derek was awesome and the other two guys at the front counter were super nice as well! They were booked for the next week, but squeezed me in on a Monday morn and told me it would be done by 5pm. It was ready BEFORE noon, and did amazing work! Cost waaaaaaaay less than the dealer and Discount Tire by $100! Ill be back for suspension work and all other extras!
