Had an amazing experience. I called to inquire about a door and when I got there, they had already pulled it for me! I paid and while we were in there, they gave my son a piece of birthday cake. Then, it took me a couple of days to pick the door up because I needed a truck but they were patient and super nice about everything. I didnt even have to get a paint job because the door matches my jeep perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

They were friendly. The mechanic was very helpful. He answered my questions. Looked at my car and wrote me a quote for the work I needed done. No pressure.

This was the best experience Ive ever had buying a replacement part for my car. In 20 minutes, Chris Benitez had found my part, showed me images to verify my part, put my info in the system for future purchases, process my payment and my part was in my hand. Chris in very nice. The foyer/lobby is clean and professional in appearance. They shouldve been my 1st choice.

Called 3 days ago for a part that is not typically inventoried, just gets chucked in the vehicle, been put on hold for (what felt like) hours at a time for the next 2 days in a row trying to see if part was available before taking the time out my very busy day to drive an hour each way back and fourth, still pulled the gun and drove out to see whats going on, waited in line for 30 minutes to be told it still has not been checked on and will call me back later this evening if he gets time to go check after telling him its not easy for me to keep coming out like this. Left with out service.Ive dealt with the company for years prior to this with absolutely no issues or complaints at all coming from my end, as a private individual and commercially through Speedy auto/Sultania motors in High point nc. The situation could have been handled differently as done so in the past with minimal effort at that, sending me on my way, with my part, a very happy customer.

Told me they had the part, then when I drove 170 miles to get it. It was the wrong part completely then they told oh thats in our other junk yard.

What a super establishment!! I think other salvage/boneyards should follow this companysbusiness model. I dealt with a guy by the name of Donald today. Id say that he provided exceptional customer service. He called back when he said he would. The part was laid out and ready to go for me. I was in and out with a little conversation with him walking me out opening the door for me. Its just the small things that make a person smile and to write a review. Can you tell how many Ive written? Id say less than seven or eight including this. Thanks Donald!

I didn’t have the best experience my first visit. But, Justin called me personally the next day & made sure I got the spare tire I was looking for. When I came to pick it up, Jacob was very kind to bring it out to my car as well as check to see if they had the kit that went with it. They did have it for an excellent price so I got everything I needed. Although I wasn’t happy the first round, they went above & beyond to make it right which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend them & will be back for any other parts needs I may have.

Got a door that said would fit what we had. It didnt. Yes we put a fresh coat of pant on it before we realized it. This was a used door keep in mind. That refused to take it back. We got another one from them . It was missing more parts and damaged. When we got it.I had over ten hr of driven to get it. Bad attitudes dont care about customer satisfaction. I called this salvage yard today... I needed a Plastic Shifter cable clip( it helps hold the shifter cable still, while you shift ).. I called the dealer they didnt have one but they could order it would be $ 4.00. I called Lewisville Motor Co. and asked if they had the car I needed they said yes and asked what part I was looking for. I told them and they said that they probably couldnt sell me just the plastic clip because they have a 75.00 minimum. I was confused and said so regardless of the part your going to charge me 75.00??!! they said yes...THIS LOGIC MAKES NO SENSE.... then he said I could probably sell you the whole cable. I didnt need a whole cable as I had already bought one from the DEALER for 39.99!!!! why would I pay 75.00 for a salvage cable when I can get a brand new one from a dealership for 40 bucks??? you can get a lot of remanufactured parts for your vehicle for less than 75.00..Still confused I asked why the 75.00 minimum he said it was because he had to pay someone 15 to 20 dollars an hour to go take parts off.. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM...anyway this clip I needed is held on by ONE a 6mm bolt right under the hood...I asked can I just come take it off..again told no..Ive worked in auto parts for a while and this business logic makes no sense. If I needed just a radiator hose they are going to charge me 75.00...if I need oil pressure switch they are going to charge me 75.00..my point is an oil pressure switch is maybe 20 bucks...then I was told that part may not even be on the car I said well can you look and was told the car wasnt processed yet....WHAT!!!!??????.THIS IS RIDICULOUS...I was upset because this place probably has a part I need but I cant get it...so after being hung up on...I called back still getting the run around about paying people to take parts off and 75.00 minimum..so I had to rig my car up called the dealership gave them my 4 dollars and now have to wait...ALL OF THIS FOR A 4 DOLLAR CLIP...I would have much rather gave this local business my 4 dollars but I guess they dont like money??..this was my experience. Some people may have better but my advice unless you need a motor..stick with the auto parts store, trust me.

The VW place quoted me $800 for a part and $600 for labor. Jacob from Lewisville Motor Company was able to find me the same part for $160 out the door. Instead of me spending $1,400 on the fix, my cost was $700. I cant thank them enough for helping me out and making sure it was the right part.

Dealt with these guys a long time,but i bought an airbag for my honda odyssey for 650 and a seat belt for 150.Im knit picking here a lil but the emblem was scratched and the seat belt belt was dirty and greasy.so i called the dealer and actually bought the airbag for about 62 dollars cheaper and its NEW.i had to pay a lil more for the seat belt but it was right color and CLEAN.so when i had my wife to return the stuff for me the front desk guy just nodded his head for her to put the stuff on the counter not friendly at all ..then they called me with a attitude and i explained the whole deal to the guy and he was gonna charge me a 50% restocking fee!!!then he changed it to a hundred dollar restocking fee.so Lewisville motor company i hope you enjoy that 100 dollars you will never see a another dime from darrell asbury at B&R.........I’m editing my review because they contacted me and did all they could to to make it right,I commend them for that.Thats customer service at its best.
