I was not pleased with the service as one associate was rude to me when I called to check on the status of my prescription. I had previously received a partial fill since they needed to order more. I was told the medication was supposed to arrive in the shipment coming in Monday. When I called Monday, I was informed they dont get shipments until Tuesday, which is when I run out of my medication. Come Tuesday morning, the medication did not come in the shipment. A different associate, Kylie, then assisted me and she went out of her way to call other pharmacies in the area to try to ensure I received my medication asap as my next dose was due in a few hours. She was a very kind and caring associate even with the complicated situation. Unfortunately, my prescription was never transferred to the other pharmacy even though it was 2 hours after they assured me it had been sent over. This caused me to miss a dose of my medication due to ther miscommunication. Very frustrated with this chaotic mess of a situation.
If I could give a 0 I would. First they said that they only had a prescription that could be filled a month from now not realizing that my doctor had sent 2 prescriptions, one for now and one for next month. This caused me to call me doctor, which we all know takes forever, thinking they made a mistake, when really it was just walmart not paying attention. When that was all sorted out, the walmart pharmacy said they would fill my prescription and I could pick it up in 30 min. When I got there, 45 min later, they hadnt even started filling it yet and told me it would be another 20 min before it was ready. Aweful experience. Use a different pharmacy if at all possible, I know I will.
