Wonderful service! My tire was assessed and quickly I was shown a printout of what tires they had available within my price range. He wasn’t pushy and was very friendly. Had to leave my vehicle there because tire wouldn’t be in until later, but overall very pleased with the customer service, the price, and how easy the process was!

Called Steve to get an estimated on replacing wheel bearing. Estimate was very good so I had both front wheel bearings, valve cover gasket and serpentine belt replaced. Staff was very friendly and service was excellent. I am a repeat customer and will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

So a few months ago I took my older Nissan Hard body to get a noise checked out and get the oil changed. What Id forgotten to tell them was I had a very hard time trying to get the oil filter off and thats why I needed them to do it. They told me the very loud noise under the bed was a harmonic balancer(which is not under the bed) and said they changed the oil .Well I took it to a real stand up honest guy and he found that my universal joints where awful and about to make my drive shaft fall out (but Im just a girl what do I know right). The new mechanic also informed me the oil was extremely overfilled and it was going to ruin all my seals if it hadnt already . So I just thought Id look at the filter because I would definitely know if it were the same one and sure enough the same exact old filter. I really wish Id not spent $200 on tires a few months ago at this place . This used to be a good place but now I feel they definitely took advantage and Ill be going elsewhere from now on

I am fairly busy with a first shift job and having to run a business so I am always on the go. My car needed an oil change ASAP! I gave 5 points a try and they didnt disappoint . My car is running smoother and my compression has increased. Im bringing my truck next! Keep up the good work.

This place is sorry. Ive took my truck to get it fix, they had to replace the timing chain. They were charging me 1700 dollars. Ive found a better place and there going to do it for 375. Thats a big difference, and they are more professional than you guys.

My wifes AC had been working intermittently. We took it to have it charged at a different company. They said it was very low on freon, charged it, and then added an extra can. It worked for a bit, then stopped.We did some research and thought it may be the relay switch. My wife tapped on the relay switch to try to get it loose. We could not get the relay switch out.On the way to Five Points, the AC worked the entire time. Nice and cool. Weird, right? The man at Five Points switched the horn and AC relay switches like the video we found online suggested. Both worked. That ruled that out. He said the guy at the other place may have overcharged the freon. When that happens, the compressor senses it, and will shut down to prevent damage to the AC. He suggested driving the car around, and if the AC stops working again to bring it back in.He did not charge us one red cent for this service.I didnt think honesty and customer service like this existed nowadays. I was shocked.We will use Five Points for all our vehicular needs in the future. I highly recommend you give them a try.

EXCELLENT service. Very understanding. I went in for inspection but failed because check light came on. BUT they didnt charge me and just said to come back when i fixed it. Even gave me tips. Not only that but checked it after i tried the tips they gave me and still no charge. Came back a week later after a cat replacement and passed. These people are very understanding and helpful

I take my vehicles here for inspections and some service work. The people behind the desk are professional and always address your problems. If your vehicle doesn’t need something, they will let you know that as well. When you do have to wait, the coffee and donuts certainly help pass the time. I enjoy listening to the people that come in and ask about service. I have to be honest, I believe the service desk has the interest of the customer first. Wow, how rare is that? Please try these guys out. I don’t think you will be disappointed. Oh, they sell tires as well. I didn’t know that until my last visit.

Watch and make sure these incompetents put the right VIN number on your inspection pass..... We had to stand in line for two hours, two times at the DMV only to find out that they had put the wrong number in the computer..And then they didnt even apoligize and laughed about their error!....What jerks!

This trip was for a screw in our tire. It was repairable. Not with your standard plug thats pushed in from the outside with glue. It was a patch plug tire removed inspected and repaired properly. Everyone there are easy to work with. They will go out of there way to help you!! Thanks to all at Five Points Tire and Automotive. By the way...its not NASCAR...but my pit crew had me on my way in less than 25 minutes.

Very friendly staff but does not have the technology to handle complicated car computers like BMW. One window repair caused an issue affecting the car’s computer and subsequently the function of a different window that I now have to take to a more advanced shop to have reprogrammed. I will still bring our other cars here as we have in the past though.
