Not sure whats going on with this bunch...they now answer the phone Shumaker Glass so maybe theres been a change of ownership. Bottom line, Ive called every day for the past two weeks. In most instances the phone just rings, then goes to voicemail where the mailbox is full. In the cases I have been able to speak with someone, Ive been promised they will come out same or next day - then nothing. I called today and the person on the phone said Im just an installer...Im not going to sit on the phone listening to you complain. You can do whatever you want to do. In these challenging times its amazing how a business can let potential customers go elsewhere. If you want professional, courteous and reliable service, dont bother with this place.

Needed a custom sized piece of tempered glass for a wooden storm door that was broken by a flying rock. The door size is abnormal and was custom built for an 1880 house. Brought them the inset frame and a couple of days later I had my glass at a great price.

Great customer service, friendly staff and get you exactly what you need. They replaced all my doors and windows and installed several mirrors throughout my salon. I highly recommend them.

These guys constructed two sets of screens for windows around my house. Not only did they have a quick turn around on my custom order but they also offered to adjust them if I made any mistake in my measurements. Also their pricing is the best that I could find for custom work.

The people there are very nice and hard working people. Did a great act of kindness for a marine after his service in Afghanistan. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area!Thanks!

I was moving my daughter to Greensboro today and needed a piece of glass to put on an end table. I called and told them my situation and in less than one hour, I had the glass and was on my way to GSO. A little sketchy looking on the outside, but the fellows in there are super nice and prompt about cuts you request. The cheapest place for mirrors and glass in town, by far.
