Jon was very professional and upfront about pricing & the condition of the used vehicle we were interested in buying so that made me feel comfortable from the start. Unfortunately you always have to sit around car dealerships waiting on paper work anytime you buy a new or used vehicle but Jon made the experience super fun for my 8 year old son so I walked away with keys to a new used car that Im more than happy with and my kid had a fun day instead of being bored to death for hours so win/win. Flow BMW is an excellent dealership and service center.I have been servicing my 2011 335xi there for a couple years and can say that they are one of the best I have been to. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain things in detail so anybody can understand.I recently noticed a replacement for my 335xi online and decided to take a test drive. I was in a rush that day due to work meetings, but they made it all come together and accommodated me at every turn. I was in and out with a trade-in vehicle inspection within 20 minutes. Excellent from start to finish. The internet rep gave me a clear price so I knew what I was paying when I walked in the door. Jonathan Crook (the name is not a joke), the salesman, was a real treat. Not only did he know the car we bought inside out, but he knew a lot about a lot of other cars, so we had a blast talking engines, suspension, and speed. The test drive was thorough, informative, and really helped clarify our decision. He made the purchasing process not only smooth, but enjoyable. Patrick was the sales rep that worked with me and he was GREAT! Very professional and friendly. They had the 2015 Sante Fe pulled to the front ready for me to test drive before I even got there. Loved the car and the process was very easy. Time wasted in dealerships is ridiculous and this was the fastest and easiest process ever. I picked up my 2021 X5 Saturday and it was a great experience and great time. my agent Miles Swanson was able to personally come to my home and pick me up since is was close to their dealership. we inspected vehicle and then went to finance and closed the deal without any issues at all. I was traveling out of town and had to get my car serviced. Took it here since it was the closest bmw. They did the usual oil change but sent me videos saying that I needed to consider getting new tires and brakes because they were just starting the reach the recommended replacement indication. I declined since I could get it done closer to where I lived. After I left the dealership, not even a week later (I am talking 2 days) my rear left brake started grinding. I had the brakes inspected and the rear left brake was completely worn and started to grind the rotor but the right side was still fine. Figuring how the brakes would wear evenly in the back it appears that the left side had different brakes on it. Long story short…. I now have to get new brakes on the left rear and new rotors for the rear, too. Just in time for me to return my 2 year lease with less than 30 k miles on it. Don’t come here unless you want an oil change to cost you a lot of money.

I’m not even sure where to start. I was told my appointment would be 90 minutes, it was FIVE hours. The loaner car they gave me only had 30 miles to go before it was empty, and they messed with a bunch of my settings that I haven’t figured out how to fix yet. I have owned other luxury brand cars and I expect the service experience to go along with the brand. For my first service experience with my new BMW I was very disappointed.

Also very patient with me dropping in unannounced and facilitating returnof rental vehicleLess appealing was the next step of financial services (different person, nice enough though). Apparently routine dealership policy to encourage customers to bolt on added, essentially car insurance policies, that drive upcost of transaction. 🙄Flow BMW service department is excellent.

My BMW X3 has been there for a week and I have yet to receive a call from these people (Service Dept.). I have called twice, left voice mail, left email for them to call me and yet nothing. My vehicle is there for the timing chain problem (class action lawsuit) repair. It is like they refuse to call me about MY vehicle. It is only there because of the class action lawsuit wont cover unless vehicle is take to a dealership. I have never had such poor service from a company and still dont know the status of my vehicle.

Horrible service I went up there for a oil change and they told me I had other problems (lies) just to charge more they fix my air vent and few days later my air conditioner stop working took it to another mechanic to hear all my fluids was empty bmw swear they didn’t have anything to do with it my car is NEW! Going on I didn’t get no apologies had to wait on hold for a hour just for Parker to come to the phone to say they can’t fix my car!! I feel as if I was profiled because I was a African American women by myself ! I bought a 2015 BMW 3 Series for my mother two years ago for Christmas. The buying experience was amazing and the services that was received during the purchase process was also amazing. Since I bought the car at this location, I requested my mom to take it there for service. The first 3 oil chances went very smooth. However, during her last oil chance the car was inspected and they found a small oil leak on the oil pan, recommended brakes to be replaced, cabin air filter ( the car only has 35,000) miles to need brakes and to have an oil leak. I was considering trading in my Lexus for a M5 or 5 series, but after looking at the invoice of over $3,000 dollars for a car with barely any miles I will not be considering a BMW anymore. Needless to say, I find this extremely rare that a car with such low miles is already having that much problems even thought all the recommended services are always performed on time or earlier.

I drove it in Saturday morning because I felt comfortable with them from the reviews. I see why their reviews are high they took care of the problems. Mike was an excellent salesman, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. There was no pressure, and no haggling over price. We have purchased several vehicles from Flow BMW and have always had excellent experiences. There service department is also exceptional, I receive great service from that department but will call out Kenny as the most outstanding service department advisor I have every worked with. The one negative from this recent experience was the interaction with the individual that priced the trade in value for our current car. The price was less than I thought it would be and when I said we would like to think about it, he immediately attempted to use pressure tactics of saying someone else was coming the next morning to look at this vehicle and if we did not make the purchase today, the vehicle would likely not be there the next day. We ignored his comments, and decided not to trade in our vehicle, and to just purchase the vehicle outright with no trade.

