Ive been a customer for a year and Ive never had an issue. Staff is friendly, stock is always there, and the drive thru option is priceless. They also took Covid seriously and I appreciate that...it says they care about their staff and customers. Id highly recommend this shop.

Aurie, Reagan and Lexi are very polite, professional and competent.So are the men who work here but my experience today was A+ and it was the employees I just mentioned.They are knowledgeable in the products and sophisticated in their input.The staff deserves a reward for being so patient and nice.I will also post a review on my professional account, with the same rating.I highly recommend this business due to the staff... And the diversity of products.

Great place, I know you guys can’t be rude but I would tell the yappers in the drivethru if they have a bunch of questions come in the store, but in your defense Im sure you get those people who are trying to choose a glass piece or a vape product through the drive up, it’s mainly a convenience to get smokes and be on my way, maybe make a sign keep in mind others use the drive thru as well so recommended for people on the go, Lol or hurry the f@!$ up

Its an alright little shop. Glass isnt the greatest, and their selection of disposable vapes, wraps, and papers seems to be getting smaller. But its an alright little shop for your smoking needs. (Edit) seems like they keep opening later and later. Used to be able to stop in at 7am now they dont open till 9am? Seems odd

I went to this smoke shop three times this week. the first time the staff was really nice and helpful. the second time i went i bought a one hitter in the wooden boxes and when i looked at it in the shop it was cute and nice. however when i got home i looked at the inside more closely with a flashlight and realized it was completely messed up and had not been sanded down whatsoever. i called the shop to ask if i could exchange it for one i could actually use. the woman on the phone was fairly crabby and told me i could try to exchange it but it probably won’t work. Upon going into the store today to try and exchange it, i was meet by the woman who i spoke with on the phone and another blonde lady. i was not treated with the kindness i was when i was in the store previously. i was dismissed pretty quickly and told i should have examined my product before buying. (which i did!) however i was unaware they expect you to use flashlights when examining products. both the workers spoke very rudely to my friend and I. the only thing i had done was open the box and look inside with a flashlight and they refused to exchange the product and didn’t even try to make an effort to help out a customer such as myself. i have walked away upset and with a product that does not work. if you want $15 to get sorely disappointed this is the store for you.

Very unlikely that I will return, seeing that the employee that was at the drive up window stands there hanging out the window talking to people in a car. A few moments wouldnt be a problem, but when there are 5 other vehicles waiting, it isnt a very smart move. Or sending someone out the the vehicles that are waiting in line and she goes to the vehicle 4 times and 2 of the times she stops to ask what they wanted. That is another problem and that isnt counting the additive they give you when you ask them to stop talking up front and get the line moving. I was in line for just under 10 minutes and had 2 cars in front of me at first. I ended up leaving without even making it to the windows as the person was still hanging out the window talking. Maybe some day these young kids will know what to do when they have a job. It doesnt mean you sit and talk to other at the window it means you do some work for the person that owns the business not what ever the employee wants to do. If I could put less then 1 star i would.

Went there today half an hour after they open and were still closed. Went back to get my orange KOI cbd oil that the girl there suggested last time. The guy told me I shouldn’t use them sublingually and talked me into something else. Then at the counter I asked to buy a 20 count kratom. Refused to sell them to me and told me I can’t take kratom and cbd together.

I asked for 50 salt nic and they gave me 25 and i opened it before I realized. I went back hoping for some sort of compensation for their error, and no questions asked they gave me the correct bottle in exchange.

Large selection of roll your own tobacco supplies, cigarettes, a good sized humidor and an array of glass pieces.

They have just about have everything needed for your vaping needs and if they don’t have it they will try to get it for you.Its usually 2-3 days and they will notify you when it arrives. Very friendly staff keep up the great service:))
