Buying a car as a woman can be a nerve racking experience, but Amanda really took away a lot of the pressure and made it such a fun and easy experience! I had an 9:15 am appt. I was figuring I would get in talk with Salesperson gather info and move on to one or two more appointments I had made for the day.While it’s funny how plans change! I met with Mandy who was my sales associate. Three hours later, which included lunch( while I was getting in touch with my wife who was out of state) I was in this new CX-5 and on my way back to Charlotte. Mandy was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I met KJ who was like a relief pitcher in baseball and he wanted to close the deal. However, like a good husband I proclaim to be, I had to discuss with my wife, (Happy Wife-Happy Life! Long story short, I am sitting on the porch admiring the Lake and this beautiful car. Thank you Mandy, KJ( a.k.a) Fred Rogers, and Marc. All three we phenomenal and very pleasant. I know I will be back. It was my sixth new car but by far the most pleasant deal to make.Jim K.
Always have taken my cars to Mazda dealerships. This was my first time there after moving in from out of state for service on my Mazda 6. They did not disappoint. Tiffany is a class act and very caring. All in all my repairs due to what I needed they gave me a discount & in the process they gained a customer for as long as Im in the area. I will not take my car anywhere else.
Purchase was okay except for the sketchy finance guy who tried to rob me blind on the tire/rim warranty. BTW, $1000 is at least $500 too much. When I sold my car to them almost six weeks ago, they said my car was in fact flawless but the used car manager was new and had quoted me the wrong offer. They reduced the offer by $1500. They have now resold my car six weeks later and have not paid me for the car. When you call corporate you get Kia and have to go through at least 3 people to finally ask about your money. Still being told they’re “waiting on the title.” I waited a week and called today to check and was told I’d get a callback shortly. Nothing. Go to Flow to buy and sell is the takeaway. Never again Bob King Mazda
I have dealt with many car dealers and salespeople over the years and I have to say, that KC Carson and Bob King Mazda was the best experience and at the top of the list! Everyone will say they care and and try to convince you but KC and everyone at the dealership proves it. And I have never owned a Mazda and was extremely surprised at the level of quality and finish. Then I read about the engineering and was blown away. All of the models have such a clean look with purposeful design with top of the line finishes. Take a look and go see KC and let me know what you think.
Came in asking for a specific car and Joseph got it right away for me and I was in and out with a new car faster than I ever have before. They were all very nice and made it a stress free zone. The finance man was also very helpful (sorry I forget the name lol) Joseph even helped me come up with ideas to surprise my fiance with the new car he deserved. Mazda is definitely a 10/10
Had a great, low pressure experience! Showed up without an appointment, but didnt have to wait as our salesman, Ramon Bones, greeted us immediately and helped us find a CX-5 that matched our wishes pretty quickly. Even before we went on our test drive and our vehicle was appraised, Ramon introduced us to the other people wed be working with if we decided to purchase, all of whom were very friendly and efficient. The whole process was great and we love our car - highly recommended!
We had a really good experience here. Velinda was our sales rep, and she was very kind and helpful. We were able to get a great offer on our trade in, and payments that suited us on the new vehicle. I don’t usually write reviews, however, exceptional customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized. I currently work in a customer service related industry and know how important this skill set is, especially given our current business climate. The sales professional who sold me my second Mazda CR-X is Ramon Bones, a.k.a. “NewYork”. He handled the sale quickly, efficiently, without any extraneous posturing. My pre owned vehicle was presented to me in pristine condition with a big red bow. Later, when questions arose, he answered them quickly, both times on his day off. I feel certain if I ever needed him to make a trip out to me personally to evaluate my vehicle he would go out of his way to do so. He is a stand up guy and would do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend my Mazda and especially Ramon Bones. Zoom zoom you guys.

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 and I have to say it was actually a very pleasant experience. The salesperson, Zach, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Very impressive considering we were a bit back and forth on the particular vehicle we wanted. Zach didnt seem to mind and he took the time to explain the subtle differences between them. At this point, we plan to go back to Bob King in the next few months and possibly purchase another vehicle. My twin daughters will be driving soon.We were very happy with the dealership and the sales staff.

