My truck blew a brake line, and most shops were booked out two weeks. Crown had a guy cancel and they pressured me to get my vehicle there that night so they could work on it first thing tomorrow morning. I return the next day only to be told they decided they didn’t want to work on it because they didn’t want to “own their work”. So I probably dodged a bullet by returning with more issue due to poor quality. When I asked why they didn’t call me and tell me they weren’t going to work on my vehicle so I could figure out another shop to take it to he simply replied “I was too busy”. So I jumped through hoops to get my truck towed there, only to get a no after they said yes. Then I got a short ride response back as to why they didn’t act responsibility or professionally. Plus their softball team sucked so bad they don’t even have one anymore.

My car was having issues and I had it towed here to get it diagnosed. I was referred here by a family friend and I was told by Crown that they would be able to look at my vehicle the following day.The following day I received a phone call to let me know that the work was completed on my car and ready to be picked up. When questioned about why I did not receive an estimate (startled that I owe nearly $700 with NO warning or knowledge of issues with vehicle) Crown technician became defensive and tried to explain the MANY reasons they were too busy to call me to give an estimate or ask what I would prefer to do with my vehicle.He would not acknowledge that he should have called me to confirm work being done on my vehicle, it was too much an inconvenience apparently. He was caught up on trying to explain the mechanics to just admit that he was wrong. He explained that they didnt charge for this and for that, like he was doing be a favor.I was hopeful to find a new mechanic and a shop I could trust. Keep looking.

Crown Auto was very quick with getting my car done, even though I needed a lot of work on it. I was fully expecting to have to wait at least a week for someone to be able to look at it, let alone fix my car since it broke down unexpectedly, but Crown started working on it from the moment it came to the shop, was able to finish it in one day, and did an excellent job! They kept me in the loop and called me when they found that there were also some issues with another part of my car. I appreciate that they were upfront about what needed to be done, and what wasn’t necessary. I’ll be back!

Highly recommended; very reliable service. They are excellent communicators and will tell you the difference between must be fixed now and can be fixed later.

Best in town. Going anywhere else would be a waste of your time.
