Place not caring about there employees like they say they do

Horrible management. HR is worthless. If you have a problem or an issue nothing will be done about it. You pay union dues pretty much for nothing. Constantly working OT which includes Saturday’s. Unless you are management you are just a number. Turnover rate is sky high. Managers sleeping with staff. Morale is extremely low and people who have been there 15+ years are looking to seek employment else where. Being moved from area to area when you specifically get hired to work in a certain dept. If you live in Winona or surrounding areas you know not to apply here! Moral of the story: don’t apply here! You will regret it!

I just happened to be nearby to do tree work along the power lines while an employee approached to ask how many vehicles I need to have moved. Im guessing she runs the place. Very helpful and extremely professional.

As a job. Work is easier than how much you get paid. Only downside, LONG hours=big money