I have used this place for car service for years. They are professional and courteous. I began using Bob King in 2005. They took care of a car I had. I left the area in 2007 but came back in 2015 and I returned to Bob King for service. Since then I bought a car from them and they take care of it now. They moved from Silas Creek to Peters Creek and today I am at their new place for the first time. I recommend this business.
Was looking for a specific Hyundai elantra and came across one Bob King Mazda was selling, only had 1 and it was the one I wanted. I called and a salesman by the name of Ramon answered and Ramon was so awesome and easy-going to talk to and work with. He even drove the car to my house after I told them I didn’t have a way up to the dealership. It took me roughly no more than 4 hours to purchase my vehicle, get insurance, and walk out with the keys. Ramon made my experience worthwhile; this is my 3rd car and it was my first time doing everything by myself with no one to help me. So if you’re ever looking for a great salesman, please go to Ramon. I scheduled a service for right after I got off of work in the morning. I was not informed of what time the service department closed, nor what the estimated time for service would be, nor was I informed when it was actually done. I had to work with the manager to obtain my keys later that day as everyone else had left. The car was still not driving straight, so I had to take it back the next morning. I was met with attitude and dubiousness by the service attendant. I just needed to know what was wrong. I could hear them rudely talking about me as I sat waiting in the lobby. I had to go up and ask for an update after 30 minutes. They said there was not an issue with the alignment and that was it. No other explanation offered. My service past due light is still coming on despite the fact they were supposed to have done an oil change. I am at a loss given I paid almost $400 for the service. I wouldn’t recommend their service department to anyone. Truly unprofessional and way overpriced for the quality of work.
Alesha was beyond amazing. She has such an amazing story, but most of all, you would never know she just started in sales. She was a pro. She is an inspiration. Not only was she great but I think Darrel the finance was great too. I worked with them on Tuesday and on Thursday I worked with a bunch of others I can’t think of their names but every at the dealership was amazing. Oh and Aisha was just sweet as she could be. They Definitely all have great customer service. I’ll definitely be recommending Bob King Mazda.

This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a car dealership and I want to personally thank Tesla, Mark, and Zack for making the entire process so smooth. I live in south Raleigh and had been looking for a CX5 for weeks without any luck at the local dealers. When I expanded my search I found a CX5 Signature at Bob King website that matched exactly what I wanted with a fair price and no extraneous add-ons or sneaky fees. I sent the dealership a message via the Bob King website and Tesla promptly responded. Since I wanted to make sure that everything was set before making a two hour drive to the dealership I had several questions. Over the next few days Tesla and I exchanged responses as she patiently answered all of my inquiries and discussed the details of a potential trade-in. Once I decided to make the trip I coordinated with Zack to make an appointment and go through the purchase and trade process. When I pulled into the lot I could see the vehicle I was interested in sitting out front ready to go and before I had even opened the front doors Zack was walking out to greet me. During the entire visit Zack was friendly and professional and I never once felt rushed or pressured. While I checked out the CX5 I was interested in my old car was appraised and I was offered a very reasonable amount on the trade which I accepted. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase I signed the financing paperwork with Mark who continued the trend of letting me take my time to go over everything and never pushing me to make a decision or sign a document without knowing the full details. As I met with Zack again to finish the remaining purchase steps Tesla stopped by to say hello and congratulate me on the new ride. Before I drove off the lot Zack took the extra time to check the whole vehicle over with me, answer any remaining questions I had, and help me get set up with some of the cars features like Mazda Connect and Android Auto. Just called to get my car serviced as I am having a sensor issue. The lady from Repair answered the call on speakerphone or a headset and I could barely hear her. I asked that she remove me from speaker and she said here and was still poor sound. I ask her a second time and she finally picked up a headset. Very poor phone etiquette to start with. Then, I have looked up the errors that I was getting and wanted to know if I bring the car in would they have the part in stock to fix it. She says that since its a sensor that its environmental issues so there is no part. I told her that I had done extensive research and for this error that there is a suggested part and want to make sure that its in stock so I could get it fixed when I bring it in and not have it sitting there for days. She then transfers me to parts. He says that they dont stock the part and would order once I bring it in and they determine what part is needed. He tried to switch me back to the service department but I got voice mail. They need better Repair people!!!!!!!!!!
Recently purchased a used CX-5 from Bob King Mazda. The vehicle had low mileage and was priced right. Everyone with whom I dealt was very pleasant. My salesman Clarence (aka J) was very engaging and it felt more like a casual conversation rather than a business deal. Danel was also great and was able to work with me on my trade-in. Aisha took care of the financial end quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience. Was worth the 1.5 hour drive from Raleigh.

They provided a nice loaner while our Mazda5 was getting serviced and it really made me appreciate all of the cool improvements (I LOVE the headlights that move w/ the steering wheel inputs) since our Mazda5 rolled off the assembly line 13 years ago!

