Nice deli selection. Great seafood. My only complaint would be to bring back the salad bar. It doesnt matter to me if you have an employee serve up my salad bar for me as extra precautionary measures. I wouldnt even mind wearing a mask while Im up at the salad bar. There are options for getting it up and running again. I hope your considering it. Even a salad bar to go would be better then no salad bar. Right now I dont believe there is a salad bar in town.

Clean and organized store. Very helpful staff. I stopped in to create a charcuterie tray the the deli staff made recommendations and let us try some samples. Everything they suggested was awesome.

It’s pretty clear they don’t care about the pandemic. They were less than helpful by not ordering my special order. I needed something specific due to my baby’s dietary restrictions and they flat out didn’t order it. I ended up re ordering it, and bought the product (few weeks ago), this morning when I asked if it was in stock so I could buy again, the dairy worker said they weren’t carrying it anymore. No offers to help me order the product. I’ve been less patient with this stores antics lately. I see they don’t wipe carts anymore. Regardless of the pandemic, that’s just gross. I’ll spend my money at the co-op and spend double rather than at Hyvee. At least the customer demographic is better at the co-op. Crusty, dusty, musty, and I saw a guy sneeze into his hand and wipe his snot- then put his hands back on his cart- but I guess you can keep not enforcing masks OR cleaning your own carts. Sounds like a great idea. I’ll go out of my way to not give this place my money.

The staff in general are very attentive and willing to assist you if necessary. I have had the experience of having to return items and the customer service and treatment has been excellent, they give you a credit to buy any item you want. You have to eat something, they have a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner combos and a dining area is very cozy. In short I understand that it is a generally clean place with fresh food. If at any time you are close and you have to do your buying this is an excellent alternative.

We cant say enough good things about this store!!! I was in the store today with my wife around 2-3pm. This was the first time at this store and the staff is fantastic. We had trouble finding a few items and approached at least 4 employees who went out of there way to help us. They were busy, and immediately helped us with a smile. Cashier was efficient and friendly. We cant remember such great customer service in a retail setting!!!

The pharmacy is very responsive to my needs and shares info as needed between stores located elsewhere which has been a huge help with my recent move.We use the health market and always find what we need and want.

Necessary evil. The bakery finally has decent bread. Wish theyd end the organic food ghetto and place these foods with their non-organic brethren so we can easily comparison shop.

They had what I wanted Organic Grapefruit, its a really nice big store with a Restaurant.

Shelves are a little narrow, but they have a whole section of natural/vegan products! late july chips and an amazing coconut oil peanut butter!

I used to love Hy-Vee however I am not a fan of all the new self checkouts. I do not mind some self checkout lines however now they only have 4 checkout lines that seem to have super long lines. Self checkouts work with small trips however I normally have a cart full of groceries and do not want to use them for this purpose. Especially when you have small kids. I hear a lot of recent complaints and do not think this was a good idea.

Hy-Vee offers an excellent selection! Their prices, friendly staff, and clean store made a fun shopping experience.

I normally love Hy-Vee but Im not very happy with my recent visit. I wanted to order a chinese meal to go and when it was finally my turn, I looked at the food and I could tell most of it had been sitting there for a long time (this has happened multiple times). Over half the containers were empty or almost empty so I really didnt have any options. None of the tags with the names of the food were in the right place. I had to ask multiple times what things were that I didnt recognize. I normally get the generals chicken but that looked so dry from sitting there and there was no sauce in the container at all. I did get the orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken with lo mein noodles for myself because they looked somewhat fresh. By the time I got home, the noodles were inedible and the orange chicken tasted horrible. The sweet and sour chicken was so dry I couldnt eat it. I ended up throwing most of the meal away. Im not sure if Ill get their chinese again any time soon. I was also shopping for some frozen pizzas. I prefer Tombstone but when I went to get some, there were only two selections - four cheese and four meat. The shelves were full of only those two selections. I ended up having to go to another store to get what I was looking for.

Im a HUGE IndyCar fan and love all the IndyCar promotion in store! I wish the coffee selection was as good. Pretty limited.