I went to the dealership to test drive a used Q3 for a work car. I wasn’t impressed but Paula Fischer asked if I would like to see a used X3 that had just been turned in at lease end. I never considered myself a BMW type of person but agreed. I was impressed with the car and price. Paula suggested I take it home to show my wife. No license check, no paperwork, just take it home. Amazing! I took it home and my wife took off with it. She returned after 10 minutes and said I’ll take it you can have my XT4. In that fleeting moment, my plan to surprise my wife for our 30th anniversary with a new Macan GTS went out the window. We ordered and took delivery of my wife’s 2021 X3 M40i last week and she absolutely loves it! Paula made our entire process a complete pleasure. Such a wonderful person to deal with throughout. 5 stars all day long!

We were traveling and had problems with our 328D BMW. It had to do with the DEF sensor. This was found to be a recall. FLOW had the parts and replaced the sensor under the recall.Everyone we talked to from the parts dept the night before to everyone while we were there were very professional.I would recommend them if your interested in purchasing a car or problems with your current car.

I recently had my Z4 serviced at Flow BMW.  Flow has serviced my BMW frequently over the years.  Every visit has exceeded my expectations.  I worked with Nikki on this last visit and she was great.  During this stressful time she made my visit easy, safe, and efficient.  The cost was less than I expected.  As well the car was cleaned up - I did not ask for this - they go above and beyond.  BMW makes a great (not perfect) car.  They are proud of the product and could easily proliferate an air of arrogance and intimidation.  They absolutely do not.  They understand and appreciate the customer.  Every visit I feel like they value my business.  Taking my car for service is, at best, a neutral experience.  Flow actually makes it a positive one.  This is a major reason that, when I think of buying a new car, I think of BMW.  Thanks

I always have had a great cutomer service experience dealing with Flow Motors BMW. NEVER HAVE I NOT EXPERIENCED WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are pleasant, professional and considerate right down from the buying experience to their maintenance and service departments. I have never left this dealership unsatisfied. I now have my second BMW and I am sold on BMW car performance. This car is everything and more! I would recommend this company to anyone at any time.

Flow BMW has a terrific service dept. Nikki, the service adviser, is very pleasant. She checked me in and called during the day to keep me informed. My X1 had to be kept over night, so I was given options to provide me with transportation. The problem was diagnosed properly and repaired under warranty. I picked up my car the next day and everything was in good working order. The facility is very clean and organized in response to the covid19 virus.

JUST PASSING THROUGHI was passing thru Winston-Salem looking for a Tesla super charging station. Realizing there wasnt one, my GPS took me to Flow BMW.I was met by a nice young man, Eric D., within 2 minutes of pulling into one of their two Charge Point stations on their lot; he offered to hook the car up (a nice surprise!).My charge was very low and so was my phone battery. I didnt have a Charge Point card, but Eric led me to a very nice lady at the Flow BMW sales desk, Bonnie, who offered to loan me hers without hesitation.(Already Im thinking these folks are cool...) Bad planning on my part; how could I leave home without my phone charger? Luckily, I at least had my CAR charging adapter, but it was still going to take longer than Id expected to charge my vehicle.Eric had a better idea and led me into the Service Dept. where they had a wall charger for their own customers, which proved to be a little faster. (Remember, Im not driving a BMW, Im in a Tesla.)While I was waiting, I met all the Service Advisors. Being a woman myself, and in a new environment, I first approached Nikki: a charming and welcoming young woman who was happy to accommodate my need for assistance. Jason who was every bit as pleasant, asked if Id like a hot cup of fresh coffee (it was cold outside, but nice and warm in the Service Dept.) -- or donuts.The waiting area is in-between the Service Dept. and the Sales Show Room. I decided to get out of their way and made my way to a comfortable chair. Here I was offered a bottled water (which I happily accepted)! Straight in front of where I sat down was probably the most gorgeous white BMW 8 series 2dr coupe I have ever seen. Now dont get me wrong, I like my 2013 white Tesla--but WOW! This 2021 sport model BMW was HOT!Of course I had to take a stroll or two around it, as well as all the other beautiful BMWs in the show room. By this time everyone probably knew I was the stranded Tesla owner (or so I assumed), but I was pleasantly surprised not to be hounded by an over-eager Sales Associate. Everyone kindly acknowledged my presence, but gave me space to enjoy the scenery. Though when I did have questions about the drop-dead gorgeous 8 series, they were happy to provide the answers.What a GREAT place to be stranded. :D I couldnt help marinating on what a wonderful customer service experience I was having...especially since I wasnt even a customer!Back in the Service Dept., Service Advisor Corey (aka Potts) offered to lend me his phone charger from his own car, so I would have enough battery to get home to Greensboro. Michael and Kenny, two other Service Advisors, couldnt have been nicer. Michael even showed me some cool stuff online about my Tesla and some similarities with the new BMWs. He appeared to be very tech-saavy and luxury brand saavy, and we had an enthusiastic conversation.On a few occasions Nikki noticed that my car would stop charging (the lights stopped blinking). Thanks Nikki!! Had she not made that observation, they may have been stuck with me til closing time.At one point an actual BMW Service Technician came out and took a look. (Who does that!?) :D We all agreed that it appeared to be my adaptor.I can honestly say I have never been to an auto dealership where the entire Service Department staff was so eager to please, so accommodating and just so darn NICE. *And I have owned 11 vehicles.*Id like to give a big shout out to their Service Manager Josh Kineard--probably the only person I didnt meet yesterday. He must be a great person to work for, as he has a full staff of incredibly professional, nice, happy, helpful and empathetic Customer Service employees!I may own a Tesla now, but when its time to consider trading, I will most definitely consider Winston-Salems Flow BMW. The most important thing when owning a car (to me) is the service you experience while owning it.