This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever had to do business with. 1st they sale me a car that should have never passed inspection because the water pump was broken. They told my wife, after she mention that there was no fluid in the reservoir, that it was normal for the fluid to not be viable and that it would show up when it was cold.🤷🏽♂️ 2nd the ac/heat was broken when we drove it off the lot. They tried to tell my wife that it was a big vehicle so you had to get it up to speed before the heat would work. They said they fixed it after charging me $800. The ac/heat still didn’t work so I took it to Green Ford in Greensboro and they said that the temperature sensor was unplug. I wonder who did that?🤔3rd after driving off the lot we merged onto the highway and heard a terrible flapping noise. It turned out to be the weather stripping on the driver side. We took it back for them to fix it and after they kept the car for a week they said it was fixed. We merged on the highway once again and the flapping noise so loud on the passenger side we thought the windshield was going to fly off. Keep in mind that this is a 2017 vehicle. We took it to Green Ford in Greensboro and they said that both weather strips need to be replaced. But wait a minute. Isn’t that what I paid Bob King Freaking Mazda $800 to do? So after two weeks of driving back and forth to Winston and paying $20,000 for an SUV we end up shelling out $1,600 to fix a vehicle that they said was ready to drive upon purchase. With in all of they had the nerve to say that they don’t really know how to work on Fords so that’s why they were having so much trouble. Well if that is the case you certainly should not be selling them. Just a thought. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and if I have to chance I will steer anyone I come into to contact with away from this place. Unacceptable!

I started working with Lesli through email. We worked out the majority of the deal that way and when I arrived at the dealership she had the vehicle pulled up front and ready to test drive. I just wanted to say the Raphael was wonderful!! I was given as out the door price for a vehicle and then when I told them I had a trade in we were almost 2000 apart. They said ok they would give me that. BUT in the end on the sales paper they added it back in PLEASE BEWARE! I called and talked to a manager by the name of Austin. He was the rudest person I have ever talked with..he told me he could sale his car for what he wanted! And yes he can, but not to me after being lied to. I was in the car business, actually owned our business and if one of my guys talked to a customer like that he would no longer be there. Please look at all of your paper work from this dealership closely. And I have all of the text to back up what I have said about the deal! And I also notice on the negative reviews there are no replies?? Wonder why?
Particularly poor experience with wife and I’s appointment to view a CPO Mazda model. Vehicle was poorly prepared (unclean/poorly detailed). I realized why after showing the manager how poor of a job the detailer did with this unit. There was a clear sense of apathy that “connected the dots” as to why vehicle was on the lot in this condition to begin with. Unfortunate.Requested salesperson to run the numbers on our trade while I went to get wife a sandwich across the street. He said no problem and we’d come back in about 30 minutes to do the deal. I called him 30 minutes later to touch base and they had sold the vehicle to another individual during this 30 minute window of time... very peculiar. No phone call to inform us to return from across the street. Nothing.Wife agreed this was a peculiar situation and had a bad feeling about the appointment shortly after arrival. She has good intuition. Maybe I should try listening to her more often!Plenty of other Mazda dealers...

Worst and slowest place Ive ever been .. As I set there listen to service people at the desk. Talking about you and other people.. trash talking and degrading comments.. This is very disturbing and disrespectful behavior.. Never in my life have I been to a worse dealership.. 2hr for a oil change..I plan to find the head managers for these rude behaviors