The Hyvee restaurant has disappointed me time and time again. Every time I’ve been here I’ve waited about an hour for my food with only 10-15 other people seated or 2-3 tables. Not only that but the staff are less than friendly. I guess there’s a reason they make you pay for your food before you eat— so you are forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time when it’s not even busy. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have their own google page for reviews because I have no complaints about the grocery side of HyVee and my review of just the restaurant reflects poorly on the entire place. Something needs to change.

Very clean and organized. Staff were friendly and one actually Assisted me by running to get the item for me while I waited, after I asked for help in finding an item!! I couldnt be happier. I wish I knew her name!!(she was doing order picking for an outside pick up or delivery order). I hope shes rewarded.Congratulations to that young girl. That young staff member showed dedication and commitment to customers, such as myself, and to the company of HyVee!!I was there on Friday evening, January 22, 2021.

How many essential workers did you lay-off when you put in all the self check out lanes that dont work? I just spent a half hour trying to scan my groceries because an error message popped up after every item. This was happening at every self check out. Every aisle with a cashier had a line 6+ customers deep. Maybe invest the massive profits youve made during the pandemic on your employees instead of ditching them at the first opportunity. Pathetic!

Clean, friendly, well stocked grocery store. They have more cashiers and bagging people than self checkouts. This makes me happy because they are willing to hire people to serve us instead of making us do our own work at the same price.

Ive always had a great experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful. If Im looking for something specific, Ill ask and if the individual knows what and where, theyll take me to the item, otherwise, theyll contact one of their coworkers. Great group of people no matter what time of day or night I shop.

The grocery store was very helpful.Wore no masks and never was questioned. Went to the liquor dept (in a separate building next to the grocery) and was jumped immediately.I understand its their policy, however if one section of the store is so addimant about it, why is the other department so lax??Other customers had masks, but in no way wearing them properly. Please get on the same page.We both have had, and survived covid, and have no plans to cough at, sneeze around, or kiss strangers in stores.Otherwise, we really like Hy-Vee

What can I say. I love Hyvee. Although most people tend to think its more expensive than target or Walmart. They do have much better deals when they have their sales and you can score some super cheap groceries. I also love the hyvee rewards where you can earn discounts on gas. The store is always clean and the employees are always nice and helpful! Keep it Hyvee!

My husband and I get meds from the pharmacy drive thru. Its great. Have shopped several times in side and its great. Its bright clean. We used Hy-Vee many times last year during the worst of times. Was great variety.

Unparalleled deli - excellent! Also, if you like fresh gourmet-level seafood, Hy-Vees fresh seafood section has seasoned seafood that is out of this world. For instance, bourbon-marinated salmon steaks. Stuff like that. Hy-Vees selection of produce and dry goods is also exceptional, mostly because they offer brands not found elsewhere. The prices can be a bit higher, so we tend to shop here for select items we can only find at Hy-Vee.

Ok selection. Good deli. Prices are kinda high but not too bad. Used to like getting lunch here but their rude cashier made me feel unwelcome. There are plenty of other places that appreciate my business and are more welcoming.

The staff at this Hy-Vee has made shopping here a treat. They have a great selection for the Winona area, though its a bit lacking compared to their Rochester locations. They also seem to be pretty picked through, but given my visiting times (late even but not late enough to be restocked) this is understandable. Though this chain can be on the expensive side, if you watch the flyers you can save copious amounts on your grocery bill. Like I mentioned before the staff here has always been willing to do more then I ask and help in a way that makes me feel valued.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. In the past it was open 24 hours, which was awesome, but now its open until 11pm daily. I work an odd shift and wish it was open later, but thats really my only complaint. The staff is friendly and theyre always very helpful if you have a question or cant find something. The store is usually clean, minus the pallets/piles of boxes when theyre restocking the shelves. Theyve stayed pretty well stocked throughout the covid19 pandemic, though sometimes their selection of items is more limited than usual. Between sales and fuel saver bonuses, theres always good deals to be had. Do yourself a favor, avoid Walmart and get your groceries at HyVee or Midtown.

Always a good experience. Picked up Thanksgiving food when I last visited, and they made sure to have plenty of salads even though people were ordering in advance. All in all it went well 😊
