My experience with these guys was phenomenal!! My car was ready 2 days before the scheduled day and was good as new. I didnt feel like a burden

Great experience. When my insurance adjuster didnt respond to them, they contacted me several times so I didnt end up having to pay for a rental car, since once over 30 days, I would have to pay. The work they did was also excellent.

Matthew Wilson was my Honda Body Shop contact. He was always very professional and explained and described the process clearly and accurately. A+ for clear communications. The finished job is excellent and the entire team focused on performing the right work, perfectly. I highly recommend the Flow Honda Body Shop.

My car only has a little over 25,000 miles and the paint was falling off around back glass. I truly believe that should of been a recall situation because I have read online others having that problem. I only had to pay 10% of the cost though. With me only owning my car for 4 years I dont think the paint should have did that. They did an excellent job on the paint repair work though. Excellent customer service as well.

Matthew Wilson was so easy to work with. Took my car in for an estimate and dropped it off next day to be fixed. Took only a few days for it to be fixed. They do excellent work and even detailed the car after fixing it. Very easy group to deal with. Very professional!

I had a great experience with the flow Honda body shop! After purchasing a Honda HR-V a large portion of the paint came off over the windshield only a few weeks later. The body shop fixed the paint for free and called me with updates several times during the time they had it. The employees are so nice and helpful. Definitely had a great experience!

I had an excellent experience here concerning a problem with my bumper. I was hit from behind and the guys at Flow Body Shop had no problem diagnosing and fixing the bumper in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them for their excellent service!

The overall quality of the work deserves five stars and Will The customer service representative really helped me. However I think they were quite busy because it took him over two weeks to paint my car. Then when I got it back I had a roof bike rack and they lost one of the pieces and we’re not very helpful or understanding about the gravity of the bike rack coming off while I was driving down the road. I would consider finding another shop in Greensboro or elsewhere.

Purchased my new car from Lex who was extremely friendly and professional without trying to push me into anything. Explained everything I needed to know and didnt try to push me into buying anything I didnt want. Ashley was also very intelligent and friendly and everyone worked really well to make the process easy and as quick as possible, would definitely reccomend this place.

If you have a Honda vehicle, you cant go wrong. The Body shop will work on your vehicle and you get it back looking brand new. Like nothing happened to your vehicle. Excellent place. Hard workers

I purchased my Honda Civic at Flow Honda. Flow Body Shop did the pin stripe and detailing I wanted extra. Everyone was extremely friendly, made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction, and done in a timely manor. Thank you Honda Body Shop for a GREAT job. I had my CR-V repaired at Flow Honda after a bad accident with a good amount of damage. Flow Honda had great service and everyone there was super friendly. Repairs were timely and it looked brand new! I would recommend and go back!

I have had the misfortune to have had to use Flow Honda Paint and Body Shop on more than one occasion. Each time it has been a great experience and they always have had the vehicles ready in the time frame that they quoted. Although I have purchased Hondas that have been repaired there, they also did a great job on a Jeep Wrangler that I needed work on.

Professional workmanship, pleasant service. What more could you want?

Initial work was subpar and took longer than it was supposed to. Replacement part did not fit properly and when taken back to have fixed under Iifetime warranty where they guarantee their work. The employees were rude, condescending and unhelpful with the exception of Ashley and refused to hear what I was suggesting. Ultimately, they fixed the part from falling off constantly, dragging the ground, as well as, my front tire but the damage was done and while fixing the original problem they cracked the bumper in three places and now refuse to fix it. One star because I couldnt give any less. Very disrespectful. I asked for a price quote on 2 different year parts and for them to provide documentation of what part was originally used and the man printed 2 documents with same year and basically threw them and my keys at me and stated I havent got time to stand around and discuss this with you.

Have bought both of my trucks from Adam Cook here. He has been very helpful and Ive enjoyed every visit Ive taken there.

Their prices is too high.