Sunroof had a glitch.. master tech looked at it and figured out problem and said no charge for checking it out. They are the best place to purchase and service your Mazda...
I’ve consistently gotten my car serviced here and i always feel well taken care of when I’m there. That didn’t change this last visit, however I was shocked to see how few employees were masked while we are STILL in a pandemic. All of the guests were masked to protect those around them, but few employees had masks on at all. I was here two months ago and everyone had them, so I’m disappointed to see their complacency with other people’s health and safety while working in an indoor office. Please do better to protect your customers.
After pricing 6 dealerships this one met our expectations in price and clarity on all cost. Their competitor in greensboro was not in any way up front on what was going on and did not come close to price.
Working with this dealer was an absolute dream. Ralphael Little is the absolute BEST sales representative to work with, made the process so easy and was so welcoming. I have bought 2 cars from Bob King Mazda and I will not go anywhere else. It shouldnt take all day to buy a car and with them it never does! Fast pleasant and no playing with the price. You tell them what you want to pay and they get it done.
There was a recall on a part for my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment, arrive at the dealership and they don’t have the part. They said they would order it and notify me when it arrived. After confirming my contact information I left and waited and waited and waited for them to contact me. They never did. I eventually rescheduled the appointment for service at7:30 am one morning. I arrive, and the doors are locked. This dealership is disorganized and poorly run. If you have a mazda in need of service, look elsewhere.Update: was told the replacement would take 15 minutes. I waited 90 minutes
I had recently checked out their inventory on the website and inquired about a car. I’m looking to trade in my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder, for something with captain seats as we’re about to have our third baby. My grandfather had passed away from Covid, and I inherited money, which I won’t have access to for a few months (I was planning on buying right out) so until then I decided I’d go ahead, trade in my pathfinder for the car I want and just finance it, then pay it off when the money is available. Tesla reached out to me and was very helpful at first. She asked me to come in multiple times to look at some pre owned vehicles, then after checking again, the vehicles she sent me did not have captain seats, so I decided I would look at the brand new Mazda CX-9 grand touring. We had a appointment Saturday and upon speaking with her on the phone and telling her I did not have a license at the moment (never have had one) and due to Covid they aren’t offering driving tests, so I wouldn’t be test driving, just looking at the vehicle then seeing what could be done with financing, she said she needed to talk to her manager because without a license there isn’t much they can do. Well, for 1, I know that isn’t true. I’ve financed two cars with JUST my name on them. And NEVER had a problem with any bank not accepting my ID. As long as I had my proof of income, insurance, ID, proof of residency, etc, I’ve been approved. She told me she’d let me know what he says. I get a text within a minute of getting off the phone with her that says “ Hannah, I spoke with my sales manager and he said without a valid drivers license we wont be able to get a bank to approve the loan” I then proceeded to ask why he thinks that, as she told me they use Santander (who my loan is through now) and NEVER got a response. I then reached out again, hours later, saying I never heard back, again no response. Absolutely horrible customer service to ignore a potential customer, basically because they didn’t want to deal with me not having a license. But when I was interested in coming in a few weeks to buy right out, they’d gladly accept my money. No way would I go there now. I will gladly go back to Enterprise Car Sales in Greensboro were they are VERY professional, and have helped me every single time! If you read the reviews on here, sounds like the vehicles from this particular location are not good and they don’t handle fixing issues well. Thank you Tesla, for blowing me up when you wanted me to come in, then ignoring me when you felt my situation would be a headache for you. 😊 id give zero stars if I could.Response: my ID has not expired, I’m not sure who gave you that information. I do not have a drivers license. I DO have a valid ID. The DMV is not doing road tests for people like me at the moment who have not had a license. I have still been approved for two car loans, so I do not understand the issue, and you did not address how Tesla completely ignored me. Why would I come back when I was ignored by one of your sales team members?
I was trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but am not local to their dealership. I spoke with J Robinson who was helpful at first, provided a video and a photo of the vehicle since I was trying to get it sight unseen (no pictures on their website). No other people would be seeing it because it was in the shop for a bumper repair. After we worked out all the details he assured me dont worry this car is yours. When waiting to see a bill of sale, they sent me one belonging to a different customer. When I called back to confirm that I had jumped through all the hoops they needed me to to buy it from afar, the said sorry, the car is sold. They really were not remorseful at all - In all my communications the salesman called me 3 different names, none of which were mine. This dealership is out for a quick sale, sloppy, and does not keep their word. I had a stereotypical used car salesman experience and regret wasting my time. I would not recommend shopping here for a car and wish I had read more reviews before reaching out to purchase from them.

Great experience dealing with Monte. Came to the dealership and found exactly what we wanted. Monte was friendly and very helpful WITHOUT having the high pressure feel you are used to. Sales manager Austin was also very helpful in getting us financing. We had a very pleasant experience and will be going there for all of our car purchases.
I purchased a new vehicle with Bob King Mazda a month ago. Even with the ongoing pandemic they were very accommodating. They made sure I got the car I wanted and everything I wanted with it. There was no pressure, no up sales and nothing that made me feel uncomfortable or uneasy about making a big purchase. The process was easy and the dealership was super easy and friendly to deal with. K.C., the manager, was amazing and the seller, Lionel Perry, was the best. I never felt like I was being forced to buy a car. He was super friendly and I could not have had a better car purchasing experience. I finally have an official car guy. If I am buying a Mazda, I will only buy it from Bob King Mazda. Its worth the travel to get there!
I was looking for a Mazda online and ended up finding a great deal on a Cx-9 through Bob King. I didn’t live in the area so they took the time to make a video of the vehicle for me and send it to me! They even stayed after they closed so I could drive in from Knoxville and get it that night! Fantastic customer service!

