Very helpful staff. Very honest repair department. Their repair staff spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me talking over the dishwasher issue which would be fixable but better value to get a new one. They have great customer service answered all my questions and didnt try to pressure me one way or the other. Also very cute and friendly feline 🐈 in the store.

Bought 4 appliances there. Dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Excellent knowledge, delivery, and financing. Same or less than big boxes, with excellent service. Highly recommended.

Volkmanns staff are a super friendly and helpful group of people. They always are ready to help. Volkmanns has a decent selection and a top notch repair department. It can be expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Service and Parts is wonderful. They really take the time to help you troubleshoot any issues you might be having. I was able to repair my fridge and dryer just by speaking to them on the phone and purchasing a part from them.

I will never use Volkmann Appliance again. They illegally charged my debit card without my authorization or knowledge. They refuse to refund my money. Ive already paid them $116.05 for a mechanic to fix my dryer and they are now charging me an additional $31.65 for service fee. They didnt have me sign any documentation or receipts. Volkmanns is stealing money from its customers.

WOW!! Outstanding customer service and knowledge of products. I have never written an online review for anything until now. Todd & the Service Dept. we’re so helpful when our LG range broke down and we didn’t even get it from them. They were more knowledgeable than the customer support through LG. We were expecting to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed and these guys were honest, amazing, fixed it fast & for a low cost. If I do ever need a new appliance they are getting my business! Spread the word! Highly RECOMMEND!!!!

Todd in the service/parts department went WAY above and beyond! I called about parts to reverse the door swing on our refrigerator for a brand they didnt even carry. I gave him the model number and he said hed call back. Not only did he call back but he directed me to the website (and part numbers) for what I needed. Thank you!!!