I came here because of J Robinson. I do my research not only on the vehicles I buy, but the car buying process. After visiting several dealerships this was the first time I not only enjoyed talking to a sales rep, but enjoyed the process. J is patient, and does not bring in the typical aggressive sales mentality which normally causes me to walk out. If you plan to get a Mazda or just want to look, go to J.
I just purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Bob King Mazda, and Kristie Hicks was my Sales Professional. This was hands down the best experience Ive had with a car dealership. Kristies knowledge of the various models and how all the bells and whistles work is very impressive. I didnt feel like she was trying to sell me on any of the models, but her thorough review of the features, particularly the safety features, did indeed sell me. She was so friendly and personable and told me to feel free to stop back in with my CX-5 if I need a refresher course on how anything works. Kristie, and every associate that I interacted with at this dealership, were great. The various Mazda models are beautiful and they get very high reliability ratings on Consumer Reports. I whole-heartedly recommend Bob King Mazda if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle!

I had a wonderful experience from the start. I originally spoke with Tiffany after inquiring about a vehicle online. When I arrived, I was directed to Lesli for the sales process. Lesli was extremely professional and informative about the vehicle and its features. The sale took quite some time as we had to figure out our financials and she ensured I was taken care of during this. Kevin, the sales manager, would also stop by occasionally to make sure I was informed throughout the process. I will add, Lionel and Adrian, were a HUGE help at the end. Long story short, my license plate was stuck in its casing from my previous vehicle and they had to get tools to pull it all apart. This took awhile but they ended up getting it! The sales team is dedicated to making sure you leave happy. I will certainly refer my friends and family to this place. I cant say enough great things!
Our salesperson was Alesha Boston. Initially, we were looking for the large three row, CX-9 in dark blue. After talking with Alesha and her co-workers, we realized that the smaller CX-5 is more appropriate for our actual need. Also, Alesha suggested a different trim that had the beautiful light blue color that we really preferred.Finally, we looked at several different financing options. Alesha and her co-workers helped us realize that leasing is the best option for us. Again, we are thankful to Alesha for her discernment, patience, honesty, and kind support that enabled us to select the best vehicle.
I was shopping around for a used Mazda in the Charlotte area. I reached out to Bob King to inquire about an in-stock CPO Mazda 3 and the sales people told me about the car and wrote up a firm offer. I shopped that offer around to the my local Mazda dealers and nobody wanted to get close. I didnt love working with any of the local dealers because, even though they told me a price, when I got to the dealership there were always different reconditioning fees or other add-ons to the price they had quoted.I drove to W-S to Bob King and the price they gave me over the phone was the price I paid. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Next time I buy a Mazda, Im going to start with Bob King.They gave me a great deal and were upfront and honest about everything. I did not originally purchase my car with Bob King Mazda, I purchased it used. I have to highly recommend the service department and and their customer service. It is has been phenomenal! Especially Sharon, she is a wonderful asset to Bob King Mazda and I thank you! When I do buy my next car, without a doubt, Bob King Mazda is where I will start. I have a CX-9 and have never had any issues except for a recall.
My wife and I visited quite a few dealerships looking for a specific type of used car, color, price and payment and Bob King Mazda folks worked hard to sell us a car. Many times thats a bad thing, pushy salesmen, pressure, etc, but in this case it was a very positive experience. They obviously wanted to make a sale, but truly seemed to care about what type of car met our needs and that we left satisfied with what we bought. We appreciated this very much. Go see them, they care and have great used and new cars.
What a WONDERFUL experience I had for the second time for service on my 2016 CX-5. I drive all the way from Statesville because of your wonderful staff. They completely go out of their way to make the time that youre there enjoyable. I appreciate the the fact that they are regular people and treat you the same. I had a great experience working with Montay Sprinkle at Bob King Mazda. This was my first car buying experience. Montay and others made it a very seamless process. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and feel like I got a “deal.” The individuals here were very easy to work with, and the negotiation was more of a conversation than a debate/argument. My family and I recently went to get the remote to my car remote checked and left with a car for my daughter. Jarvis is AMAZING! Hands down the easiest and most laid back car purchase experience anyone could ask for. The entire team at Bob King Mazda was professional and courteous throughout the entire purchase process. They are upfront and honest, which saves a ton of time. Most importantly, they were genuinely authentic from start to finish and never pressured me once. I highly recommend them and recommend asking for Jarvis as he is a complete gentleman and the epitome of customer service.

When I first came here to purchase my vehicle I felt like they had top notch service here. If you were to ask me today about my experience, very disappointed and concerned. From a client/customer perspective I’m extremely disappointed that there were no team members today wearing face masks. I wear a face mask to be safe and considerate of others around me. With this major pandemic going on still it is shocking to see that they are not taking care of their team or the clients in the community. Putting others at risk during this time is unacceptable. They say they sanitize and wipe down cars, but how can you believe that when they are not even taking the first steps of wearing face masks in front of customers?
